We stayed at the Armas hotel in May 2025, I want to write as honestly as possible, as they say, I will say right away I was in Turkey for the first time and in a hotel where everything is the same, so this is our first experience, but we travel a lot, so I want to note that the hotel is clean, the territory is clean, cleaned every day towels were changed every two days, pastels as well, maybe the room wasn't washed, but we came to change clothes and sleep, everything is fine with this plan, the staff is polite, courteous, sometimes you know, not even noticeable , everything is immediately cleaned, cleaned, picked up, always smiling, there are a lot of Russian speakers, at least the guests there were no problems with this. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, relatively clean, I would say 4, there is not enough space, but in general, considering that the hotel was packed, there was enough space, but I think it was because I rested a lot by the pool, I did not like that our compatriots just came in the morning, threw towels on the sun beds and thus took up places, sometimes such towels we just lay there for the whole time while we were on the beach, without waiting for the owner, but I think it's not for the hotel. The kitchen , in general , there is a lot of food , but for my weight it is not very tasty, but if you are not picky, then in general you can eat, and you will not be hungry, but again there are individuals who gain and do not eat half, as a result, if you come late, you may not get something. of the fruits and berries, there were always apples and oranges, pears a couple of times and once a watermelon. Hello. We are having a rest with children at the moment 23.06 - 02.07.2024. In general, we are very satisfied. The food is delicious, especially in the early days. Lots of vegetables, cheeses, olives, Turkish sweets, cakes. There is always grilled fish, turkey, rolls, meat dishes, chicken, nuggets, local sausages for breakfast. But a lot of spices. Very much. In the evening, the chefs make pasta on the fire with different fillings to order. Enchanting! The kids are lining up with plates...
There are plenty of drinks, alcohol is probably good too, I haven't tried it.
You can buy freshly squeezed orange juice separately for breakfast for 1 euro.
In the evening until 01.00 soups, 2 to choose from. Borscht certainly made me laugh, delicious lentil, and divine - chorba on a rumen - Romanian soup. Mmmm...
About entertainment:
the animation is brisk and perky, the pools are clean, I occupy the dens in the morning when I run. It's quiet and calm to the sea for 4-5 minutes. There is also a shortage of sun loungers there. A beach of sand and pebbles. For the children, calmly, shallowly. And you can build palaces out of sand. At the piers for the unassuming, you can swim with a mask, you can't dive shallow there!, but crabs and schools of fish are hiding in the rocks. At least some kind of entertainment...
There is a net on the beach, if you come with a ball, then you can play volleyball. The sea and the pools are hotter in June. You can cool off only under a beach shower, and at the same time wash off the sand.
The temperature is now +35-37 during the day, +28-30 at night, humidity in the evening is 80-85% - this is too much. The air conditioners in the room save you.
Our room is small, but everything is there. Shampoos, slippers, an electric kettle with tea and coffee. And a refrigerator. I save myself from the heat with water and ayran in the refrigerator.
The staff is great! Caring. The maids are smart. Clear. They are happy to tip, but they do not require it.
Also delicious for 4+ ice cream and waffles with chocolate.
From entertainment there is an amphitheater within walking distance of 4 km.The cost of an adult ticket is 17 euros, children are free of charge. The ticket also includes a visit to the museum. There are also excavations hidden under the glass floor. Photos for memory are excellent there).
I advise you to go to Land of legends with the children. A la Disneyland in Turkish. Buy fast trek, you won't get on all the slides without it. The territory is huge, there are a lot of slides and they are cool, unusual. The roller coaster is 62 meters high. It's trash. Everyone's eyes are burning.They are allowed from 130 cm tall. Most of the slides in the water park are from 120 cm. The children will be satisfied.
You can't go there with your own food, it's quite expensive on the territory.
About the hotel - WiFi is excellent, there is enough for work. Punches on the beach too.
In general, the rest is thorough, thoughtful and good. Everything is on a solid 4.

