How to lose a guest at the doorstep of a room is clear and rude. Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer. This is the first time something like this has happened to us in 20 years of travel, and we arrive in complete shock if we don't have mats.: We turned around without even going into the room. And it's especially sad that it was a wedding anniversary trip — we indicated this when booking, hoping for at least basic attention. We booked a Standard ROH room — we knew perfectly well that this was an old building. No complaints, just the expectation of a simple, clean and comfortable home. But upon arrival, we were sent to a nightmare. The room is on the ground floor. There was no point in going inside: a blank wall in front of the windows, construction debris, pipes, dust, workers scurrying around. It feels like we're being moved into a cabin on a construction site. It doesn't even smell like a resort. This is simply unacceptable. We ask for another number — in response, a dead phrase: "The building is closed, only the first floor is open." No apologies, no attempt to solve anything. Only indifference. But they immediately offer a "solution": pay extra and you will move to a normal building. Only 40 euros per day This is not help, this is a real divorce. The hotel deliberately sells unsuitable rooms, knowing that the guests will not want to live in them. And then the scheme: pay, or stay in the mud and under construction. The administration doesn't give a damn about the guests. No respect, no flexibility. Even on a trip marked "wedding anniversary" — zero attention. Just an attempt to squeeze out a surcharge. Go back? Never. Recommend it? Absolutely not. This hotel is about rudeness, indifference and deception. For the same money, you can find options where they really wait for you, rather than trying to cash in on your desire to just relax. PS Today is 07/16/25, the story ended with the tour operator (Pegas) making a refund for the room surcharge (160 euros) - a pre-trial settlement.

Rooms of the ECO category will not even reach 3 stars. The whole old building is just a nightmare. Elevators are like in the entrances of Khrushchev, with the same smell. The room is just falling apart. Upgrading the room category to the one stated on the hotel's website will cost 75 euros per day. We were deceived by the travel agent, who sold the tour and did not warn us that this hotel has this building "for the poor" and that by default the tour includes a room in this building. We bought it through a teztur in Moscow, an office on Voykovskaya Street. The tour operator ended up being a Pegasus. And no one is responsible. For 260 thousand a week, we were housed in a chicken coop. There is little greenery on site. The beach and the pool area are dirty. Dirty sun beds, dirty tables everywhere. By evening, the toilet by the beach smells and looks like a station. The beach and the pool area are not cleaned until nightfall, after vacationers leave, there is a pile of junk and garbage everywhere. They probably clean it only early in the morning. There are crowds of people everywhere, mostly from Russian regions. The music by the pool and on the pier is screaming. Moreover, Russian music is mainly played by the pool. The full feeling of a three-star Anapa hotel. The sea is near the shore with some garbage. The pier is clean. The food is good, the restaurants are good too, and that's the only plus of this hotel. Alcohol is cheap.

We are currently vacationing in PGS with a family with two children. We flew from Kaliningrad on Turkish airlines, the flight was fine. It took about 2 hours to get to the hotel, but the road is beautiful, through Kemer, along the coast, mountains, tunnels. We checked in immediately, the staff is very attentive. The room was originally booked in the main building of the Comfort Duplex family, upon check-in, the receptionist said that the same room was prepared for us in the new building. The building is really new, the room is better than in the main building. Without additional payment. The room is two-storey, very comfortable for 4 people, everything is new, two bathrooms with showers, a large balcony on the ground floor. Room cleaning is good, the bar and toiletries are replenished daily, the bed is decorated with flowers. The food is varied, the choice is good, the cakes are delicious, meat, fish, grilled, and so on. There are always free tables. According to alcohol, they make mojitos well, good champagne, normal beer, local wines, gin, whiskey did not like it, my husband drank raki - says normal. There are two large pools, clean water, two slides, rescuers are on duty all the time, they keep an eye on the order. The territory is clean, there is a lot of greenery. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, we are comfortable in corals, it is very uncomfortable without them, they sell in a shop in the hotel, there is a large selection. The water in the sea is very clean, there are a lot of fish. We do not swim to the right of the pier, we read in the reviews about cutting old pipes, we did not see it ourselves. Sunbeds on the sea really take up in the evening, or even from the moment of arrival, I do not know. Well, we need one free under our clothes - we always find it. The animators are working fine, my son is playing volleyball, boccia, darts all the time - he won a bottle of wine, the breadwinner. Children's animation is also very good, my daughter is 8 years old, she goes to the playground after an evening children's disco, it is very convenient. I liked the foam parties, the evening show program is a bit boring. There are 4-5 types of ice cream in the confectionery. In general, the hotel is good, I read negative reviews before leaving, I did not see such problems myself, the reviews are clearly read by the staff, the shortcomings are corrected. This is the sixth time in Turkey, we choose only fives, we always look at the average score. Everything is quite good here.

