Our recent stay at the Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is stunning - beautiful rooms, a breathtaking marina view, and impeccable service. He is not just an animator; he is the heart and soul of the guest experience. Whether he was organizing the daily activities, dancing by the pool, or just having a friendly chat, he did it with a genuine smile and a passion that is truly rare. He has a special talent for remembering names and making everyone, from the youngest kids to the adults, feel included and special. I’m really liked staying in this hotel , inspite of the fact, that procedure of checking-in on 6.04 at 15.30, was not very pleasant, the lady at reception wasn’t very polite , no welcome words , no smile, it was a little bite strange) But, it’s the only one regret. I’d like to thank the other staff, first of all the waiter Abdulla, at the main restaurant, he serves outside usually! He is so polite and service! The cleaning boy Bhupender-is the best ! We returned to this hotel, as everything was great the previous time. However, now it's heaven and earth. The pool, which was only for adults, was also made for children and it became simply unbearable. It's not comfortable to swim in the pool, it's even impossible to go down into it. Upon check-in, we were informed that the first pool was for adults only, however, this turned out not to be the case. There are a lot of children who jump on their heads, pour water over them and sit at the bar all the time. It is simply impossible to approach the bar due to the fact that there are only children there. The worst thing is that the hotel administration promised on the first day that the situation would be corrected and this pool would be for adults only tomorrow. However, today is the fourth day and it is impossible to stay away from the word at all in the adult-only pool. None of the administration cares about the fact that only children are running around this pool. When choosing a hotel, we relied on an area where there would be no children, we wanted a comfortable adult stay, however, this time Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is terrible

The hotel is simple. Let's start with the food: the choice of dishes for every taste, there is nothing to complain about at all, every evening for dinner there were shrimps, mussels and even oysters. A huge plus for alcoholic beverages, only good beer and imported alcohol. A large area with two pools (but the water in them is cool), two steps to the bay, the water is very warm there. The cleanliness in the rooms is just chic, the rooms are large and spacious (we took a room with a balcony). There is a golf cart from the hotel to the shopping center, as well as a huge plus there is a bus to the amusement parks. Definitely the best hotel and vacation for your money. I recommend visiting it and I will come back more than once.

The only disadvantages of the hotel are the lack of a dryer in the rooms and a small number of rooms with balconies, i.e. things have to be dried by hanging on the doors and pieces of furniture in the room. Also, the disadvantages are elevators, there are only 4 elevators on 38 floors and sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes to get down.

Fish around the clock, fruits for every taste. Ice cream, cake for children. Popcorn is delivered during the day. As for the sea, like everywhere else in the emirates, there are strong tides and sometimes you can't really swim due to the nearby breakwaters and buoys, but there are also advantages of low tide, my daughter and friend found a huge starfish. If you really want an open sea, then this is Saadiyat! Pools for every taste, initially the pool with a bar was shared, both for children and adults, the only heated one, then others were heated and all the children were moved. The location of the hotel is gorgeous! You can walk along the embankment, and if you want to pamper yourself, then walk to Marina moll. There are also evening shows! They are more aesthetically pleasing than in Turkey)! For example, they play jazz or other compositions. For children, a team of Russian-speaking animators comes and entertains them.

We are currently staying at this hotel from December 12-22 - for the first time in the Rixos network, and now I understand that I will no longer be able to lower the level and go to a simpler hotel, finally being in a 5-star hotel feels exactly like it! The service is wonderful, the waiters bring cocktails and juices on the beach and by the pool, fruits (watermelons, melons, pineapples, etc.) are just a stone's throw away. Dinners are accompanied by live performances by musicians and a special bravo to the chefs-oysters, grilled scallops, tapas with different fillings, meat, grilled fish always, and every day new interesting dishes from different cuisines of the world., drinks are all imported. There is a wonderful kids' club for children from the age of 4, you can leave a child, they hold various master classes, a children's disco and a performance of artists in the evening.