An absolutely normal hotel for an unsophisticated holiday!
Declared as a 5, in my opinion - such a solid four, even 4+!
I took the child out in May of this year for 10 days, escaped from allergies in Moscow.
The weather was perfect!
According to the hotel, the claim is probably only to the beach area. The sun beds are very close to each other, a little old, the sand was not always removed from them, but at a polite request, they will always help to open the umbrella and clean the sunbed.
The beach itself is sandy, access to the sea is good, but personally, I went swimming with my child to the neighboring hotel because of the drain channel (it is not clear what merges into the sea from there). It was more pleasant and calmer for me to swim to the left of the pier and the beach of our hotel.
No complaints about food. There was enough of everything! I would like more fruits in May (it would definitely be possible to offer hotel guests strawberries or watermelons, at least once a day, for dinner or lunch). Pastries, meat - incredibly delicious, in abundance!
Fish is served every day, but it's not particularly tasty on the grill :(
Separately, I would like to mention the 5+++ kids club and animation.
Denise (a children's animator) constantly entertained the children, held various master classes, and had wonderful dance stories in the evening, but they will repeat themselves - but this is the standard for a Turkish hotel vacation, don't expect miracles!
The room is decent, the cleaning is good.
The territory is not large, but it was convenient for me and the child not to get lost and always be there, for example, he is in class at a kids' club, I am next to the children's pool.
It took 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea, it didn't bother at all, but the beach toilet could have been done closer and better.

We stayed at this hotel from the end of October to the beginning of November. This hotel does not pull more than 3*. The air temperature was very comfortable, and the sea was a bit cold and dirty at that time. The bottom of the sea leaves much to be desired. Some kind of plates, between which a foot can easily get stuck. It's not far to the sea. There was a lot of inedible food for me. Tasteless meatballs and cutlets and even incomprehensible dishes. But the omelet is just super, like coffee and rolls. But you won't stay hungry, that's for sure. The linen was not changed. I had to throw it on the floor to get it changed. The rooms were cleaned every day. But the shower gel and whatever else was there, which was dusty, apparently hadn't changed since the beginning of the season. It's good that before we went, we read the reviews and took both gels and toothpaste with us.No one was waiting for us at the reception and it was not very comfortable to communicate with the young people sitting there. The most unpleasant thing was that the hotel had been shutting down since November 1, and we were eating stale buns and everything else was already so-so. The cakes and pastries were very beautiful and there were a lot of them, but there were few edible ones from all this variety (tasteless). The territory is small, but well maintained and beautiful. Anyone could only come in. We never saw any guards at the entrance from the sea.And we really liked Side himself. Especially the old town and the boardwalk before it. We went several times. Approximate time, 1 hour each way. That's why they chose Side.

The fattest minus is the beach and the entrance to the sea. The beach area is very small, does not correspond to the number of hotel guests. The deck chairs are placed close to each other, you can't even move freely between them.
The sand is dirty, there are a lot of wrappers, cigarette butts. Yes, the guests themselves are to blame, but in other hotels in the evening workers cleaned the beach from garbage, raked the sand. And there is no such service here. The entrance to the sea is flat, but with stones. It resembles some kind of frog, because everyone swims where there are fewer stones, it turns out that everyone is floundering next to each other. And one day it really pissed me off that someone was blowing their nose where others were swimming. Unpleasant. We then went swimming from the pier on the left.
Result:
We rested in November 2023 not on a voucher, but stayed on our own.
I think there is still a lot to work on, but overall a good hotel with good service.
But the price is too high.
And... We need to do something about the beach.

