Hello everyone We arrived from Turkey yesterday. We were in Side, Armaz Bella San Hotel. We liked everything! This is a hotel without chic, but very cozy, delicious food, clean rooms. Of course, the beach is too small, but it also has sun beds and umbrellas for a fee! Water, tea, coffee in the rooms, replenishment every day,ice cream every day. We've been to different hotels and there's a lot to compare it with. Towels and bed linen are boiling white.. I don't know why anyone is going, but we are going to the sea and see a new city!!!!! And there is something to see. Thanks to all the hotel staff!

A good hotel, although they are declared as 5, but we would rate the hotel as a good 4. I would like to say a special thank you to the guys from the animation, well done, they give their best 100%, no one will be bored, attention to both children and adults. I also recommend going to a local spa, if you have any questions, then Uncle Alibaba (sells spa programs) will tell you everything and recommend a program that suits you. The restaurant has a variety of dishes, you will not stay hungry, there are really few fruits, a lot of them are not ripe (although they were on vacation at the end of July). We stayed at the hotel from the end of September to the beginning of October with a child of 2 years (2 weeks). I really liked the hotel. Fresh, delicious food. Often food is sampled (sent to the laboratory), which inspires confidence about the quality of food (seen more than once).
The staff is responsive, friendly. Bartenders are a separate top!) I was pleased with the daily cleaning in the room, I didn't need to be reminded.
For children there is a mini-club, all kinds of activities, mini-disco. The only thing I would like is that some classes for children would not be for a fee.
For adults, animation also does not let you get bored. Aerobics, water polo, belly dance, zumba, jamba, yoga, various evening concerts, etc. Animators are trying very hard, it can be seen, they communicate with everyone, involve. We had a rest with the whole family from October 14 to 23, 2022.
The hotel has been renovated, furniture, plumbing, everything is new, very clean, as I like)) . The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, bed 1 time. The territory is small, but the children were perfectly guided by it, they went themselves, both to the children's room and to various performances!! There are 3 pools , there are slides , only 2. But we were unlucky with the weather, the first 3 days it rained, so the water was cold in the pool, very few people swam there. But there is a sauna and a hammam! I really liked it!! Food! There seems to be a lot of it, but the chef is not friends with salt ((, there was fresh meat and fresh fish all the time. There are a lot of fruits. A variety of ice cream , and very tasty . And special thanks for the baking. I have always been indifferent to Turkish sweets, but these cakes were wonderful!!! Drinks were for every taste))), and alcoholic drinks were made with the help of small bottles, as they used to be given on airplanes)) so, that nothing was diluted. But we were with 3 children, one of whom was 1 year 4 months old, we were not up to animation))), although the older children managed to watch performances and participate in various competitions! The beach is there, clean, with a bar (not only drinks, but also nuggets, burgers ....), but small. But we were located further away, where there is more sand for children, and the sunbeds were dragged to the sea itself and it was super))) . I really liked the location of the hotel, the promenade is simply gorgeous, comfortable and endless, with a stroller the promenade is excellent. There are shops and a bus stop nearby, the old Side is located a few stops away , we drove ourselves on a regular minibus . The Greek ruins are amazing!!! Of course there were better hotels nearby, but for the money, the hotel is great!!
Everyone who wrote that the Larisa hotel with refugees from Ukraine is nearby was not deceived. The road to the beach goes past him. But we have never had any complaints, signs of bad attention or anything else from the guests of this hotel, or from guests from other countries, both our hotel and others!
Our children were touched, people helped, they were polite.
By the way, the first time (with us) There was a photographer at the hotel. He tried to persuade us to do a photo shoot for 3 days ( $ 3 each photo), and we did not regret it! Out of 195 photos))), I left 18)))!! There could have been more))), but the best ones. And they are cool!!

We had a rest in May 2023. I liked the room, it was spacious with a balcony, a comfortable bed. The hotel is clean and tidy everywhere. There is not much to go to the sea, 3 minutes, the sea is clean, the beach is sandy. Along the embankment you can walk to the ancient city, it is about 3-4 km. An excellent group of animators worked at the hotel every day, which did not let you get bored. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff is working at a high level, friendly. We are very satisfied with the rest.

Armas bella sun. A hotel that calls itself 4*, I would say that there are three of them. We did not check in badly, we were received around 23:00, helped with our luggage. The three of us arrived there, two adults and a child of 1 year 6 months. There was nothing for the child to have a snack in the kitchen. We were given a memo with the opening hours of the restaurant (dining room). And other other information. The staff at the hotel are customer-oriented and there are those who just don't want to do anything and are rude, so to speak, a bonus) Let's move on to the dining room (restaurant) breakfast is not bad. They tried to give porridge to the child, ostensibly oatmeal, but it was just some kind of cereals, raw grains filled with milk. The child was fed pancakes, yogurt, sometimes an omelet, if it was not cooked by a woman who bakes pita bread in one glove (60 years old), she turned it raw.
Lots of vegetables. It is difficult to get something not spicy and not salty for lunch, because there is almost no such thing.
Dinner - they cooked a wonderful pasta on the fire only if there was cream as a sauce, but they could also run out, and their availability was not regulated. There was grilled fish, so-called, and chicken, but by default they came immediately with activated charcoal cooked in burnt oil. If there was no spicy meat or salty meat, it ended immediately. We were constantly faced with a shortage of food (edible), everything that was very spicy and salty, few people ate it. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. If you come to the dining room for its opening, you will see a queue (confused) because everyone wants to eat and everyone wants not spicy and not salty. After we applied for nutrition, we began to cook porridge, and for lunch we made stewed meatballs with potatoes, but they ran out very quickly (although the head chef suggested that the child eat pasta three times a day for 15 days). There was no special delicacy from fruits.
Desserts are very tasty and there are a lot of them, but you can't feed children with them. If you are traveling with a small child, look for an alternative for the first time. The furniture is generally shabby, especially on the second floor of the restaurant. You can't buy fruit nearby. Only mainly the market.

