We stayed at this hotel for a week from February 22, 2025: price/quality ratio: the rooms are clean, daily cleaning, the staff is polite, the pool / beach / dining room was comfortable (no queues, always free sun beds by the sea and pool), the food was breakfast/dinner - everything was delicious. The beach is 2-5 min walk away, the sea is clear. There is a free bus service from the hotel to the shopping center. I definitely recommend it!

I don't recommend it, the food is very bad. Drinks at the all-inclusive bar are one type of beer and that's not even given. The bar is open from 2 p.m. there is nothing but water for lunch. Fruits are sliced oranges and apples, watermelon was served a couple of times. The rooms are nice, the beach is normal and the pool is small.

We rested for 10 days from October to November. Nice hotel, great view, delicious food, friendly staff, ready to help with issues. The beach is nearby, crabs and starfish are incomparable!))) But it is better to take it with dinner, there is not a single store or supermarket nearby, as in the Marina! And it's a bit far to get out to the city, but we really liked it!!! Amazing location: the view from the window is incredible. Due to the location, even in May it is comfortable: water on both sides and a light breeze allow you to transfer the hot climate. We got the biggest room. The breakfasts are good, the buffet is there, the pool is not deep, about 1.2 m, but large and with fresh water, the hotel has its own beach (clean enough) with free soft sun beds - Beach towels are provided separately on the beach and separately for the pool (very convenient). We rested at the hotel for the second time. The first one was in October 2023. The second one is in November 2024. The first time, the impressions were great and I wanted to come back. The second time, the deterioration began. First of all, the quality of food and its variety have deteriorated. There is nothing to have breakfast with at all. The sea in 2923 was the cleanest, and in 2024 mud was constantly floating around. It's like they've given up on the hotel and are slowly saving what they can. But there were Russian speakers at the reception, there had not been before. We definitely won't go a third of the time, otherwise we'll be completely disappointed. The location and location of the hotel is excellent. The views are gorgeous! For the first time, a super hotel.

We had a vacation here with my daughter in November 2024. At first, I liked everything, the beach is nearby, and there is a small pool on site. A quiet hotel. But then they were poisoned in a restaurant on the 1st floor. Minus three days of rest. The manager was walking around us asking if we needed water or food. The hotel did not compensate in any way for the treatment and expenses before going to the hospital and calling a doctor.

Since the hotel is located almost at the very end of the arc / breakwater of the palm tree, there are not many cars on the road and we can say that the road outside the window does not interfere. There is an embankment along the road, where you can walk in the evenings (it's a bit hot in the afternoon) or run in the morning. The embankment is very long. But there are no shops, restaurants or entertainment on it. A quiet, peaceful place for walking. The hotel is still very far from entertainment and shops, you will have to go after them. The Nearest Mall is Nakheel Mall on Palm Tree. There are also free buses from the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall. Very convenient. The beach is big and clean. There are always sun beds with umbrellas. There is also a bar on the beach with cocktails and ice cream. You can swim on special mattresses from the hotel, I also really liked it. The food at the hotel is good and varied. All kinds of meat are always (except pork), soups for lunch, fish, pastries. The fruits are mainly watermelon, melon, oranges. If you do not take full board, then there are no other cafes/restaurants here, only in the hotel. You can have lunch and dinner in a la carte restaurants (Italian and Mexican), but there will not be a buffet, but 1 appetizer + 1 hot or 1 hot and 1 dessert. The portions are huge, you get enough of one hot meal. Delicious. We used to go there a lot. In the evenings, there was live music and national songs during dinner. Perhaps this is not a permanent event, but only for the duration of Ramadan. In my opinion, if your main goal is not entertainment and parties, then you can choose this hotel. You can get to the shopping malls in a reasonably calm manner and, if necessary, without any problems.

It is quite consistent with its four stars. At the same time, the price, compared with neighboring hotels, looks more attractive, perhaps due to the small size of the hotel and the lack of unnecessary pathos, which allows you to keep a competitive price. The hotel is located on one of the "branches of the palm tree" and it is relatively close to the center of Dubai by taxi in ~ 30 minutes, depending on where you want to go for a walk (you can pay by card or cash in a taxi). I recommend installing the Careem app and ordering a taxi through this app. The territory is very small, which you get to immediately when you exit to the back of the hotel building. You immediately find yourself in the pool area with sun beds. There you can immediately get sunbed towels and towels for free, they are included in the price. There is a bar with drinks by the pool and you can also order light snacks directly to the pool (we ordered pizza and burgers), you can pay by card or cash.. In the same area, to the right of the pool, there are tables where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors - there are direct exits to this area from the main dining room of the hotel restaurant, which also has tables and you can sit there. The food is buffet-style, high-quality enough and there is a choice of dishes, but it is not large.. I haven't had time to get bored in our 10 days :). The hotel has two restaurants (Italian and Mexican cuisine) - one visit to each of them is included in the price with a small set of menus, but you can pay and take something else, and, of course, just come yourself and order what you want for a fee on the menu.. There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, which is open in the evening with a variety of drinks and cocktails.. The staff is very friendly and responsive, responds to requests quickly and clearly. For example, on the first day we realized that we would not be comfortable without an extra bed for the child - I went to the reception, talked, paid, and after half an hour the made-up bed was already in the room. The staff speaks English. During the 10 days of rest, apparently the senior staff asked several times if everything was fine and if the rooms were well cleaned. The rooms are cleaned every day with high quality and towels are changed every day, which is really important, given that they dry for a long time and if not changed, they would be wet all the time. The room had slippers and bathrobes, as well as a kettle with a minimum set of coffee and tea bags.. Every day, 0.5 liters of bottled drinking water were brought per room occupant. Yes, and what is important for our women, there was an ironing board and an iron in the room. Of course, it is important to mention the sea and the beach. The beach is located outside the hotel and you need to walk to the beach no more than five minutes at a slow pace, which is absolutely not annoying.. The beach is beautiful and specially designated for the hotel with sun beds and free towels.. fine sand and gentle approach combined with clear ocean water.. it is really very beautiful and comfortable, it is especially important to mention that there are no big waves due to the lagoon landscape and this is very important for families with children.. there is a bar on the beach where you can ask for a bottle of drinking water for free, as well as buy a glass of beer or a cocktail, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, for money.. In general, the rest was a success, both the hotel and the location, various excursions, the ocean and the general atmosphere.. I recommend this hotel for a vacation in the UAE :)
