The nice hotel is very welcoming. Good cuisine. The beach is within walking distance. You can also take a bus. There are drinks, tea, and coffee on the beach. Alcohol is prohibited. There is fine white sand on the beach. A few shells before entering the water. The hotel is mostly staffed by Russian-speaking tourists. Many of the staff speak Russian. The room is well cleaned. Every day. I really liked the respectful attitude of the staff. There are no problems at the reception at all. Two wonderful young men are solving all your problems. And they speak Russian decently. The food, I was very satisfied. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Any meat, side dishes. For every taste. Well, a fly in the ointment. Transfer from the beach. Stand under the scorching sun (43 degrees) Don't get on the first bus. And wait 20 minutes for the second one... This is a survival quest.

Just the best hotel, 10 out of 10. Meat, chicken and fish in various forms were always available. There is a daily bus to Dubai Mall, free of charge: departs at 14:45, starts back at 21:00. Next to the hotel there is a good outlet store Karakeeb, with a large selection of inexpensive sneakers (women's, men's, children's) and clothes. Among the disadvantages: repairs in the room, furniture, refrigerator, mirrors are asked to be replaced. The smell of sewage in the bathroom is very strong, noisy ventilation system, air conditioning. It will be stuffy to sleep without her, and noisy with her. The biggest disadvantage we faced was the lack of a sleeping place for our 11-year-old child. We took a trip: 2 adults + a child under 12 years old. There were 2 spacious rooms in our room, but in one there was a large bed, and in the second there was a small non-adjustable sofa in which my daughter could not fit either lengthwise or across. At the reception, this issue was solved by paying an additional 150 dirhams per day and an extra bed will be in your room, we tried to solve the issue in the chat from whom we took the ticket, with the Travelataru tour operator, they in turn replied that this was not our problem and solve the issue with the Anextour UAE operator. The representative of Anextour, who was late to meet us, "in a red tie", informed us that Anextour is the best company in the world and that it is necessary to pay and there can be no other way. Although when ordering a voucher, it was indicated on the website: a baby bed is free.

We stayed at the hotel with two children aged 4 and 8. The rest period is from March 30 to April 7, 2025.. To begin with, this is not the first time in the UAE, we are not picky about the hotel and go for the sun and the sea. We arrived at the hotel after 6 p.m., checked into the room immediately. The room is on the 9th floor of the second building (a large two-room room with a sea view). What pleased me: two rooms , a beautiful view of the sea , a large good refrigerator , children's TV channels are available, cleaning every day, all requests are fulfilled with lightning speed. The audibility of the corridor is 100 out of 100 (as the neighbors loved each other, it was very audible). We had breakfast and dinner , everything was delicious , and even the little guy found something to eat for himself . The dining room is very crowded , very crowded . Cons: the most important and most terrible thing was that we arrived when Ramadan ended in the country and there was a holiday, representatives of Pakistani and similar peoples walked for two days, walked en masse like ants clinging to the sea, our beach was fenced off and they were not allowed in, but they crowded the coastline, took pictures and stared to walk along the coastline and speech It couldn 't be . A complete feeling of disgust. I still don't know whether to lower the rating of the hotel, since this circumstance did not depend on them, but it will be a lesson for us. But even when their holiday was over , there were many times fewer of these citizens on the public beach , but they were there and walking along the coastline was not very pleasant . Public beaches are like trash cans. Even the same view of the sea, it's beautiful, no doubt, but be prepared that there is no silence, you can hear the road even at night, cars are always honking, music is blaring, yes, yes at night. Take earplugs, then everything will be fine. The beach: there is a bus 3-5 minutes from the hotel, 15 minutes on foot . The buses are packed , you need to arrive in advance . The beach is dirty , the garbage is cleaned somehow , the sand is not sifted , the entrance to the sea is rocky . The sun beds and umbrellas are in good condition. My children and I have a tradition: we always catch small crabs at sea every evening when we arrive in the emirates, I don't know what the reason is, but there were no crabs at all . There is a construction site on both sides and constant noise . The Internet catches both on the beach and in the hotel tolerably. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna - I won't say anything about them , they weren't used , they came in and felt a powerful smell of bleach . There is a cinema for children , we did not go there . There is a transfer to the Dubai Mall , there is a big bus every day at 14.45 , you do not need to register, you come after the fact. We went to the reception at 2.20 p.m. the bus was already packed and we took the last three seats on the bus. The driver gives the cards multiples of the occupied seats . On the way back, boarding the bus is done at 21.00 in a very nervous way , as everyone is trying to get back in a panic. As far as I understood when they drove us, there was not enough space for someone.. how this happened is not clear , but it is a fact . You need to be prepared that you will have to get there on your own . To summarize, the hotel itself is not bad, but we will not return here a second time: there was not enough greenery and the beach nearby, it was very noisy. What I really didn 't like was the beach . It 's small , tourists are brought there from three hotels , and it 's getting crowded . People are swarming in the sea near the beach , and if you refer to the messages above , then it was not possible to go to a public beach .

Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel at the end of January. The food is very good with four stars. They gave us the number for the city, they asked us to change it, but they didn't change it. A big minus is the mosque next to the hotel, and at exactly 6 a.m. the call to prayer begins, then repeats again at 6:30 sooo loudly. As a result, we had to get up early every 9 days. I'll give you another five for the service of only 2 people from the staff: the girl at the entrance to the restaurant and the maid from the 3rd floor. All the other employees, especially Mizha at the reception, did not provide any hospitality, you pass by - they won't look up, you greet the void. The rooms are tired, there is no sound insulation from the street: every night I woke up to roosters crowing (!), because there is a private sector under the windows, and calls to prayer at 5.40. It's a long way to the beach, it takes 15 minutes to walk or take a transfer, as the embankment is currently being improved. On its beach, the noise is from the construction site on one side and from the demolition of the building on the other side. She probably wouldn't have come back.
