I attended the Pegasus Tourist conference at this hotel for 5 days at the end of April. I liked the comfort rooms in the new buildings. Very decent food. The beach and the new pier are just the thing. The sea is the purest. The hotel is on a solid 5 stars.

Does not match the cost. Of the advantages, only the water park and the stage. The food and wine in the canteen are 4, the rooms are renovated, but the sound is terrible. No one cares about anyone... We really liked it!!! We rested from 12.05 to 23.05. We lived in the main building. The rooms were tired, but cleaned cleanly, towels were changed every day. The food is excellent. Watermelon (sweet),strawberries,cherries,apricots,mishmula,bananas, oranges, etc. Pastries and desserts are beyond praise (I speak like a pastry chef). Alcohol is imported (only you don't have to ask for tequila, but Olmec gold, for example). Olmeca gold and silver, martinis, baileys, balantis, Malibu, jagermaster, SAFARI, and many other drinks, I can't even remember. The food is excellent, but there are shoals - the same samitas were served yesterday, already dried, respectively, and the remaining products were added to salads. It is better not to take chopped salads, but whole vegetables, not seasoned with mayonnaise, etc. The cocktails were normal and delicious. There are also Kyrgyz waiters at the bars. Normal guys. We drove a lot, the hotel went with a bang. On occasion, I repeat (which we almost never do).

We stayed at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer 5* (formerly PGS Hotels Kiris Resort) in early August 2023. The hotel has just opened after renovation. The impressions of the rest were good. New clean buildings with comfortable furniture and design in the style of modern minimalism. There are 8 buildings with Comfort level rooms (area 35-37 sq.m.) and the main building (without renovation, Standard rooms). Everything that was offered by the hotelier coincided with our expectations. It's nice that the cosmetics in the rooms were quite decent and were regularly replenished. The guest set included slippers, shampoo, shower gel, shaving gel, hair conditioner, body cream, dental hygiene supplies, a shaving machine, a small natural washcloth and a box of napkins. The towels were often brand new. Bathrobes are not provided in the rooms. The mini-bar has standard filling: water, pepsi, cola, merinda, chips... The bed linen was changed every other day. The territory of the hotel is carefully thought out: the areas of the pool, entertainment, cultural leisure, sports activities, beach holidays are well separated. Inside the main hall there is a pleasant coolness, there is also a bar with cozy tables, armchairs and sofas for relaxation. The Spa area was pleased with its beauty and cleanliness. There is a Children's club with great animation on the territory, we used its services once: the children were satisfied. The halls of the main Swan restaurant were struck by their intimacy and spaciousness. It was a pleasure for us to have breakfast and dinner in different halls. The menu is very diverse - for every taste. Turkish, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines are offered. There are kosher food and vegetarian dishes. It is very pleasant that chefs in gloves chop fresh vegetables, melons and watermelons right in the hall. Excellent serving of dishes and desserts. Of the drinks - the standard assortment of the host country. Unfortunately, we expected that the wines of the New World would be offered, but it did not happen on our arrival. However, our prayers were answered, and our friends who came after us were already offered good wines for dinner on a paid basis. We didn't appreciate the Turkish wines, but the champagne was quite decent. The daytime and evening animation were great. In the evenings, concerts were held alternately on three stages, and show programs with various special effects were on. And how extraordinarily clean and beautiful the sea was! I'll remember him in my dreams. The beach is beautiful, relaxing in the shade of pine trees is wonderful. I love Kemer. Thanks to the Swandor hotel - I did not disappoint!

A fresh pleasant hotel. For the top five in this price category, it's great! We were in May for a week of 124k. I looked at it for the summer - 400 for 1 adult and 2 children - too much. Kazakh staff are stupid, slow down 😂 service until you ask , they will not offer it themselves. Alcohol is imported, the evening shows are great, the children's areas are super. The territory is small, but everything is very compact and well organized. I recommend it, I'll be back 👌🏻

We had a good hotel in October 2025. Cleanliness in the buildings and on the territory of the hotel. Nice slides and 2 large pools. A great coffee shop and very tasty coffee, but the beer is just not tasty and sour. The hotel is great for smokers, and if you don't smoke, it's just hell. They smoke everywhere except in the central restaurant. There is a very convenient pier with 6 descents and a bar on the pier. The hotel is good, but it's not worth the money when compared with the neighboring ones.
