We liked everything, we lived in an apartment, a spacious living room, a great bedroom, clean bed linen, towels, we had a normal cleaning, a few days really late. By calling housekeeping, they solve any issue. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is super, they cope with such a flow of people for breakfast very well. I liked the food, we took breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to a great beach is 40 minutes. The only minus when checking in for an early check-in was 300 dirhams, then dropped to 200, but we preferred to take a walk and exchange money) 50 meters to the subway and it's great, it's very convenient to get to everything

Nice hotel, convenient location. There is Parking, you can get a ticket from the concierge if you rent an apartment for a long time. We took it for a month, they gave us a pass without any problems.
The restaurant is wonderful, the staff is lovely. I am always amazed in Dubai how much they love children, carry them in their arms, play, treat them with berries and cookies, they are as friendly as possible. And all the waiters play with the child for a free minute. And no one is scratching their ears that it is impossible to make noise or it is not appropriate to behave like this at work. I was even cooked at the request without sauces or a dietary version of the dishes, as I observed the nutrition.
A good gym, free of charge for hotel guests.
The only negative is the pool. Just as terrible as possible. Firstly, it is necessary to climb up to it on a slippery slide, it is absolutely unsafe. We personally remembered about food closer to 15:00. Swimming pool, sauna. The metro is a few meters away from the hotel! Free transfer to a very cool beach! Not far from the hotel there is a currency exchange office, various cafes, shops.
On the 8th floor of the hotel there are swimming pools (adult and children) and a Jacuzzi - open from 8 to 22.
There are shuttles to the plaza, but very crowded, it's easier to get to the nearest one on your own.

Every day they brought a bottle of water, bags of tea, coffee, sugar, and reported daily. The hotel staff is very polite, but very few speak English well, but you can find Russian speakers at the reception. The cuisine at the hotel is great - a buffet, delicious food, desserts and fruits; I especially want to emphasize one waitress, Linda, from Bali, who speaks excellent English, very attentive and friendly. We rested here in February 2023. This is my second time in this department. The hotel is amazing in its location (just a few seconds to the metro🤩), the Marina is 2 stops away, the Moll of the Emirates is also a couple of stops away.
There was a suite just with an incredibly stunning view!! The rooms are large - a living room and a bedroom. The bath is amazing - it has both a shower and a bathtub! But I note that there is no kitchen in the suites, it is only in the apartments. And by the way, the apartments here are mostly killed☹️
There were problems when checking in — instead of one declared bed, we were given two separate ones. And I had to spend an hour and a half of time dealing with a not quite adequate Indian at the reception. As a result, we were promised to replace the room the next day + were given a late eviction as a gift. Thanks to the girl Nazira at the reception for helping us! Nazira, you're just a darling)
The hotel has a great gym! The breakfasts are the same every day, but we are not picky, so we were fine.

A huge hotel with a lot of people. The staff can not cope with either the check-in, or the catering of tourists, or the cleaning of rooms.
They were settled 3 hours later than expected and only after a scandal. The child did not have a bed made, so I had to go figure it out again.
At breakfast: queues at the entrance to the restaurant, queues for food, and after the battle for an empty table.
There is a huge problem with elevators, the queue to get into the elevator is 5-10 minutes stable, both up and down, as a result, 10 people get into the elevator and it stops on each floor.
The rooms have been in need of renovation for a long time.
There is a smell in the shower, mold, a broken shower head.
There are stains on the couch.
The furniture is old.
The windows and glass railing of the balconies are dirty and stained with the prints of previous guests.
From the fact that there is a busy highway nearby, there is a terrible noise in the room even at night and with the balcony doors and windows closed.
Upon check-out, the hotel staff held our luggage demanding compensation of 500 dirhams for an old plastic, cracked coffee table that stands in the scorching sun on the balcony and is already crumbling time.
The boorish administration did not accept any of our arguments, they refused to understand the essence, putting an ultimatum - either pay or we will not give you the luggage and you will not fly anywhere.
The administration is trying to squeeze all the money out of tourists and thus renovate a shabby hotel.
This is not the first time we have been to the UAE and in Europe, Asia and Latin America, but this is the first time we have seen such a terrible place.
I do not advise anyone.

Of the significant disadvantages:

2. Although the rooms are large, they are stupid. We booked a room for four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 13). As a result, they gave you a room with three beds and said that an 8-year-old child should make a bed with you or offered to pay another 150 dirhams per day (almost 4000 rubles) for an additional one. bed.

We rested at this hotel from November 5 to November 13.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, paid 200 dirhams for early check-in and we were settled in a room on the 34th floor with a sea view.
The room is two-room, which is extremely convenient. It does not give a feeling of stiffness, you feel very comfortable. The numbers are already tired, but in general everything is fine. Very comfortable beds, good bed linen, it was very comfortable to sleep.
In the kitchen area there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, round table.
We only took breakfast. For me, everything is very simple, but quite enough. Delicious pastries. Of the minuses - there were often not enough mugs, sometimes plates. We went to breakfast at different times, but you can't guess.
I liked the pool. It's great to relax and unwind in a hot Jacuzzi at the end of the day (it's just an incredible buzz), swim in the pool and warm up in the sauna. The hamam did not work and the sauna does not work during the day, only in the evening. Towels are given out in the pool, very cool staff work there.
Right across the street from the hotel (if you leave the hotel and turn right, cross the road) is a good shop. We took water, yoghurts, and sweets for tea there.
A good Carrefour grocery store, we were at Emirates mall. They bought dates, fruits, and there are also a lot of gluten-free products (it's relevant to me).
They left 5 dirhams of tips in the room, as a result, they cleaned up perfectly and even made swans once) Another interesting thing is that when we checked into the room we had only 2 towels, and after the tip there were 4 + on the floor).
We had dinner at Alfeniq restaurant, 10-15 minutes from the hotel on foot. The price tag there is normal compared to other establishments, the food is delicious and the service is fast.
We didn't go to the beach by transfer. Once we were at Jumeirah Beach, I didn't like it, because there are a lot of people and a dirty sea. We got there by metro to the DMCC station, then 15 minutes on foot. The cost of a chaise longue there is 150 dirhams + a separate towel for a fee. To wash in the shower is also paid.
All the other times we went to Kite Beach. It's just amazing, if you arrive early in the morning, it's absolutely a delight. The sea is clean, transparent, a lot of cafes, free showers, you can change clothes in the toilet. The cost of a chaise longue is 120 dirhams on 3 and further rows, on the first 150. Towels are included in the price. We got there by taxi, about 30 dirhams went out in one direction.
By taxi. We caught a beige taxi with colorful roofs on the street. If green and yellow, then this is the most budget taxi, blue and red are more expensive, pink is a female taxi (the driver is a woman and carries only women). They usually charge 5 dirhams for boarding in the city, the rest is according to the meter. Everything is very comfortable, the circles are not wound.
By metro. We were given silver cards in Russia, we only replenished them in the subway. There are machines there, you can do it in them. For the first time we looked at how people do and also did, it's not difficult there. And one huge one !!! BUT it crossed out the entire stay at the hotel. On departure, we were presented with the fact that we broke the Watering can in the shower and demanded 500 dirhams. Two and a half hours were disassembly. It really was cracked, but it didn't bother us to the extent of the shower and the bathroom. Our request to show the number verification log was refused. To show the cameras where an engineer will protect our room before checking in-they refused. We, for our part, provided a video that was filmed on arrival for friends, where a crack in this very watering can is visible with a detailed magnification!! To which we were told that there is a fact. But it's still our fault again that we didn't tell them about it. In general, we paid the money, the mood is spoiled.
