From March 24 to March 27, 2020, we were accommodated in this hotel because there were no flights from the Arab Emirates to Moscow with a forced coronavirus situation. the staff treated us with deep understanding, they fed us well, the appeal to people was wonderful, they calmed us, informed us about the departure, which was postponed indefinitely, there was no panic, Russian-speaking guides and two girls at the reception explained everything that interested anyone by itself, the hotel is very clean , everything is new.The UAE is a developed country.and Dubai....fairy tale..

Great hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food. Only the pool is small. And another big plus - very close to the metro and tram station.

Location, staff, rooms are excellent. A new hotel with a beautiful view of the city. There are Russian-speaking staff. Rooms are cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. We arrived there comfortably for 11 days 😁

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Check-in with the child was done at 8:00 am without extra charge. Convenient location. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The new hotel is a plus. Of the minuses: poor sound insulation of rooms, one restaurant for breakfast (dinner), a lot of people, you have to wait for a table. It is not possible to order food or coffee from the menu. The pool opens onto the main highway.