The hotel is located on the second line from the sea, but it's not far to go - five minutes at a slow pace. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the beach (narrow, there are not enough sunbeds, they stand close to each other, sand enters the sea, but large stones come across as a result, many are injured. Sunbeds are engaged in vacationers from early morning) . The second drawback is food (you won't starve, but you've never seen a crowd running to take tables and queues for meat and fruit, which are not enough for everyone, by the opening of the restaurant. The choice of meat and fish dishes is meager (there is almost none) and not tasty to our taste. If you come an hour after the opening, you can take a table, but you will not see any watermelon, tangerine, grapes, meat steak, etc... Food: in Russia, the best hotels in Moscow with 5 stars are fed similarly, children can be fed without problems. The alcohol is high-quality, you didn't get sick, it's delicious, as much as you want. Baileys, red wine, beer - everything is OK. There are more drinks, but I haven't tried the rest
Room: nice, comfortable, clean, odorless bathroom, blackout curtains, Russian TV channels, water, extra blanket, any whim - one call at the reception.
Check-in: immediately upon arrival at 10.30, not at 14.00.
Staff: friendly, tactful, caring, the floors are not washed every day, but they fulfill any request, they are customer-oriented, people-oriented, kind to children. This is especially encouraging
Animation: funny guys, we are not much jumpers, he likes to relax more - we had enough of everything

The rooms in the main building are worse, if only because there is no elevator, in the new buildings there are no questions at all. Ultra food with alcohol. Everything is decent in terms of quality, but to say that it's a real delight is also not to say. The way to the sea is not painful, it takes about five minutes and there is a shadow. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is shallow, there are several large stones in the water, you need to dive carefully. The situation was different with the sun beds. In the 23rd year, a free sunbed could be found by coming at 12, and at 24 the usual story began with the fact that at eight in the morning all the sun beds were covered with towels, and closer to lunch, the martyrs began walking with the words: my towels were here, did you take my towels?..
Many people do not go to the sea. The pools are large, there are two slides, they give ice cream and a bar nearby. The last time the children refused to go to the sea after a couple of days, the sea is frankly boring, there are no waves, there are no animals. And there's movement in the pool.
Side is 3 km along the embankment, if without children, then it is quite possible to walk, but you must take water or cash with you. It's probably better to get there with the kids.
The main avenue along which you can go shopping or go to Side is located at a short distance, so you can't hear it, but there is no particular problem walking.
Top animators. The staff is inconspicuous, doing their job.
This is definitely a hotel for families with children of different ages. If you have enough money for this hotel, you can safely take it.

Overall, it's a good place. Even with a large load, you can find sun beds. The sea is close with its own beach and bar. A big plus is a good stable wifi. Delicious cuisine. Most importantly, the children are delighted. One of the disadvantages is queues for the kitchen. The animation is very average, although the animators themselves are cool. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent. There are only two pools, but there is enough space for everyone. There are a couple of slides for children, but they don't work all day. Another plus is that the hotel is right in the city and there is a place to shop, you don't have to go far.

We had a rest at Armas Bella San in early May 2025. I used to stay at this hotel 15 years ago, in August 2010. The hotel has changed for the better since Armas bought the hotel a couple of years ago. Among the improvements, for example, the rooms have been updated, repairs have been made, new furniture and plumbing. In May, the hotel's occupancy rate was 30%, so there were plenty of places by the pool and on the beach for everyone. The food is delicious, I really liked the yoghurts with fruits. The restaurant staff is attentive, dishes are cleaned immediately, tablecloths are changed for the next vacationers. Almost all the staff understands Russian, there were no problems in communication. Animators mostly also speak Russian, or in 3-4 languages. The animation is fun, artists are invited to the evening show, at 23 o'clock they leave for a disco accompanied by an animator. During the day, yoga, step, water aerobics, water polo, darts are held for those who wish. Children in the courtyard of one of the buildings with an animator are engaged in a mini-disco in the evening. The weather was great, the water was warm in the sea and cool in the pool. The pool bar makes great cocktails. During the day, you can dine in the snack bar, they make baked potatoes with toppings of your choice, grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, French fries, burgers, gozleme, ice cream. I want to come back again. The hotel is quite budget-friendly, but the rest is 100%. I definitely recommend it!

