We had a rest in this hotel earlier. The service is excellent, by the way, there is even a Russian-speaking employee who will help, in the absence of English, solve emerging issues. The restaurant is super: the food is always fresh and quite varied, there is even a "children's menu" that adults also liked :) The hotel has its own guarded beach (across the street), with a bar.
I recommend the hotel for a holiday!

The hotel has poor service. Rooms are poorly cleaned. We saw cockroaches. There is a construction site nearby and it is very noisy. We arrived at the hotel early and had to wait for check-in. At the same time, the hotel did not even offer a bottle of water. The hotel has a shuttle service to Dubai Mall. He goes every day at 14.45. Several people were waiting for him at the reception. We came in advance. At 14.47 they asked where the shuttle was. And we were told that he had already left. How's that? No one even saw him drive up. Couldn't the reception staff tell that the shuttle had arrived? 5 people of staff are sitting at the reception. We asked them to return the bus and pick us up. Just 2 minutes after the bus left, I didn't have time to go far. But nobody cares. This is the quality of service. The Internet is not very good, it turns off all the time. It's a little dirty on the beach, and there are cigarette butts in the sand, they clean up badly. Sauna - one Finnish, the second Turkish. But it can't be called saunas at all. The Turkish one can only fit 2 people and then only sitting. The whole sauna is finished with plastic. All saunas and changing rooms are shared by M and Zh.

I had my first vacation in this hotel 5 years ago. I liked it so much that this summer I specially chose it for a trip.
It turned out that we arrived around 12 p.m. (before the check-in hour), we were asked to wait in the lobby until 14. Half an hour later, the room was ready, they settled in without additional fees and asking for money. Very pleased.
Pleasant reception staff, for those who do not speak English - there is a Russian speaker.
Room 603. Was with a sea view. No foreign odors.
Spacious enough, with floor-to-ceiling windows, which adds light.
The cleanliness was created by the room cleaning officer Nazmul. Always polite, crisp white towels every day, bath accessories replenished.
The restaurant is open strictly at a certain time, not all day. On the 1st floor, excellent grilled meat and fish. The menu has a very large assortment of dishes, a lot of fruits, vegetables, herbs, salads. There is no alcohol (this is not a minus, but just a fact for drinkers), tea/ coffee, juices, water.
The local Arabs also eat there, so they won't let them in slates, wet pareos over a swimsuit.
The beach is across the street in front of the hotel. Fresh towels at the entrance, they give not 1, but how many you ask. There are always free sunbeds. For 100 aed, you can rent a jet ski for 15 minutes. The beach is being taken care of, there are no cans, cigarettes and wrappers under your feet.
Bonus - free half-day transfer from the hotel to/from the Burj Khalifa.
Conclusion: unobtrusive service, good stylish rooms (it is clear that they are not new, but neat, nothing falls off, does not fall on your head), decent food, a clean big beach without outsiders.
I can confidently recommend the hotel to friends. If I am in the Emirates, I will definitely stay here again.

Separate words of gratitude to the waitress Catherine Fuertes - she is always attentive, friendly and very scrupulous about her duties. Even in the "rush hour", he will wipe the table after EACH visitor with a clean rag and sanitizer.
A little bit about the peculiarities of rest in a pandemic: everyone wears masks everywhere; at the entrance to the restaurant, they measure the temperature, you put on disposable gloves, YOU YOURSELF (as in Turkey you stand in line to the waiter distributing food) put it on your plate (and the choice is huge!); you sit down at the table - take off the mask, get up for another dish / additive - you put on a mask. And NO ONE is outraged by this. The reflex is developed from the first attempt)).
You go to the beach in a mask, get a towel immediately take it off and rest "at liberty" before leaving the beach. He went out and put on his mask again.
SMS messages about the results of the covid test do not come to ANYONE, but NO ONE asks them!! If you are curious, you can check by the QR code on the back of the passport, which will be glued after passing the test at the airport.
