Great location, nice clean rooms. Of the minuses, the maximum I can mention is not a super large buffet and the lack of shelves in the closet, but this is not critical. Some of the staff speak Russian, which is incredibly convenient. There is a sea nearby. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor and floor G, the distribution is carried out by a hotel employee at the counter in front of the entrance to the restaurant complex, for three days per floor, the food is the same everywhere. There is a swimming pool, warm, comfortable, but we were there 1 time, there was not much time for it, it is small, for 20 people. When checking in, they pull the rubber to the last, check in at 14:00, we were checked in at 14:20. But we were specially waiting for a room with a view of the marina, it's worth it. If you want to move in quickly, you will be accommodated in a room with a view of the city. The rooms are clean, cleaned very well every day, water was left for 3-5 bottles of 0.5, there were three of us. Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a resort fee of 400 rubles per person per night. We paid for the ruble union pay from Gazprombank, everything passes. There are a couple of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, special thanks to them for this. As for the location of the hotel, it is wonderful: jbr beach is 10-15 minutes on foot, there is an excellent Al Maya supermarket on the right of the hotel in the block, next to it is the MMI alcohol store, purchases are strictly according to a passport, prices are normal for Dubai, beer for 200 rubles, wine from 1000. A little further in the same direction is the Grill & Chill cafe, where you can eat inexpensively or take with you to the hotel, the price of dinner for three is about 1500-2500. The first time I rested in Dubai, stayed in two Hotels, upon arrival my room in the booking was cancelled, since they could not write off the money for the room, but upon arrival they offered a room on the floors above without any problems and kept the old price, the location is very good, there is a supermarket right around the corner, street food, by the way, which is such just like in a restaurant and much cheaper, tom yam, burgers, chickens, whatever you want, for a hundred dirhams for two to have dinner, I think it was very successful when we gave at least 400-600 in restaurants. The promenade and the beach are 10 minutes on foot. Metro as soon as you leave the hotel. The second hotel was 5 stars and much more expensive, but to be honest, it has never been better than this one. The price and quality satisfied me completely.

Nearby is the Sheikh's road /highway, very large-scale, but the balcony was closed tightly enough - the noise did not bother me at all, considering that I live with Windows "into the courtyard". Beautiful blackout curtains👍🏼 there are Russian channels and Internet access on TV. The breakfasts were delicious, there was a sufficient amount of fruit and pastries every day, in addition to the main dishes (cool yoghurts in jars).