We are resting in this hotel now , the hotel is huge , the whole territory is surrounded by pines and flowers .. There 's a shadow everywhere . Round mountains , great long beach , clean sea , lots of fish . We checked into the main building , the room is large and clean . Great food, everything is delicious, the quality of the products is high. The staff is very friendly and diligent. My husband had a massage and was satisfied . On Mondays and Fridays there is a disco on the beach. My teenage daughter of 13 years old sooo liked it) On the rest of the days, there is a show program in the amphitheater and live music. I do not know who writes negative reviews about hotels... Probably those who change bed linen and towels at home every day. Those who live in freshly made repairs for no more than a week or two, and then "everything becomes outdated and they have to do everything anew." Those who eat exceptionally diverse to the point that they do not drink the same kind of tea more than once a day. Those around which a crowd of entertaining and continuously luring special people turns daily and hourly. Those who are so tired of their own children that dragging them with them on vacation is not able to occupy them themselves and requires continuous classes with children's animators. I liked everything! And the room, and cleaning, and activities at the hotel, and food. The most important thing is the sea, the sun, vacation!!!

There is a lot of food, the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful! Of the minuses, of course, are the sun beds, which are really all occupied with towels (but this is a claim to ill-mannered tourists, the hotel staff themselves said that it is not at all welcome to occupy sun beds like this). For me, the main disadvantage was the night noise. Although we were young, we were relaxing with the children, so the pounding music was annoying until midnight. Another inconvenient thing was that with a large number of pools and even a pool for very young children, there is nothing for middle age. That one is very small, and the central ones are 1 meter 40 cm. My 7-year-old and 9-year-old could only swim with my husband and me in our arms or in circles. Although, to be fair, I note that there is a lot of animation and a great playground for children.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September 2020. Of our company (there were 8 of us, including a small child), my son and I were abroad for the first time. I liked everything. The staff is friendly. They lived in the main building. The room is nice (not big), maybe not a suite, but everything is clean and tidy. The territory is large, clean, beautiful, comfortable, there is a place to hide from the sun. 4 pools (one of them is for the youngest, the other with two slides). The food was good, I had enough of everything. Leisure is organized wonderfully, they do not let you get bored. The beach is big and clean. The water in the sea was awesome, much warmer than in the pool. I hope to visit again.

Previously and for a very long time we rested at the nearby World Palace Hotel (changed its name to Alva) and now we are staying at the pgs Kirish resort. I want to thank the guys who quickly accommodated us, offered us the best room themselves (it really turned out to be a very good room - the building, the sixth floor, in the middle and overlooking the panorama of the mountains) and quietly and calmly, which is what we wanted! The room is clean, everything works fine, the minibar is replenished every day, the safe and the Internet are free. The territory is green and shady ! The sea is a tear ! The territory of the hotel is compact, but there were a lot of vacationers, a kind of anthill. There are many representatives from Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Moldova. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. They clean it up cleanly. In principle, all the staff, who, by the way, are mainly from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, are very polite. The restaurant is not bad, the olives are awesome. I recommend a massage at the spa, back problems were solved in 3 visits. Excursions are offered in a variety of ways. We went to Istanbul. We had a rest in August 2022. We rest in Turkey often, in different hotels, so there is something to compare it with. I will write a review on the points, so that it is more informative. 1. Territory + sea. The territory is not huge. The location of the main facilities (reception, restaurants, swimming pools, mini club, amphitheater) is convenient. The territory is green, there are many flowering plants, which pleases the eye. The pools are conveniently located, the sea is very close by, which allows you to cruise, if desired, alternating between the sea and the pool). There are two slides, near which a lifeguard is on duty, he also directs who to move out when, ensuring safety. The beach is sand mixed with small pebbles. 2. Bars. Lobby, by the pool, on the beach. The bartenders work fast, the waiters collect the dishes on time. Drinks, of course, are not imported, but if desired, you can choose a cocktail to your taste. There are nuts). 3. Rooms. We got a bathroom, but there are showers. There are balconies in each room, they have a plastic table and a couple of chairs. The room is carpeted. Comfortable beds. Built-in wardrobes. The TV is small, there are about 30 channels, a couple of them are Russian, there are children's ones, but in Ukrainian, German and Turkish. 4. Food. The main restaurant has food for every taste. Lots of meat, chicken, and fish every day. Grilled (French fries, balls, nuggets, kebabs, etc.) pasta, bulgur, mashed potatoes, rice, stewed vegetable dishes, pizza, pide, soups - always. There are a lot of desserts, different. Fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, peaches, plums, apples, pears, oranges. In general, everything is for every taste. I haven't had enough food in two weeks. You will definitely not stay hungry. There is a grill restaurant where you can eat during the day without leaving the sea. It is located almost on the beach. They only ask you to get dressed, not in swimsuits and swimming trunks, after all, a restaurant. From 11 a.m. tortillas - gozleme, from 12 soups and grilled dishes. There are 3 a la carte restaurants: Italian, Turkish, fish. Dinners are held in the grill restaurant, i.e. directly on the sea. We went to the fish shop, we liked everything. Drinks are included. 5. Animation. There aren't many animators, but they're great. Daily activities - aqua aerobics (conducted by Gizem), volleyball, boccia (conducted by Katya), darts (conducted by Suleiman), water polo, pool games. The guys also communicate with the guests and you can always find out from them what kind of entertainment is planned. In general, the animators are all lighters there! In the evenings, a mini-disco is held in the amphitheater for kid guests, who are then invited to a mini-club for games or watching cartoons, so that parents can watch a show in the amphitheater at this time. The shows are different, interesting, and this hour of showtime flies by unnoticed! In the mini club, the girls are good, they look after the kids and at the same time entertain those who are older. There are daily programs - quests, crafts and other games. But I would like to mention the head of the mini-club Sasha, as well as the girls Hatice and Azhar, because if a person loves children, then it is immediately visible. The kids around them are like chickens. Thank you, the child is delighted. But that's not all! After the show, the "live music" begins. There are tables near the pool bar and you can sit and listen, as well as dance. Singer Oktay himself plays acoustic guitar, and Bogdan also plays bass guitar. They are also accompanied by a woman (I don't know her name, she doesn't communicate with anyone, she is very important). The repertoire is in Turkish, English, Spanish and Russian. The guys sing soulfully and the dance floor is never empty. (!) However, there was also a fly in the ointment in our vacation... Sitting in the bar after the end of the entertainment program, we and several other tables with guests watched an unpleasant scene with the participation of the aforementioned singer girl and one of the executives. He just quietly asked her to go home, since it was after one in the morning, and she started shouting and swearing at him all over the hotel, using obscenities, right under the windows of the rooms. It was unpleasant and embarrassing to be present at this scandal of hers, yet she is part of the "face" of the hotel. 6. Bottom line - with the exception of the scene with the singer, I liked the rest at the hotel: the territory, rooms, food, animation! Thanks to the hotel, the staff and the animation team for a great time!