We took the usual standard room. There was a water bottle under the bed, there is no rug in the bathroom, you can easily slip and hit your head, especially for kids. There is a safe, a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, one chair that falls apart, about 140 × 180 and a second smaller one. Bad pillows, air conditioning. The lighting in the room is poor. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges, when they bite children, they pour out on their face, arms and legs. In two weeks, I saw that they were poisoned there only once, so take protective sprays /ointments with you. The cracks under the doors are huge.
Beach
The beach is about 300-400 meters away, there is a bar stall and sometimes I open something like a grill where they make French fries and burgers. I occupy the sun beds in the morning, stupidly throwing a towel over it. Beach towels must be obtained at the spa center. The coast is rocky in places, so if you are worried about your feet, take beach shoes, I bought myself aquasocks for three dollars near the hotel.
Spa Center
From 12:00 to 16:00, you can use the sauna and hammam for free. I was in the sauna at about 13:00, the temperature was 52°. I also met with rudeness at the spa. It turns out that you can get a towel from 8 to 11 and hand it over from 17 to 19. But if you went on an excursion in the morning, and returned after lunch and decided to go to the beach, then you will first be scolded and with discontent they may give you a towel and it's 4*???.
I didn't want to return to the spa anymore, even for paid services.

Excursions from local sellers on the beach are more expensive by $ 10-20. We bought on the tripster website, there we deposited 20% and the rest in cash in the transfer, which took us from the hotel and returned us there. We didn't trust the local beach vendors, and for good reason.

What really struck me was the Terrible attitude towards the service staff. I went for a massage in the Hammam to the wonderful masseuse Shakira. I am very grateful to her. I would like to note the professionalism. When she did the massage, she explained what, how and for what she was doing. I got into conversation with her and we started chatting. When we decided to say goodbye on the territory of the bar, she and a work colleague with whom we just sat quietly and talked were called screaming to the reception, where they were given a huge fine and fired with shame and obscenity! It was terrible. The staff is treated like slaves, like cattle. I tried to explain that we were just saying goodbye, but they didn't pay any attention to me. On the surface, everything is friendly and clean, but at the end of the rest, the whole impression was spoiled. They immediately explained that sunburn and sunstroke are not included in the medical insurance. People in white coats with a first aid kit and answered that they were not doctors... And it was those who helped that made a living hell in front of my eyes. I will never fly to this hotel again.

Everything is within walking distance. The sea is 3 minutes on foot. You can walk along the road along the sea to the ancient city of Side (3 km). There is a pharmacy nearby and several shops. There is a bus stop nearby. You can drive to the Center of Side. There is a bus every hour that takes you free of charge from the hotel to Nova moll. The restaurant is very clean. There are many different dishes. But there is not enough meat. Mostly chicken, fish. Lots of fresh vegetables, olives, fruits. There is a very good animation for children, especially for the little ones. Every evening there is a show program. The staff is polite, everyone speaks Russian. If possible, I will choose the same hotel, I recommend it with families with children.

We had a rest in July 2022. We really liked the wonderful and polite staff of the hotel. Special thanks to the chef and his close-knit team for the excellent cuisine. Animation for both adults and children is on top. The room is cleaned, everything is clean. There is also animation on the beach, there is a bar where you can eat if you don't want to go to a restaurant. The bar has alcohol and drinks. On the beach and in the rooms, Internet, safe for free

We were in August 2023. Super! The staff is great! They work like clockwork. There is a lot of food, a large selection. We didn't stay hungry even once))) even the daughter is fastidious- she didn't starve!!! Swimming pools, two slides, the sea, the beach (a little walk- 2 minutes), a beach bar! The sun beds were occupied after breakfast and they were always ... animators in general- fire!!! And in the morning, afternoon and evening - they entertained us!!!
I advise everyone!!! We had a great rest!!!
Next year we will go there!!!

We had a rest with a child from May 26 to June 2. We are very happy, the child did not want to leave. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The beach is 3-5 minutes at a leisurely pace. WiFi is great at the hotel and on the beach!!! Animation is 100 points. Mini disco for 5+++. And in general, the animation team is blessed! Just well done. Special greetings to Denise.

For this level of hotel, the price is very high. Let's start with the pros: good animation for children and even for adults, rooms after renovation, good rough tiles are laid out near the pool, which is not a little important, because you can always slip on a smooth one. This is where the advantages end. The food is disgusting, there is no meat, only soy products. The beach is so small, the sunbeds lie close to each other, and the cherry on the cake, these sunbeds should be occupied at 6-7 in the morning.
