After checking into the room, we were shocked, the hotel is 4 stars, but we have never seen such dead rooms. The furniture is old, the drawers in the bedside tables are lopsided, the handles of the drawers are of different calibers and colors, the bathtub is in an ugly condition, the bottom is stripped, gray, the toilet works every other time, the plastic windows are so battered that when the wind blows, they shake and knock on the base, it is not possible to sleep at night, I did not understand at first why in There was paper in the corner of the window, then I realized that the previous tenants had plugged it to get rid of the knocking. The condition of the room reminded me of Sovdepovsky, a forgotten boarding house. Imagine, you just arrived and you are settled in such a place. On the same day I went to the reception, talked to the manager, the next day we were moved to another room, the same old, but not as ugly in general, but the bathroom was in even worse condition)), but the toilet was working normally. The hotel itself is located close to the road, the traffic of cars does not stop, constant noise day and night, plus you breathe the exhaust from these cars while in the room, and of course there is no question of any recovery. As for nutrition, I can say that the quality of cooking is at a good level, I would like to mention high-quality and delicious pastries. Coffee from a coffee machine in a restaurant is, to put it mildly, so-so. I also do not recommend buying ground coffee in stores, it is disgusting, maybe we came across one of course, but it is better to take a proven one that you know. I was surprised that bottled water in the hotel can be taken only after 10.00, the logic is not clear, because everything was all inclusive. In general, the work of the hotel staff and the quality of food can be rated at 4, but the hotel itself and its condition are at a maximum of 2. As for the sea and the beach, everything is not bad, but one day, after a storm, a sufficient amount of fuel oil washed ashore, in which we and virtually everyone who was on the beach. dirty (feet and sneakers), we must pay tribute to the valiant beach workers who offered palm oil to remove fuel oil stains. Conclusion: it's good that in January we came on vacation for reasonable money (130 rubles for 7 days), but if it were in season, then getting into such a hotel for a lot of money would be doubly unpleasant, especially when you arrive at a 4-star hotel, and in fact the room in it is not pulls on 2! I do not recommend this hotel!

But the hotel staff managed to surprise us from the very beginning. Upon check-in, we were informed that the room we had booked with a view of the city was gone, so we were settled into a deluxe suite with two huge rooms, two large TVs in each, a huge bed and a kitchenette, as well as a balcony overlooking the sea. (We didn't pay anything extra). Food is always a great choice, everything is fresh and appetizing. The beach is private, with free towels, sun beds and umbrellas. There was always enough room for everyone. Next to the right of the hotel there is a large supermarket, to the left there is an outlet with clothes, souvenirs, then the cafe "Skazka". We went to this cafe once, then we adapted to go to breakfast, and instead of dinner (it's a little late for us from 20.00 to 23.00) we went to lunch towards the end (lunch until 15.30). We had lunch at 15 o'clock, and in the evening tea and fruit in the room are quite enough. And what a little sand on the beach - oooh, it's a thrill - not a single pebble, clean, cool. In general, we really liked everything!

We had a room on the 1st floor, in fact the third with a view of the city. The room is small, but everything is there. We all slept exactly in it. Russian Russian ironing board with iron, air conditioning worked well, TV with Russian channels (two), blackout curtains, safe with instructions in Russian, cleaning and changing towels every day, linen was changed, comfortable mattress, there were no problems with water, odors in the room as well. A tea set with bottles of water, which was also replenished during cleaning. The buffet in the dining room is varied, there is a choice, meat, fish, spaghetti, fried-steamed vegetables, a lot of salads, children's snowballs as in rostiks, desserts are different, and not as it happens in hotels, the taste is the same, the composition is the same, just the color is different from the filling)) Well, fruits are not diverse, we bought them at the grocery store. The beach is its own, with free Wi-Fi, there are a lot of sun loungers, even at 12 if they come, but they still want certain conditions so that the shadow, despite the changes in the location of the sun, is always there, so that it is next to the water's edge, and so on. Then of course such places are "booked" at the opening of the beach, and not as many have seen, they will come by noon and you can see they are not happy that there are no places with shade, or there are, but "not there and not those". Cats live on the beach, it is not necessary to feed them to the compassionate from the buffet, I heard in the morning, standing behind a towel, how a woman told me that someone had been fined for this. Cats are really not hot yet, the staff feeds them with cat food. Daily free transfer to dubai mall. I had a vacation with a child of 12 years at the end of May. It was the first time. When booking, we ordered a deluxe room (with a view of the bay). They gave us the 11th (13th) floor, the room is just super, and the view is incomparable! The hotel staff is VERY attentive, many people understand Russian, from the receptionists to the maids. In the room: refrigerator, microwave, safe (free), iron. a board, an iron, a tea station with tea, coffee, sugar and cream, two bottles of water of 0.5 liters each, (provisions were replenished every day). The food is just great, not as spicy and sugary as in Turkey and Egypt, but just as varied. Towels are provided on the beach, which can be left on the sun loungers until the evening. There is a bus from the hotel to Dubai every day (14.45 there, 21.00 back). Next to the hotel there is a company "last minute excursions" with a Russian-speaking manager (Pasha), from whom we went on a sightseeing tour of Dubai and climbed the Buj Khalifa. It was an unforgettable vacation. We plan to come here again. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