The chlorine in the pool is too much in the nose, even passing by.And the most collective-farm thing is to occupy sun beds everywhere, with more towels, things, stones and flip-flops, even if they are the only ones. It's just getting to the point of absurdity. It's funny when one family takes a pack of sunbeds by the pool, a couple more pieces by the sea in the shade, and they hang out in the sun in the rocks. During rush hour, everyone goes to their rooms to sleep, and the towels are still there.

The territory is nice, large, cool discos are held 2 times a week, in the evenings there is a mini disco for children, and after the performance not only for children, but also for adults. The food is monotonous, you will not stay hungry, there are no queues for food. The service staff is working perfectly. At the pool bar, only 1 bartender could make very tasty cocktails (not from the menu). I want to say a huge thank you to the girls from the mini club Alexandra and Begaim, the children did not want to leave them. The mini bar is replenished only with water and carbonated drinks (no beer, no snacks). The sun beds by the pool are occupied from early morning, until 10 a.m. you can still find a couple of free sun beds.

About the staff : they are very responsive, friendly, understand and speak Russian perfectly. It was an unforgettable vacation! We rested in different hotels in Turkey, but PGS has its own incredible atmosphere, so we returned here for the second time and did not regret it! You feel at home here! The territory of the hotel is huge, green and well maintained. The rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned and the mini bar is replenished every day. During the vacation, we met with the manager of the Efekan hotel, a very friendly polite man, because we also work in the hotel business, it was very interesting to talk and learn something new. In general, all work at the reception is organized at the highest level. The food at the hotel is very tasty, varied and does not bother at all. There are also a huge number of bars - on the beach, by the pool, in restaurants. Very cheerful bartenders work by the pool, make cocktails with a smile and are always happy to chat! The sea is a separate fairy tale....the water is very clean, transparent and warm. Special thanks for the rest to the entire animation team! The hotel is far from being for a relaxing holiday, there is constant movement here. We participated in everything. In the afternoon we went to play bocce, for which we are very grateful to our beloved animator Mr. Zhenya, who taught us how to play it, and for telling us about all upcoming events every day. We played darts with Mr.Pecep, it was always a lot of fun. And of course, we did not miss any aqua aerobics with the incendiary Mr.Shah.In the evening, discos were held at Xone with the best DJ Andre Demir.He always played Russian songs for us, for which I thank him very much. We would also like to thank the host Mr.Sap for dancing by the pool and shows in the amphitheater. The only thing that really upset me was the absence due to the restrictions of foam parties and discos after 24.00 on the beach. There were very few of them compared to 2019. To sum up: we really enjoyed our vacation and we will definitely return to you in September.