Hello everybody!!!! We had a rest in this cool hotel!!!! We checked in ahead of time (no extra charges), the food is good, you definitely won't stay hungry!, the sea is nearby, the pools are clean, the slides work almost all day 👍🏻, the safe and Wi-Fi are free (Wi-Fi catches even on the beach), the rooms are clean, new, fashionable !!!, but☝🏻I want to note The most important thing for us is that animation is just a bomb!!! 💥 The animators are all the coolest!!! We had a rest from June 9 to 18, 2024, 2 adults and 2 children. The room is 33 sq m, the shower and toilet are spacious. The food is excellent, the animators work all day, there is a children's club, in the evening there is a children's disco, then an evening program. The territory is small, but in the heat it is very good, everything is at hand. The sun loungers by the pool are always occupied, it is necessary to occupy them in the morning, since all the animation takes place by the pool. The sea is 4 minutes from the hotel. The sea is sand, the entrance is gentle, there are large stones in the sea, you can bump into each other. And now there is a huge minus for the beach-it is not there, what is there is sun loungers close to each other and umbrellas are chaotically located among them, it does not save from the sun. And they are also occupied in the morning for the whole day. That's why I took off the star.

The animation team is super boring, my God, it's just the same every day, word for word, it was like groundhog Day. Even the jokes are the same! And in any case, do not go to clubs with them . Canteen : It 's not tasty , monotonous and there 's not enough space !
On the plus side: the room was decent for a 3-star hotel)

We went to this hotel for the second time. Solid 4, no surprises. Good food for almost the whole day (burgers on the beach, nuggets and fries by the pool, tortillas, ice cream). Polite staff, except for the old maid. Who cares, the bar is open until 02:00. The only drawback is the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, but there are questions for vacationers, you need to respect other people. We were with the baby for 7 months, plus I had a birthday, we congratulated her with non-alcoholic champagne and fruits. 3 years ago, we were with my husband after marriage registration, we congratulated him with wine. It's a trifle, but it's nice :) The beach is nice and sandy. The entrance to the sea - there are stones, but over time they have been adjusted without problems. It's not deep to the buoys, but it's comfortable to swim.

I often rested in Side, but no hotel was located next to the promenade along the sea like this hotel. Therefore, I was very happy, there was a place to walk, lose calories and admire the beautiful views. The hotel room was modest, without luxury, but very clean. The plumbing is new. We cleaned and changed towels all the time. The staff is very friendly. The beach is sandy with good access to the sea. The restaurant is decent, there is a large selection of dishes. I liked the food.I didn't use the bar.

Wonderful hotel! I really liked the service, the staff, the great hotel and the animation team. I miss you very much and I want to go back there again! I went for about a week on August 14th. There is a lot of food, ayran is just super. I love aqua gymnastics, what's in the sea, what's in the pool. Cool playlist and evening events. There was a foam party and Brazilian dancers came. Very friendly animators, I love everyone!! The sea is steep and it was one of the most popular holidays

The food is good, varied, pastries, desserts, you don't have time to try everything. Ice cream, waffles with chocolate paste. Swimming pool, animation near it. The beach is 5-7 minutes away on foot. One drawback, a small beach, sun beds close to each other. It's a little dirty on the beach, of course, I clean it up, but the vacationers themselves are to blame, they litter to the fullest. I don't like it. But now we have added 3 rows of sun beds, it has become easier. There is a beach bar, all drinks and fast food from 12 o'clock.