In the afternoon and evening, the hood smells of food, apparently the room above the kitchen. Unfortunately, one day a cockroach ran into me and crawled along the curtain, for which it was destroyed by me. I want to note that wherever I rested, there were no cockroaches anywhere... The cuisine is excellent, meat of several types, fish, seafood. I had plenty of food, even though I took half board. Drinks are included both in the evening and in the evening. The room is cleaned every day. We changed the linen every other day. I always left tips. 4-5 dirhams each. The pool is not large, there is a sauna and a hammam in the women's and men's locker rooms. After the sea, cool off in the pool and take a steam bath in the sauna. In general, I recommend the hotel to those who need a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is no entertainment. The beach is good, towels are provided, places in the shade should be occupied at the moment of opening the beach. The main contingent of vacationers in September 2023 are pensioners from the CIS countries. Next to the hotel, to the left there is an outlet with reasonable prices, to the right on the first ring road there is a small supermarket. There is also a liquor store to the right after the second ring.

There was also no welcome tea and coffee with cakes in the lobby for those waiting to check in, there was not even water. Since we were terribly tired from the road and were already thirsty, we asked for tea, it's good that they didn't refuse. In the following days, a container with cold water with fruits floating in it appeared in the lobby, and thanks for that)! Check-in was early unexpectedly))), at 11 o'clock we were checked in, for which thank you very much. The room was apparently redecorated, because the floors were not very clean, there were white streaks and there was a smell of paint. There were 3 adults, towels only for 2, there were no slippers in the room at all, a couple of hangers. And yes, the bed is big, good, but the bedding sets are only for 2. The third of us probably had to sleep standing up and not wash for a week. During the day, I had to contact both the reception and the cleaning staff several times. It was nerve-racking, because they brought it by the piece. First the towel, I explain everything again-then the sheet, I explain again, then the blanket. The pillow was never brought, I did not ask again -there were several of them on the bed. It was worse with sneakers-I achieved them only by 23 o'clock approximately and also at first 2 pcs, then only a couple more were brought. Apparently the guy saw that I was already on the verge, he also brought an adapter. And yes, I had to run to the store to buy a rag, wash the floors and buy water-as in Turkish hotels there is no water at the reception and restaurant. The food in the restaurant is delicious, we had a variety of standards, but there is not the same assortment as in Turkish hotels. But once again, it's really delicious. The beach is across the street, it's not a long walk. There is water and drinks on the beach. By the way, ice cream is paid. The room was cleaned every day in the following days, everything was clean. If you want to have a snack between breakfast-lunch and dinner, you will not succeed. If only it's paid in the city. And this is with ol inclusive. At the entrance to the restaurant, you are recorded-literally, you are asked for a room number. It is unexpected and unpleasant, as if afraid that everything will be eaten. Sometimes, after an evening walk, I wanted to have a snack, something light, tea with cakes, for example. But, alas and ah! And the most unpleasant thing is that on the day of departure after eviction at 12:00 you will no longer be allowed to have lunch. There are few places for those waiting in the lobby, if they leave a lot, then they will have to wait standing and hungry. This is a fundamental difference from the Turkish ones, where even in the lobby you can sit quietly drinking tea or coffee. Breakfast is usually light, but at lunch you already want to eat. It's kind of unpleasant, petty. And yes, we were probably not lucky at all. During our arrival, the room next door was being renovated. I hated the sound of the puncher . And at the same time, I informed both the reception and the staff on the floor when I saw it. Zero reaction. When you're out of the way and have a headache, it's at least disrespectful. it helped a little when I asked the drill personally, through an interpreter, explaining that the child was feeling unwell and trying to sleep.They drilled every day for 3 days. And at the same time, everyone is smiling))). The cricket with the punch was also very smiling. Then I moved to another floor, but even though I couldn't hear it so much, it was like a music application to the hotel. So the impressions are mixed - the water and the beach, the quality of the food and, in fact, the service in the restaurant are wonderful, but the unpleasant ones described above have contributed to the fly in the ointment.
