We were in the middle of February. Not a bad location. Now there is a good gym (we opened an updated one at the time of our stay). We took breakfasts and dinners, sold out at breakfasts, it was crowded and very monotonous, it was quieter at dinners and sometimes it was even delicious.
Spa and pool, well, such ... you can do without it.
The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is of high quality.

At first it seemed that it was a solid 4-ka BUT:
1. If any problem happens, the manager will talk to you and forget after 5 minutes.. It really upset me and for that immediately -1.
2. A lot of our compatriots, some of whom behave like wild: they really run to occupy a free table in the restaurant "Lyuba, come here!" or stick around the bus (transfer to the beach) it's like an evacuation (very embarrassing).
4. It's a long way to the beach, so if you don't want to push the crowd and break into the bus, expect that you will take a taxi 25-30 dirhams one way (500-600₽) total 1200. Comfortable and fast. It is cheaper to catch a taxi "by hand".
5. Considering all the previous points, I would advise you to pay extra and rent a hotel within walking distance from the beach.
6. If the rest is not a beach holiday, then there is a big plus - the hotel is next to the metro, it is literally around the corner!
7. There is a good shop near the hotel. And there is a supermarket 15-20 minutes walk away.

An urban-type hotel, a ball suite of 60 meters, the room is very noisy because of the highway.
There were problems with hot water for 2 days. 4-star hotel does not give a dental kit🤷♂️
The pool is small and cold, incomprehensible painting on the walls, the Jacuzzi is good, but with sharp corners 🤷♂️
The food is great, they don't give you any drinks for dinner, even tea and water, be kind enough to buy beer 0.33 for 800₽
Pros: location, everywhere is fast by taxi and metro, it is even possible to get to the airport
Have I returned? Definitely not.
In Dubai, you need to rest on the first line.

The room was dirty during the entire stay at the hotel - streaks on the table, dust in the bathtub and in the living room, dirty floor. The hotel is 4*, but on the first night for two we had ONE bath towel and one for hands. There were no slippers, bathrobes, bath and dental accessories at all. We personally talked to the staff three times so that at least one more towel would be brought to us. But they did not wait for it. The next day there were more towels, but still did not correspond to the number of stars. Also, the shower hose was leaky.
From the good - a cool outdoor pool, externally the rooms look quite beautiful, a cool view from the window (on the Sail).

The hotel is just great, the breakfasts are delicious, and I'm a gourmet. And I was not mistaken. Professionalism and organization at the highest level. Despite the covid restrictions, we easily passed this quest thanks to the well-coordinated work of the staff of the travel agency. Arrived on January 6, 2022 at 9 a.m., check-in at 14 o'clock. At 14.30 the room is not ready, they offer to wait, but it is unknown how long. One Russian-speaking manager, it is very difficult to communicate. A lot with children and everything in such a situation. I ask at least to feed the child as compensation for waiting - but no, it is impossible. That is, the whole day did not work out - while we are settling in, it is already evening and we will not go anywhere. And what were the plans! Complete lack of service. And the prices in the cafe are just wild! Instead of a suite, they offer a cheap room to make it faster, with an extra charge for a bed for a child. In general, there is nothing good so far. I asked for a computer - the keyboard was never brought, but someone carried it to me and, apparently, got lost. That's how it is! Maybe later, when we settle in, the impression will change, but for now it's creepy.
After checking in, I want to add a review - I liked the hotel as a whole, large and clean rooms, good view, not noisy in autumn, pleasant staff, pleased with the pool, good cuisine. If it wasn't for the local mentality of living in the moment, then everything would be great. The child with this check-in was so tired that she just fell asleep in the room and slept until morning.
I also want to add about the business center - it simply does not exist. The documents were eventually printed out to us, but they also tried to charge almost 600 rubles for it, but then, however, they changed their minds.
Water is given to the room as much as you need, so you can take it for dinner. But water is almost always absent from the evening menu in hotels.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. Russian Russian area is considered, there are a lot of Russian tourists in the hotel. There is a cafe in the area where you can have a snack that is not very expensive.
What is even more joyful for our tourists is the opportunity to buy beer in the hotel bar and other alcoholic beverages in the shops near the hotel.
