In general, the bank tries to be automated and modern, but absolutely everything is buggy in it!
The application often spits out errors, be prepared that you will not be able to perform the operation when you need to! You will be able to hold it only when the bank allows you to and if nothing falls and breaks again!
The bank's rules are not always clear and not in everything, for example - why block cards if the passport data is outdated in the bank? Is it not easier for a bank specialist to call and ask to send new data, or write to the application!? Why is it so rude to block the client's card?!?
Be prepared that you have a debit card (master card) without an overdraft, any amount of debt may form, just the balance will change to minus!!!
And no one will clearly explain to you how it happened, just another bank glitch!
Moreover, there are always large delays and errors in operations in the monitoring system, some get there, some are not displayed and it is not always clear how and from where, what forms of money appear and are debited from your accounts.
For example, on a blocked and no longer used Master card, a minus of more than 800 thousand sums was formed, and no one explained to me the clear reason for such "sorcery".
On the face of not clean operations in the field of banking, errors in processing, which apparently lead to the fact that debts appear on a debit card without an overdraft!
I have never met a more buggy and inadequate banking application! Even in the EU, old banks use, albeit not beautiful, but much more stable and workable applications for customers.
The quality of the mastercard cards themselves is not very high (worse than European or Russian plastic), lamination deteriorates quickly…
It is also very disappointing that there are no own ATMs in the bank (they are rented), if the ATM ate the card, then it will not be returned to you soon! And in the queues for cash service, you can sleep, with 1-2 cash registers always not working, or serve people with large sums (30-40 minutes for 1 client with a large amount) ...
The staff is very polite, but absolutely not competent, all people are running around all the time and asking something.
The customer Support service is also polite, but if you want to solve the problem, and not just talk politely, then you still have to go to the branch, because they don't solve anything ...
All problems with the bank must be solved personally, having lost at least half a day!
There is no parking at the bank, there are eternal traffic jams in the alley, so coming by private car is not an option, there are only a couple of parking spaces for managers and their electric cars.
This bank disappointed me very much, and I personally decided for myself to close all deposits, accounts and cards of this bank and gradually withdraw my money.
God forbid to get involved with these banks again!!!

I do not advise opening cards of this bank, because I faced the problem of a negative balance on the master card from anor bank in the amount of more than 2 million soums. After contacting the bank's chat, I received an indistinct response from the operator that funds were not debited due to a system error in December and the money was debited only in March of this year. And they asked to close the debt. OK, having withdrawn more than 2 million soums from the interest on the deposit, the amount was reset to zero. After that, problems started again with debiting all the money that gets to my cards, including cards from other banks that were registered in the anor bank application. I have not yet received a response to my request in the chat of the application to stop auto debiting funds. I have been waiting for the 4th day for them to process my application. I do not recommend opening accounts, cards or the application of this bank. I have faced a problem more than once, waiting for a response from the bank's employees.

На входе есть аппарат, который выдает номерки, очень удобно. Обслуживание хорошее, всегда подскажут, если возникнет проблема. Время ожидания напрямую зависит от потока людей, в среднем, при большом количестве людей время ожидания занимает минут 20-30.
Сам банк просторный и имеются диваны для ожидания.

Банк удобен за счёт своего приложения что не нужно никуда идти и сидеть в очередях,а открыть приложение и все опирации можно сделать на прямую как и когда тебе удобно.удобная очень услуга беслатной доставки пластиковых карт,заказать так же можно онлайн.в офисе банка конечно придётся посидеть в очереди,но это стоит того,можно всё выполнить сразу.по сравнению с прошлым годом дела с очередями стали на много лучше,очереди меньше.прсонал отзывчивый,проблем с кассой и оператором не возникла,главное не проглядеть свой номерок в своё окошко.

Банк во всю пытается быть цифровым банком. Многое уже сделано, но далеко не все. К сожалению часть процессов только дикламируются что цифровые, по факту они обычные. Например цифровая очередь, не всегда ее используют. Так же часть процессов по прежнему в бумаге, например анкета комплаенс. Из-за нее приходится приезжать в банк как минимум дважды.
Ещё один минус, отсутствие продуктового, процесного обучения. Это видно в том, что разные сотрудники дают разные ответы на один и тот же вопрос.
В общем желаю банку развития и все получится.
