I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is not designed for a large number of vacationers, to get to breakfast you need to queue in the hallway for 20 minutes in a crowd of angry vacationers. The hotel is very shabby, the furniture is dirty. Keep in mind that Ajman is a poor state, 200 meters away from the hotel, you encounter a poor life of workers who look at you like meat. We tried to walk twice, at first I was uncomfortable, the second time my husband turned me around with the children and we decided that we would not walk in the city. The beaches in Ajman are wide, but repairs are underway. The hotel fenced a tiny beach with a cloth and put sun beds in the middle of the construction site. If not everything is included, then Juices are served only for breakfast. Everyone chooses what is convenient. I don't like to bother, so I always take "all inclusive". The staff is very friendly! By the way, if you need to leave somewhere, taxi drivers stop every 2 minutes at the exit of the hotel. We took a taxi several times from Ajman City. A one-way trip is approximately 19 dirhams. Repairs are underway and the beach is being improved. I will be very happy to return to this hotel!

The rooms were so tired that when the wind was strong, there was a hum in the room and it was cold (the doors are already asking for replacement, especially from the sea)+I would like newer furniture. A wonderful hotel, certainly not for pampered tourists. If you want the sea and the absence of a stone jungle, you are here. November exceeded all expectations in terms of water and air temperature. We were neither hot nor humid. They could move quietly during the day. We had breakfast and dinner, but we calmly changed dinner for lunch if necessary or rescheduled for lunch on the day of departure. The choice of dishes is sufficient, everything is fresh and delicious, there is a lot of meat on the grill. There are plenty of cafes around with reasonable prices. There are many LuLu supermarkets 1.5 km from the hotel, Day to Day with a wide variety of products and even souvenirs. All the dates in chocolate were taken there, all with expiration dates and adequate prices. Mangoes and other fruits were also bought there. When we arrived, the hotel was overcrowded and therefore we were upgraded to a room category. The room was gorgeous, by the way, we didn't need such an area, but the view of the bay was pleasing. Cleaning is daily, everything was fine with us. Several times I left small change for tea on the table, the boy did not take it, later I found out that it was necessary to leave it on the bed. A small minus, the beach was postponed in the last three days of our stay. The beach is larger and more spacious, more remote from the hotel for about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace or by shuttle from the entrance for literally 3 minutes. The most unpleasant thing is that the entrance to the water is worse, there is more shell rock and the depth is sharper. If it's a little stormy, you can hardly enter. And the sea in this place storms periodically and there is a chance that from 2-5 days of your arrival you will simply not be allowed into the water. A free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall runs from the hotel daily in the afternoon. In general, we liked the rest more than in Turkish hotels of this category. I would like to appeal to compatriots who collect bags of food with them, well, you did not come from a hungry country, respect the host country and the hotel staff, well, yourself.

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed. I would like to share my experience, because it really deserves attention. Positive: The price is very pleasant for this level of service. The staff is customer—oriented, friendly staff. They are always ready to help, but they are unobtrusive. The food is simply beyond praise! Tastier and more varied than in many restaurants in Moscow. A large selection, high-quality products, everything is very tasty cooked. Cleanliness — daily room cleaning, everything is clean and tidy. Hygiene kits, tea and coffee were replenished every day. Beach and shuttle service — a shuttle service to the beach runs every 30 minutes, towels are provided on the beach, there are plenty of sun beds, and there are always plenty of available places. Wi-Fi is stable even on the beach, video communication has not been interrupted even once. Air conditioning — works perfectly both in the room and in transfers. The infrastructure is nearby — there are many supermarkets and pharmacies, all within walking distance. Additional amenities — the pool is clean, there are few people. Free sauna and hammam, towels are also provided at the entrance. Excursions and transfers — the trip to Dubai Mall was well organized, the transfer was comfortable, and there was more than enough time for a walk. Payment — you can buy tours near the hotel and pay with a Mir card, which pleasantly surprised me. The tours match the description, no one is trying to impose unnecessary services. The atmosphere is calm on the beach, no one is bothering, the people are friendly, you can relax in peace. Cons: The renovation is not the freshest, the laminate is swollen in places. But this does not affect the cleanliness in any way — everything is perfectly cleaned. As many wrote, entering the water through a ridge of shells. It hurts, but corals solve this problem. It's not related to the hotel, but it's important to know: It's impossible to buy IQOS or Lil Solid sticks in the UAE, so it's better to bring them with you from Russia. There are few Russian—speaking staff (and people in the UAE in general), but everyone understands English - this even turned out to be a plus for us. Bottom line: There are a lot of emotions, and they are extremely positive! The hotel and, of course, all the staff met and even exceeded expectations. We will be happy to come back here again!
