I really liked the hotel, we rested from 31-10-2021. The metro is about 2 minutes from the hotel, the beach is about 10 minutes on foot, the beach is very decent. Near the hotel there is a supermarket where there are all products and small farms.products. The room has a great view of the city. The room was cleaned every day, there are no complaints at all, everything was fine. The breakfasts are the same, but the choice is large, so everything was fine during the week of rest. We took more dinners, a la carte dinner, a choice of appetizers, main course and dessert, generally fine.. Sometimes in the morning we had to wait for the elevator for 2-3 minutes because everyone was moving from breakfast / to breakfast. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Of the advantages - location, breakfast, staff. Of the minuses - probably not even found the minuses. I recommend the hotel.

Everything is fine, the room with a balcony is normal, the audibility from the road is good, the insulation of the windows is not very good. In general, nothing special in terms of luxury, I've seen better 4 stars.
The staff is lovely and polite. The food is good, the chefs make the dishes perfectly.
Near the metro, you can drive to the Dubai Mall, but you don't really need it, it's huge and useless. But there is a Marina Mall nearby, everything is there in general and at the same time there is nothing. It's 12-15 minutes to the beach, and it's very tiring in the heat.
Will I choose this hotel next time? Maybe, but I'm more likely to choose something else.

The most inexpensive hotel in the Marina area, an ordinary standard hotel. The sound insulation between the rooms is bad, but otherwise everything is fine, we lived here for a week, 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace, 5 minutes to the subway.

Expectation and reality do not coincide. I am disappointed with this hotel. First they settled on the first floors. The rooms had an unpleasant smell and so on.
For a good fee, we moved to the best room on the Vysotsky floor. In the pool, it's creepy... right next to the road. Don't swim because it feels dirty. The location is great.
I really liked that guests could come to our room, it was not allowed before.

I liked the hotel in everything. You can safely put a score of 4.5 points. I will take 0.5 points for the lack of carpet in the room - solid tiles, the floor was appropriately cold, the little child was cool.

At the moment, I have been staying at this hotel for the second week.
I'll start with the pros: good rooms, quick check-in, polite staff, good location of the hotel (near everything: metro, shops, beaches), not a bad pool, a small gym, thank you salon.
Now about the disadvantages, and they are also available: the rooms are cleaned every few days (after a complaint to the reception), cleaning is not carried out qualitatively. They take towels for a shift, but they don't leave a shift. I have to go to the reception again and ask them to bring at least one!!
Breakfast at the hotel is the same every day, only coffee is delicious. I am very glad that I did not buy a ticket with lunches..
Lack of a balcony (drying a swimsuit is a whole thing)
