We stayed at the hotel in August 2022. The review will be useful for parents with children like ours, and we are almost 2 years old. There's nothing to do with kids here, but those who like to drink a lot, hang out and eat everything in a row will like it here. There is no children's menu at all, in the morning porridge in one form, as a rule, rice floats in milk, the same chicken soup for lunch, everything else is peppery and will not suit the child. We took porridge, a mixture and mashed potatoes with us from home. To buy all this here, you can visit a pharmacy or walk a long way to Migros in the village of Kirish. The kids' club is on the side away from drunken parents and is kind of small and uncomfortable, in the evening a crowd of children attacks a small single slide). The animation of the children scared us, we have a child with a delicate mental organization and he was just scared of very loud music, besides it was completely uninteresting. A petting zoo is everywhere on the territory of the hotel and it's just cats. The entrance to the sea and the stones closer to the pier are quite large, so the first thing to do on arrival is to buy swimming slippers, unless you have special growths on your feet. We took the child with us from home and bought it for ourselves at the hotel, the quality is not very good, but you can go in and out of the sea. I consider everyone who swam without them heroes. As for the rooms, they are different and can be rented in new buildings with an additional fee if you do not like old furniture and ancient plumbing. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, the room was spacious, everything worked, you can hang something to dry on the balcony a little, and when checking in we asked for a cot and a kettle. They cleaned normally, you can always ask them to vacuum if you see that they didn't do it or change the bed. There is even a cleaning quality control) a girl came. Also at night, a giant red cockroach came to us, my husband met him when leaving our room on the balcony, after that he did not sleep all night). To sum up: in general, the hotel is not bad if it cost up to 150 thousand, but we decided that next time we would go back to belek and to a hotel where there is a children's menu and entrance to the sea without stones. One of the pleasant advantages is the Very responsive staff. The food is probably for four, there is a lot of food, but not everything is delicious. The people ate everything as if they were not themselves, so here, as they say, who knows how.The territory is compact and is compensated by the view of the mountains as well as the promenade outside the hotel. We weren't interested in animation, so I can't write about it. The quality of alcohol is average, we took with us and bought the local young wine.

I read the reviews before the flight...it was scary;) I will describe my subjective impressions as follows: "A normal vacation for normal money", I will go through the negative reviews in detail, because I do not agree: 1. Room stock - originally booked COMFORT, the year of construction was announced there in 2022, they did not cheat! So I have no complaints about the accommodation (our room was at number 3012, and even the first floor did not bother). 2. Cleaning, change of linen, towels, filling of the minibar - daily, at a convenient time, without comments, the buttons do not disturb and clean the meter work! 3. The territory is well maintained, clean (it is hardly possible to do better with a "full landing" of 1400 vacationers). 4. Beach - despite the manic craving of a certain part of visitors to secure a shelzong 24/7, by leaving a towel, at any time you can find a place in the shade of a canopy on a free sun lounger, well, if you want a "luxury" gazebo for 50 euros per day, four people can comfortably sit in the gazebo, if at the same time, from 10 to 17 you will be served by a waiter - drinks snacks fruits. There is practically no garbage on the beach, despite the presence of a certain category of vacationers here (leaving leftovers / glasses / cigarette butts according to the principle I finished / finished /finished smoking here). 5. Catering - at ANY TIME of the DAY, you can satisfy your hunger in one or another hotel establishment. As for the main meals: There are always seats at the cleaned and served tables, there are fewer on the outdoor terrace, but perhaps this is because not everyone knows about the indoor air-conditioned room;). The work of the staff - some employees clean the dishes promptly non-stop, and the tables are cleaned, disinfected and re-served by other employees. 6. Cuisine - it was not possible to try everything in a week, and the trip was for the sun and the sea, so they did not really crave gastronomic delights, the range of dishes was extensive, the distribution by stations was logical, separately I liked that stations of the same type are repeated 2-4 times in different places, which avoids long hikes and queues. 7. Reception staff, guest-relay, bartenders, cleaners, security guards, etc. - are polite, with very few exceptions they speak Russian or English (and if they suddenly happen to turn to someone who does not speak, they will definitely apologize and find someone who will help). 8. Tour operator Pegasus - I will mark them separately. There was a small situation with a yacht tour, a jamb, if you do not go into details - the claim was considered without unnecessary red tape, the money was returned in full, moreover, they were ready to offer compensation in the form of an alternative trip at the expense of the host party...It was not possible to use it - the plane would not have waited. In this hotel, Pegasus is represented by a separate service - Messrs. Alper and Said, are ALWAYS in place at the stated hours, and the questions asked are not formal, but substantive. Summary: of course, this is not a cruise to Italy-Spain-France-Portugal and back to Costa Favolosa (2 times for 10 days), it's not even Rhodes (five years in a row, as in the country), but it's not Egypt (well, yes, it was like that;)...This is a normal Turkey! I hope the review will be useful.

