The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are spacious and cozy, the cleaning is of high quality! Bathrobes and all shower accessories are available (except toothpaste and a brush). And a spacious enough pool to cool off! Unfortunately, it closes early - the last visitors are allowed until 21:00, and at that time we were just returning from excursions… It's the same in the morning - we couldn't make it to the courses in any way!

Excellent location of the hotel, very polite staff, cleanliness in the rooms. There is a swimming pool, you can use it if desired.
We were very pleased with the varied and delicious breakfasts - respect to the chefs! The souvenir shop in the hotel offers an assortment and prices no worse than the Opening Day. I recommend it!

I lived on the 7th floor, the view of the city is pleasant. Spacious room, I really liked it. Comfortable, spacious room. The room has everything you need, a workplace, different light sources, a safe, a hair dryer, an iron. Of the minuses, I note the absence of a coil, so that things dry faster, and towels. Ideally, you should not have carpets, but an ordinary laminate, since the carpet is a dust collector. I was in December, the room was fresh, it was a little chilly at night. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff seemed friendly, at least there was no rudeness or rudeness. I didn't have time to go to the pool, but there were colleagues, I kind of liked it, it's a pity that it closes so early. The location of the hotel is excellent. Private traders hang out nearby with the sale of tours, we used the services of one, had a great ride through all the iconic places outside the city (Lake Sevan, monasteries and parks) there are many good cafes, restaurants, shops near the hotel.

The pool in the hotel is not divided into lanes, the size is ~ 10* 20 meters. If necessary, you can buy a bathing suit, swimming goggles. Towels and cleaning supplies are provided. Access to the pool and sauna are included in the price. The breakfast was modest. In the room, the safe and refrigerator are hidden in the closet. The refrigerator heats up the surrounding space during operation. It was possible to make ventilation holes in the back of the shelves above the refrigerator. Otherwise, the refrigerator risks not serving for a long time.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights.
The hotel is "new", but there were nuances of cosmetic flaws inside the room.
In general, the staff is friendly and friendly.
The room was cleaned well, the missing bottles of shampoo, balm, etc. were always added.

I chose this hotel for a week-long stay in Armenia and have never regretted it. The rooms are clean and tidy. Upon request, everything you need is quickly brought. There is a mini bar in the lobby with a good selection of local wines and delicious coffee. The staff is friendly and friendly. Walking distance to all city attractions. A walk through the evening center will not leave you indifferent. The presence of a swimming pool and sauna is also very pleasing, especially after a flight or an evening party. I liked absolutely everything - the location of the room, the room itself (superior, 2-bed, 8th floor), a gorgeous panoramic window like a bay window, a view from the window, daily cleaning, constantly added everything missing - shampoos, washing gels, hair conditioners, body creams, tea, coffee, sugar. I was very pleased with the pool in the hotel, not very large, but clean, the water is warm, 160 cm deep, besides swimsuits, rubber hats and slippers are needed. There is a sauna, small but well heated.There is also a gym, but we did not use it.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, the very center, the Opera House, the Cascade and everything we needed is within walking distance. The staff is extremely polite and friendly.
We really liked everything, the hotel is of a high level, I plan to stay only here in the future.

The breakfasts are good, varied, national.
The rooms are neat, clean, the pastel is white, everything is in the bathroom. Hair dryer, slippers, bathrobe in the room.
A big plus is the swimming pool with sauna.
There are, however, those who are thermophilic, I do not recommend it in winter, since there are no heating batteries, air conditioners in the rooms. They make noise and blow. The first night they left it on, then a colleague couldn't sleep with the air conditioners on, they turned it off, I was so cold that I covered my head with a second pillow. But since a colleague sleeps at home with the window open, she was fine.

Отель расположен очень удачно, практически в центре города. Основные достопримечательности и места развлечения в шаговой доступности.
Номера неплохие, достаточно большие. В номерах имеются принадлежности для чая. В некоторых номерах имеются кофемашины. В зимнее время достаточно холодно в санитарной комнате. Из-за этого некомфортно принимать душ. В самом номере тепло.
Великолепный бассейн и сауна.
Завтраки разнообразные с большим выбором еды.
В отеле очень чисто, персонал доброжелательный, всегда поможет и ответит на все вопросы.
Советую данный отель для размещения в Ереване.

One pillow is not enough, please add one more) The breakfasts are excellent, everything is there, and desserts and olives, cheeses, sausages, porridge, brewed coffee, etc. There were not enough teaspoons - only plastic - please buy) A large swimming pool is clean, warm and comfortable 1.6 m, a cool sauna, we went every day, it helped a lot to relax after long walks. The whole staff is smiling, polite, well-mannered, beautiful, all speak three languages. There was an early departure - we had no problems organizing lunchboxes - well done. We saw one cockroach - do the processing) The building itself is amazing, just an architectural monument, we were very proud to live in such a place. Thank you so much, partly thanks to this hotel, we sincerely fell in love with Armenia and Yerevan!

Хорошая гостиница, отличное расположение. Мы в Ереване не первый раз, поэтому уже понимаем, что и как. Номера (у нас стандарт с двумя кроватями) уютные, большая ванная комната.
Разнообразный завтрак, такой в Армении встречаем впервые. Обычно, когда останавливаешься более чем на два дня, то порой уже не знаешь, что взять. Мы останавливаемся на неделю. И за неделю не приелось. Даже сын ел, хотя он постоянно считает, что ему нечего есть.
Крытый бассей - ещё один плюс отеля.
Из минусов (или скорее, нюансов): нет минихолодильника, нет большого света в номере. И горничные на нашем этаже мне не понравились.
А так рекомендую без всяких сомнений.

