We went to Abu Dhabi for an excursion - it was very beautiful and rich. The downside was that it was Christmas dinner. It was a pity of time and money, but Samsung of the latest model won the competition, it really smoothed out and paid for the dinner for 20 thousand for everyone, but not everyone was so lucky. The dinner concert is a local amateur performance, the contests are primitive, and there is an abundance of food that simply cannot be eaten. People were unhappy. But the organizers didn't skimp on gifts. For lunch and dinner, the only drinks at the hotel are water and tea. In the morning, juices, coffee and tea. Lemonades for extra money. Pleasant, courteous staff, many Russian speakers. Otabek is a very sociable, attentive and responsive administrator. We bought an excursion to Abu Dhabi near the hotel, keep in mind that it took a very long time to drive (5.5 hours in one direction due to traffic jams and check-in at other hotels), although they said that it would take 2.5-3 hours and that we would return at 20-21. As a result, we returned 10 minutes before the dinner closed at 22:50, thanks to the staff for letting us in and feeding us. But we recommend that you definitely go to Abu Dhabi. We recently vacationed with my husband in this beautiful hotel (February 2026). Everything is so great that I don't even know where to start. All the staff from the reception, cooks, waiters to the beach staff are great fellows!! The cuisine is great, very tasty, high-quality and varied enough for every taste, the room cleaning is perfect, the waiters are all friendly and hardworking, the reception is always polite, courteous and ready to help with any question (and they will call a taxi, and tell you in detail what you ask, and so on). Everyone understands perfectly, and many are explained in Russian. There have never been any problems with this. The beach is very clean, many thanks to the staff of the beach. Beach security is always in place, keeping order so that guests are not photographed or disturbed. Internet is available everywhere of decent quality. A nice girl, a hotel employee, walks on the beach and unobtrusively asks if there are any problems and wishes. The food is normal, the standard buffet, you will not stay hungry.There is also a hammam, sauna, swimming pool, showers next to them and a toilet. When we go to the UAE, we only go to this hotel. Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the sea and the city. You can always walk along the embankment and shop in the city. The hotel has its own beach across the street, towels, deck chairs, a cafe, a volleyball court, locker rooms, everything is there. And the sea is so azure, the sand is white, shallow and there are a lot of beautiful shells. We had our last vacation in November 2025, and a major renovation was underway on the embankment, including on the hotel beach. And we were taken nearby, literally 5 minutes away by mini buses, to the same beach with all the amenities closed to strangers. Buses ran every half hour. There were no problems at all, no matter how annoying it was. I hope that next time we will relax on a new beach and walk along a new embankment in the evenings. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, etc. There is a very large assortment of products in the restaurant, everything is delicious and it is not possible to try everything at once. It's also very nice that when you visit the hotel again, you get gifts, which are getting more and more with each new trip. The hotel has a SPA salon, fitness equipment, swimming pool, sauna. The beach is remote, yes, but it takes 5-7 minutes to walk along the shore or along the street, if you do not want to walk, there is a shuttle service from the hotel every half hour (2 minutes drive). In Turkey, instead of the standard, they settled in a 3-room family room.and here, instead of a deluxe suite) It is very cool! But deluxe suites are also big rooms. There is a hairdryer in the room (it dries well), we had an iron all the time, in other room categories they bring it to the room upon request. Fridge. Food: varied and the menu is familiar to us. I won't talk much about nutrition, I'll just write one thing - it's high-quality and there are no digestive problems, as in other countries. We had half board, you can change the time of dinner for lunch, it's convenient. The chef supervised the replenishment of the dishes, so there was no such thing as a dish running out. The restaurant's team is positive and executive. Beach: clean, sandy, excellent location. You can get there by shuttle according to the schedule or walk 15 minutes from the hotel. We had a 2+1 family vacation from August 8 to August 15, 2025. I really liked the hotel, there is always a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. Great hotel. We had a family vacation with 2 children for the New Year! The room was huge, with a large sofa and extra bed! The sea view from both balconies of our room was simply amazing! Food - don't find fault! For every taste! The children lined up for pancakes for breakfast and French fries with nuggets for lunch. 😊 Room cleaning is of high quality and every day, bottled water, tea/coffee/cream, bath accessories - as scheduled. The staff is very friendly, there are always Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they will help with any question. While the embankment is under repair, buses are being taken to the beach every half hour back and forth! But you can easily walk along the shore in 15 minutes to the private beach. We had a rest in early October. For the first time in the UAE. We had a family vacation with 2 adults and a 16-year-old son. We checked in an hour early and went to a room of a higher category (two-room), then they also brought a bed (although there was a sofa) and added towels on request. I already want to make some cosmetic repairs in the room, renovate the furniture. I didn't take a photo of the room. But, to be honest, on the second day you don't think about it anymore. The balcony was large with a view of the sea, the air conditioner was working, the room was cleaned, everything necessary was replenished. The food is good (we were there for 7 days - breakfast/dinner. I haven't had time to get bored.. We also visited the Skazka cafe with a Russian menu not far from the hotel. There are also places along the road where you can have a snack (KFS, pizza, burgers). There is no alcohol in the hotel, but there is a shop not very far from the hotel. There was a shuttle service to the beach every 30 minutes, as the reconstruction of the embankment and the beach were postponed near the hotel. The sand (nailing the shells a little), the sea is gorgeous, very warm (I've never bathed in such warm water), there is enough space for everyone under the umbrella, no need to run and occupy, showers. The beach is guarded and outsiders are not allowed to even walk along the shore. The beach is closed at 18.00, it gets dark quickly. And swimming on a public beach was no longer recommended to us. The evening promenade of the locals begins there. The hotel staff is polite, friendly, responds immediately to requests, many understand Russian. There are many Russians in the hotel, there are no problems with communication. Transfer to Dubai Mall every afternoon. The excursions were taken on a Said tour, also not far from the hotel, planned and booked in advance, even before arrival (you can find contacts on the Internet). Everything went great! The restaurant and the food are a separate topic and very extensive. In a nutshell, everything is on top! Quality, quantity of dishes, dishes, staff. To date, there is a slight difficulty with the beach, it is under reconstruction, but the shuttle bus runs from 7-00 to 18-50 every 20-30 minutes strictly on schedule. The main renovation of the embankment opposite the hotel is almost completed, construction equipment has already been removed. A nice warm pool, and there is also a children's pool. Finnish sauna and hammam, we bathed and steamed every day, as it was cool outside. There is also a small children's playroom, the child liked it. We would like to return to this place again.

The room was cleaned well, we never saw anyone, everything was correct. The food is normal, in the morning, as everywhere else, a mix of vegetables and eggs, fruits, coffee, honey, jam, croissants. There is a lot of meat in the evening, and the dishes are spicy. The beach is across the street, fenced off from the road. Designed for 2 hotels. There are always places, towels are provided by cards / records in sufficient quantities. There was a strong low tide in this part of the Persian Gulf after lunch. And of course, swimming in it is so-so, only the sand rises. This is not the beauty of the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea or the Mediterranean Sea. There are many types of salads, greens, several types of porridges and soups to choose from, a large amount of meat, chicken, fish and side dishes to them.