We got into this hotel because of the lack of choice for the right dates. The hotel is too old and needs renovation, the rooms are tired. There are smudges and rusty stains in the bathrooms. The linen is changed every day, but it is tired in itself. The food is 5+, the menu is varied, there are no questions for the Turkish staff at all. Questions to Russian tourists who swim dressed in fountains, drink like the last time, try to take out food in napkins and bags, and the food is served around the clock!!!!!! The food is excellent, for every taste, a lot of fruits, bartenders try very hard to please everyone, I have never seen anyone who is negatively inclined. The animation team is well done, they do not let you get bored, special thanks to Adico, lighter, emotions are off the scale! The hotel is not new, repairs are needed, problems with sun beds at sea, but this is more the fault of tourists, they will occupy and leave, not to themselves! The room cleaning is so-so, only the bed is made up and the dust is smeared in the corners, the cosmetics in the shower are decent, you can not take your own. If you ask me, I want to come again, I will say yes!

Everything is delicious and varied. Even the baby was not opened baby food, brought with them. She ate all the steamed vegetables, all the berries and fruits. And there was no rash, no trouble with the chair. Although she was breastfed and tried a lot of things only here. Many complained about the dirt in the restaurant, but we didn't notice it. Many would say the rooms need renovation, but we came across just a great one without any defects with a wonderful view of the sea with daily replacement of towels and linen if necessary, with the addition of toiletries and replenishment of the mini bar. I never went to the doctor, but this time, alas, my daughter was ill for one day and by the end of the day, the doctor did not even ask for insurance, said to run to the pharmacy to buy candles for nausea and advised her to buy them home because there are no analogues in the Russian Federation and in the morning when he saw us he asked how we were, which was very pleasant. The beach and pool are magnificent and the crystal clear water is the main difference between Kemer and the pebble beach. In general, the vacation was a success, thanks to PGS KIRIS, we visited you in 2013, 2017, 2018 and I know for sure we will come again!

The hotel itself is very cool, the rooms are very good, entertainment all day and evening, during the day animators entertain in the pool, on the grounds- yoga, volleyball, tennis, in general, there is no time to be bored. Evening animation is a separate topic, first for children, which children love very much, then for adult shows. The animators speak three languages. The hotel is for everyone, for young people, children, pensioners, there will be activities for everyone. The food in the restaurant is of high quality, tasty and varied. There is a snack bar on the beach, where you can have pancakes, pizza, shawarma, French fries, fruits, watermelons and of course beer. After lunch, a pastry shop opens with cakes, pies, tea, coffee. There is a bar in the middle of the hotel, where various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered throughout the day. We were very satisfied with the rest. We recommend it to everyone!

We had a rest from April 12 to April 20, we always went to 4ku, and this time we offered this hotel. There WAS NO worse vacation, if you can call it a vacation. I don't mind that Russians are being housed in the old building, but throughout the entire time, starting at 8 a.m. and until dusk, repair work was underway! The hammer drill was working from 8 a.m., the workers were standing at the windows and throwing metal pipes into the tractor trailer and so on every day! To talk on the phone, you need to go to the reception, otherwise you won't hear anything. Another very big disadvantage is that when you leave the restaurant, they check your handbags, God forbid you take something, they'll take it away! And the most amazing thing about this hotel, I will never forget it, is when we were sitting at the breakfast table, there were 5 adults and 1 child, a restaurant employee came up and asked for a plate of dried apricots and figs, saying that it was too much (there were 2 handfuls). It would be so uncomfortable in front of other visitors, as if we were stealing something! We will not go to this hotel ever! I was vacationing with my husband and my brother's family from 08/19/27/2020.we arrived at the hotel by 17.00, settled in a few minutes.My husband and I lived in bungalow 1118, and my brother and his family lived in the main building.There are no big complaints about the room, but the combined door to the next room was annoying.Cleaning for 4-, accidentally pushed the table (the handle rolled up) and there was a year-old dust.The detergent was added daily, the bed was changed, the mini bar was replenished.The food in the restaurant is decent: a lot on the grill:chicken, turkey, vegetables, fish, lemonade that was offered was very, chemical, in my opinion.All the food was delicious, fruits:watermelons, melons, figs, apples, nectorines, pears, oranges.The staff is very polite, I didn't see long queues in the restaurant, it's even good that the food was served by the chefs, no one climbed there with their own hands.The sea was warm, the water was clear, but the problem was the sun beds, after 9.00 am you couldn't find them in the shade.The pools are clean, there are not many people in them, you can always swim in peace.But the drinks at the bar leave much to be desired.Bartenders make cocktails as they please in ,,mahito,, without.alcoholic can simply pour water (it turns out water with mint and lemon).The territory is clean, green, everything is well maintained, flowers are all around, the staff tries to keep everything in a decent way.I was not looking for big disadvantages, I enjoyed the warm, clean sea, the smell of pine trees.I think I would go back to the hotel again.