The coolest hotel, lots of memories with it! There were enough Russian people. Wi-Fi works very well.
There are shops on the territory in which everything from chewing gum to clothes, but the prices there want to leave the best, if you are not too lazy and go outside the territory, buy everything you need at times cheaper. By the way, about purchases, the Turks don't haggle, they don't care so much at all, they are like our Muscovite specialists from the market.
There are two swimming pools packed with people from morning to evening.
I was very upset by the sea ((( a very dirty beach from the sand, a real Pandora's box under water, then you go like nothing, then you can stumble on such rocks, no aquasocks will save your fingers and feet to really get to a deep place, it seems to me you need to walk a kilometer, but this is a plus for those who does not swim or with children. There are very few sunbeds, and as always, the smartest ones occupy their towels at 6 am, and come at 4 pm, that's honestly very impotent for me.
Unfortunately, there is not one store in the maps that I would like to write about, but because it comes from hotel guides, I will write here. The guides arrange a free transfer to the local shopping center, but with one "BUT". You need to allegedly drive for 10-15 minutes to their "famous" Turkish leathers / furs...people, do not spare money for a taxi or minibus and get to the shopping center yourself... the employees of this market are just griffins, kites, we spent 1.5 hours there, they did not let us go back to the transfer, they tried to sell me a sheepskin coat for 230k they don't understand the word NO at all, they offer to take loans for jackets, for your mother's jackets!!! I have never met so many intrusive merchants, if you really don't need it - go on your own, refuse "free transfers".

A good 5*. Three buildings of 5-6 floors each. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, spacious, cozy. Everything is working properly.
The food is at the highest level: the variety of dishes will not leave you hungry for sure. The schedule is standard: breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks in between in the form of delicious burgers, snacks, French fries, ice cream and Turkish tortillas with stuffing.
I did not like the sea because it was cloudy and the bathing line was shallow, near the fence I was up to my neck (with a height of 164). The hotel is on the first coastline, there are umbrellas to hide from the sun, sun beds with mattresses, but places are limited and it is not always possible to take a seat when coming to the beach. But there is a bar on the beach, sometimes we settled there.
There are three bars on the territory of the hotel, good Wi-Fi catches perfectly throughout the territory, including the sea. It's just gorgeous.
There are plenty of shops with souvenirs, spices, lukum, etc. around the hotel itself. any currency is accepted for payment, we were with dollars. All prices are now indicated in euros, as it is stable there, unlike the dollar. But if you come with dollars, it's not a big deal, since euros = dollars.

Wi-Fi in the entire territory and even on the beach is also cool. Very clean, cozy hotel area, swimming pools, sun beds around the pool, daily room cleaning! It's all a plus and a score of 5! But then it gets worse: the sea is close, but there is no place there! All the deck chairs are so close to each other that it seems that you are lying next to your neighbor! It's terrible, even despite the warm, gentle sea, I didn't want to relax on this beach! We walked along the shore and looked enviously at the beaches of other hotels! The room was cleaned every day and at your first request, shampoos and conditioners were brought to you, water was put in the refrigerator, towels were changed. But what towels they are! Everything is washed, not white, so it seems that you are not drying yourself with a fresh towel, although they just gave you clean hands! Nutrition is just terrible! There are a lot of things, but everything is not tasty. I was saved only by the fact that I can eat meat-free vegetables and salads. There are a lot of sweets, but they are given in the evening, although many people no longer eat it in the evening! And the fish that is grilled, steamed-it is impossible to eat, dry, smelly! For all the time, I ate delicious grilled fish once on the street. There were practically no fruits, despite the season. They gave hard plums and pears, the first week there were watermelons for 4 days and melons for 2 days. And that's it. There have always been apples, and at least it made me happy! And the queue for ice cream from 15 to 17 is ridiculous! In neighboring hotels on the beach, workers go and distribute, and here there is a queue and one young man serves it! I wrote everything in detail, because I know that all this is important to someone and can spoil their vacation.

The beach is sandy, there are always free sun beds, the pool bar and the beach are good. The staff is very polite, friendly, everyone speaks Russian. The air conditioning in the room worked well, daily cleaning, change of towels, bottled drinking water without restrictions. I didn't like the ELNUR hotel guide from CORAL at all: not attentive, not obligatory, not punctual - he did not respond to SMS, promised to come at 14.00 - did not come at all, but we waited, through other tourists he gave us information about the tour that we bought from him. Therefore, other tourists were looking for us and told us what to take with them and at what time and from where to leave? Whose job is this? Change the guide! I will definitely come to the hotel, but with a different tour operator.