Отель шикарный, обуславливается это следующим: Просторные и комфортные номера с открытыми и красивыми видами на улицу, теплые кроватки, шикарная ванная и чайник;)
В номере также кристально чисто. Персонал хороший и гостеприимный, так же сразу написали, как и куда звонить ( с этим проблем также не возникало!)
Есть несколько минусов: Не знаю, должно ли быть так, но у нас в мини баре ничего не было при нашем с братом приходе. Так же забыли положить меню в номер.

Отличная новая гостиница в центре Еревана. До центральной площади с поющими фонтанами 20 мин пешком. Рядом есть супермаркет, блошиный рынок, быльвар с фонтана и по которому отлично погулять вечером после падения жары. Завтрак сытный, овощи, мясо, кофе. Центральная сиситкма кондиционирования, шумит, но мне например не мешала. Хороший отель, рекомендую

Плюсы: отличное расположение - в центре, на довольно тихой улице. По-русски разговариват все. Просторный номер (жили в 715, двухместный супериор), панорамные окна с видом на город, удобная кровать, в номере чайник, утюг, фен, сейф. В ванной горячая вода, одноразовые расходники. Кондиционер работал отлично, в номере тепло. Ежедневная смена полотенец и уборка (про уборку ниже в минусах). Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, но шикарные - еда на любой вкус (яйца всех видов, сыр, колбасы, фрукты, овощи, выпечка, вкусный кофе). Персонал столовой работает отлично, пустых тарелок нет, столы убирают быстро и перестилают чистой скатертью после каждого гостя.
Минусы: при заселении оказалось, что в ванной не убрались (на полу была куча явно не наших волос, унитаз был грязным). Кружки (которые прилагаются к чайнику) тоже были грязными. Просьба на ресепшн убраться особо не помогла, (вечером унитаз я отмывала своими силами, как и длинные черные волосы с пола). Волосы в ванной появлялись ежедневно, после уборки (видимо, от грязной тряпки). С уборкой я как-то справилась своими силами. А вот то, что звукоизоляции нет от слова совсем, стало полной неожиданностью в новой гостинице. Наш номер был напротив лифта, слышно было всех проходящих мимо, и лифт, и всех соседей. Вентиляция в ванной включается вместе со всем электричеством номера, ночью приходилось обесточивать номер (вытаскивали карточку), потому что из-за гула спать невозможно.

Современный стильный отель.
Просторные номера со всеми удобствами и окнами в пол, замечательная звукоизоляция. Прекрасное расположение в тихом центре города, все в пешейдоступности. Приятно удивил завтрак -«шведский стол». Европейская универсальность с классическим набором на любой всеуслышание дополнена национальными блюдами с местным колоритом и домашним вкусом.

Отличная гостиница.
Очень удобно расположена в центре в пяти минутах от площади Республики.
Обслуживание было отличное - каждый день убирали и обновляли полотенца и шампуни/кондиционеры.
Очень чисто.
Персонал приветливый, всегда готов помочь.
Имеется бассейн, которым, правда, воспользовались только два раза (был очень плотный график).
Завтраки были стандартные и достаточно разнообразные. Порадовал местный колорит: армянский сыр двух видов, бастурма, армянский лаваш и т.д.
Нам немного не хватало вешалок и шкафчиков, но это совсем некритично.

Понравилось все / расположение в центре , внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, номера большие, все есть : чайник , халаты, тапочки , минибар, гель для душа шампунь пополнялись ежедневно , смена полотенец тоже. Завтраки вкусные и выбор большой , на любой вкус. Уборка ежедневно плюс Вода бутилированная пополнялась ежедневно . бассейн не посещали , в следующий раз обязательно.

Удобное расположение недалеко от центра, в номере ночью тихо, соседи не беспокоят, завтрак достаточно разнообразный, есть много видов сыра, фрукты, творог и т.д. Единственное чего не было на завтрак, так это рыбы. Отличный WiFi. Хороший вид из номера на город через панорамные окна. Blackout шторы. Отличный душ, наличие халатов, чистота в номере. До бассейна так и не добрались)))

The room is very cold. Technicians came several times and fixed our air conditioning, but it was still cold in the room. It blows very much from the window and the air conditioner can not cope. The first night we slept in terry robes. There are no complaints about the bathroom and cleaning. The mattress is comfortable.
The breakfasts are meager for us. There are a lot of vegetables, but we don't eat vegetables for breakfast. There wasn't even any scrambled eggs. Yes, there were boiled eggs and an omelette type. But I think the omelet is powdered, at least not delicious. The porridge is not tasty either. We ate cheese and ham sandwiches every day. Yes, we were not hungry, but this is not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The coffee is good- the Delongi coffee maker.

There are no declared 4 stars in sight. A dirty air conditioner forced the window to open at 35 degrees. Well, there are all the delights of night racing with the morning chime of traffic cops.
The TV worked every other time, the breakfasts for Armenia, in my opinion, were so-so.
I got there by accident and I won't stay there anymore.
The hotel is designed for large groups of tourists.

Хороший доброжелательный отель. Есть милый немноголюдный бассейн, сауна. Просторные чистые номера, набор чай/кофе.
Приветливый ресепшен.
Завтраки неплохие, хороший выбор.
Был бы массаж, спа- поставила бы пять звезд.
И, кстати, весь антураж холла портят офисные потолки.

Превосходный отель в центре Еревана. Всё необходимое и интересное рядом, в шаговой доступности. Номера в классическом стиле, есть всё необходимое, а также утюг с гладильной доской, что просто бывает нужно всегда путешествующим. Соотношение цена=качество. Рекомендую.