We arrived at the hotel at 9-10 a.m., as we had a transfer from Dubai for about 1.5 hours. They met me at the reception, but they didn't give me a room, because the hotel was loaded, they told me to wait until three, since check-in is usually at this time, but they can give me earlier, but they had breakfast for free , although in many hotels breakfast is not provided on arrival before check-in, this is a big plus. The room was finally ready at 13.30. I'll make a reservation right away, for an additional fee they probably put us on the upper floors, it wasn't important to us in principle and we were settled on the fifth floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, we took an all-inclusive, the mini-bar was included in the price, cleaning was carried out daily, the only drawback was that there was no balcony , if there was a better way to pay extra for a room with a balcony , since there was simply nowhere to dry things and they dried for two days , the air conditioner was turned on to keep the air flowing. I'm cold and I don't like condos , it was very cold in the halls , I was wearing a shirt. Further, everything seems to be normal in terms of nutrition , but it 's the same every day , there were oysters once , caesar salad was made in front of you from the chef , grilled every day ( fish , seafood , veal , chicken , lamb ) pizza stands are home made , once there was a station where they made potato chips . There are two buffet restaurants and the rest are a la carte by appointment, sign up for dinners right on the day of arrival, they sort out all the time like vacant pies. There were always enough sun beds on the beach , the entrance to the water was sand and stones , keep in mind , you can sometimes injure your leg , the cobblestones were lying when the tide was out . The beach itself is clean and well cleaned. The adult pool was closed for restoration, there is a problem with the tiles. There were two swimming pools and a children 's paddling pool . There are also takeaway bars near the pools, and a kiosk with fresh fruits. The waiters on the beach and by the pool were slow and long, I went myself for fruits and drinks. I lost my green Hugo Boss cap on the beach there , I left it , no one found anything the next day , they said they searched for two days , and as a result they just threw it away ( minus the hotel and the cleaners and the service , as such for lost & found . The hotel is located in its Marina neighborhood, it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the city center, although there is a Marina Mall across the street, there are many brands and a supermarket, you can walk there. It's a long way to the parks on Yas Island, of course, about 30 minutes by taxi, but buses seem to run from the hotel, but we called Uber, it's more convenient. The tours were taken from the tour operator Fun Sun. Overall, the rest was great, but the service for Rixos is a bit lame.

There's nothing to complain about. Beautiful Russian girls work at the reception, they explain everything and help. The room is 50 sq. m. Everything is perfectly clean, I have not had time to go out, they are already cleaning. There is always something to do on site. You can also attend 5 training sessions per day and beach volleyball. I've just listed the entertainment for adults. We will definitely come back, we liked everything.

The bathroom is quite spacious, but it is a single space. If someone is in the shower, no one else can go to the mirror or to the toilet. We are used to relaxing in the Address, where the bathrooms are divided into zones with doors, no one bothers anyone and does not wait for the toilet to be free. Draining from the shower simply into a hole on the floor, the water does not have time to leave, as a result, the entire floor is flooded with water, or you need to turn on a weak jet and direct the watering can perpendicular to the floor, then the puddles will be half the bathroom. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is shallow, which is convenient for children. The water is clear and warm. When we arrived, they showed us a lot of rooms to choose from, told us how to book with a 10% discount and gave us just the best room on the 25th floor, the sea view is just space!!! At dinner, there was absolutely everything that a person could wish for, it's a constant riot that is constantly replenished. I ate, I walked, I ate again. Dinner lasts about 4 hours. A wonderful hotel! I can safely recommend it for a quiet, relaxing, family vacation. There is a good shopping center (Marina Mall) next to the hotel, with a good selection of shops and cafes for every budget. The Rixos hotel chain has always been famous for its food and this hotel definitely does not spoil the brand (the selection is huge and everything is very tasty)! Good pools, amazing service, helpful staff, wonderful housekeeping, excellent gym. In general, we liked everything. I can definitely recommend this hotel!
