The reservation was canceled because the card did not work (paid in cash). Therefore, I am writing here instead of Booking.
We rested for 9 days at the end of February.
The building is located in such a way that no matter which room is occupied, the noise from vehicles will haunt you constantly. And it does not depend on the floor in any way. The buildings along the road are located in such a way that the neighboring buildings are screens and, reflecting, multiply amplify the noise. The roar of motorcycles and cars with punctured mufflers is especially unpleasant. It seems that the owners of the hotel know about this, so the price is lower than away from the road.
About the view. Do not mislead yourself about a partial view of the Marina. You can see it between the houses if you lean out from the balcony to the waist. And you will really enjoy the views of the drying underpants of the neighboring building inhabited by guest workers.
The pool is located so that after 12 o'clock in the afternoon it is completely covered by shade. In winter, at an air temperature of 26 degrees with a breeze, it becomes really cold.
The metro is nearby, if you really need it on vacation.
Queues in the elevator were not observed, they did not eat in the restaurant (the reason is extremely negative reviews).
Considering the price-quality ratio, we didn't like it. Although, "To whom and the mare is the bride!"))

Excellent hotel in its level, excellent location, round-the-clock market under the windows, excellent hearty breakfasts, take what you want and as much as you want. The staff is very friendly and respectful,,, special thanks to the girl at the reception with glasses, she gave us a chic room with a huge balcony and a wonderful view. The hotel has a fitness and a heated swimming pool, a bar with alcohol, a hookah. Enjoy your stay.

I really liked the warm pool. You can hang for a long time. Towels are provided free of charge. Only breakfast is served at the hotel. Very cool breakfast. For every taste. The juices are natural. The fruits are delicious. Great beef and chicken sausages. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning every day is of high quality. If you leave a tip, they will put tea and coffee, a lot of bottles of water. We were satisfied with the hotel)))

The hotel building is new, so the furniture, halls, etc. are in excellent condition. The rooms are comfortable. But there are still strange shoals. For example, there was no outlet in the bathroom. To the beach 10 minutes on foot. The pool is open, on the roof of the restaurant. Heated. But very small. And there are few sunbeds. Some of the rooms overlook a busy highway. The breakfast is good, corresponds to the occupancy of 4 stars, but every day the same menu. The coffee is disgusting. A couple of times in 10 days they forgot to clean the room at all. But in general, he made a good impression. There are Russian-speaking staff.
