Excellent hotel, convenient location, you can walk to the Arbat. The interior is beautiful, the walls are decorated with photographs reflecting the culture of the country. The bar area and the breakfast restaurant are also cozy. I would like to mention the delicious breakfasts separately, and the national Kazakh pastries for sweets. Wonderful staff, friendly and smiling people. The room is clean, I would have come here again.

Nice chain hotel in the center of Almaty. A pleasant SPA on the top floor with sauna, hammam and hot tubs overlooking the city. A good massage. The breakfasts are standard for hotels of this class, that is, they are quite sufficient, but without a twist. Rooms with elements of "oriental" interior design. A 24-hour bar in the lobby, which is again the standard for 4-star chain hotels. It's a good gym. In short, the hotel fully meets expectations, it is fashionable to go boldly.

Stylish, modern hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. A luxurious bed, sleeping very sweetly and comfortably. The neighbors are almost inaudible. But it was cool in the off-season, the heating was not turned on and the internal climate control was turned off. When asked to raise the temperature, they were fed with promises, until finally they asked for an additional heater at the reception. There is no can opener in the room, you have to ask for it at the bar, which you are asked to return in 5 minutes. We checked into a room for two twice, where there were accessories, towels and a bathrobe for one. I had to ask for extra food.

The room is great, everything you need is there. The breakfast is good, a standard buffet, no frills. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel. He did not come to us, although at first we were convinced that the driver was waiting for us with a sign. It turned out that the driver had overslept. We left for Yandex as a result. The location of the hotel is very convenient, all the sights and restaurants are within walking distance.

I'm thrilled! This is now my favorite hotel! New, clean, spacious rooms (the room has everything you need for living: bathrobes, slippers, hygiene kits, kettle, bottled water), comfortable beds! The staff is great at everything: starting from the reception, you are welcomed as a dear guest! The restaurant has a buffet, very tasty breakfasts (thanks to the chefs and again I would like to mention the wonderful and friendly staff) the rooms are clean (thanks to the cleaning room). I would like to express my special gratitude to the manager Kristina for her attitude towards the hotel guests. I ordered a beef steak for lunch, which is incredibly delicious! There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel.

A great hotel in a modern building! Before that, I had a sad experience of staying in a hotel near the cable car, but it's not for nothing that everything is learned in comparison! The suite is located on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the city. Two spacious rooms, with a separate dressing room. Lovely, freestanding bathroom. The room has a stylish and new interior. On the top floor there is a spa area with panoramic windows. And on the first floor there is a bar with a proseco and an excellent selection of wines) A restaurant in the lobby, with a very long wait for drinks, in the absence of other visitors… But it was obvious that the bartender was trying. I will definitely come back again!

It's a very nice hotel, and the staff is excellent. The location is great. Everything is nearby. And even restaurants and cafes and the Arbat. Right in the center of the gastronomic square. Breakfast was 10 out of 10, and for lunch we went to a seafood restaurant across the street.

I stayed at the Mercure Almaty City Center for two weeks – and it was a good decision. Very convenient location: I lived, worked and rested literally in the same area. Every morning I started with a hearty continental breakfast, then the office, and in the evening I had time for fitness and an excellent spa. A huge kingsize bed is a special treat, especially after a busy day. A comfortable, modern hotel that you want to return to. I definitely recommend it, especially for those who combine work and leisure.

The three. I'll tell you why: 1) The staff is trying, very friendly, but the room was cleaned only at the request of the reception. They asked for about 12 o'clock, maybe later they were going to clean up, but the hotel was not very populated. 2) The room is pleasant, but the water in the shower is weak, so that the water becomes warm, you need to turn the knob to the maximum temperature. There are no hygiene items. Shampoo and shower gel in large jars with a dispenser like in Ibis approximately) 3) Breakfast - in no case do not pay for it - it is poor, it is not worth the money at all, it is easier to eat in any cafe, which there are a lot of around here. 4) The spa Hammam didn't really work, 4 hydro massage baths gave the impression that you were stewing in some kind of muddy mud))) 5) wifi is such a thing, the speed on LTE is 10 times higher) 6) the price ... on the other hand, all hotels in Almaty are highly overrated. Now the pros. 1) Excellent location 2) Nice design 3) Free parking 4) Friendly staff 5) Excellent massage at the SPA

The hotel is perfectly located, inside the hotel there is also a very pleasant atmosphere, cozy rooms. The breakfasts are excellent. However, with all this, I could not get the air conditioner in the room to work for heating, and for two days I tried to keep warm by wrapping myself in two blankets. Also, there are no hygiene items in the rooms and everything must be requested separately every time. The desire to save money on the client can be covered up with any plausible pretexts, but this does not negate the fact itself.

In general, everything is not bad, the service pulls out all the flaws. If breakfast is still a good idea, without interest, then an average breakfast in a good hotel, but I would like to be a little more interesting, there is not even champagne in a hotel of this level and there is more taste in the dishes, and not dry, like fried bacon. Then the SPA is a horror ... the taps are not working, the shower drain is clogged that it's scary to even go into this puddle ... The Jacuzzi is so chlorinated that the smell and taste of bleach is in all parts of the SPA!!!

Nice hotel. The food is delicious, but the choice is not too great. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaning is daily! The location of the hotel is also cool! I liked the hotel. We lived on the top floor. Great view of the mountains and the city. The rooms are clean and beautiful, cleaning is regular. I didn't like the hammam and sauna. All the equipment is very tired in the spa. It is worth replacing torn towels in the spa. The breakfasts are good, good, there is something to choose from, everything is delicious. Overall, I really liked the 4-star hotel.
