I was satisfied with everything, if we take into account the cost of their accommodation. The food is varied, the service is good. The room is cleaned every three days, but the trash is taken out every day. The only thing that needs to be talked about separately is the beach. There are few sun beds, not enough for everyone. But you can get used to it, relax by the pool, and go to the sea. There is animation, and so is children's animation. In general, a normal hotel, if you do not expect something supernatural.

WELCOME TO ANAPA!! The hotel is on the 3* level, the rooms are modest in level and already with a tired renovation. The beach is SMALL and DIRTY!! - the problem of this hotel. It's cramped and not comfortable, Honestly - it just sucks! There are no free sun beds either on the beach or by the pool!!

We stayed at the Armas Bella Sun Hotel from April 27 to May 08, 2024. I really liked the hotel. I scored 5 points according to all criteria, which includes service, cleanliness, food, and attitude towards tourists. The rooms are large (we lived in the central building), even the presence of a French balcony in the room did not bother at all. The linen is clean, changed regularly. The beds are big, the mattresses are insanely comfortable. The food in the restaurant is just wonderful (fish, chicken, meat, turkey, all fried, boiled, stewed, with and without vegetables, in short, for every taste). No one will starve to death.
Wi-Fi works flawlessly, both in the room and in the pool, and the in-room safe is free. The beach is a 3-5-minute walk from the hotel. The beach itself is small, but we had enough sun beds, since we were at the beginning of the season. There is a promenade along the sea, where you can walk in the evening.
But I would especially like to note the work of the animators: Igor, Denise, Alex, Maxim, Alena and Alina, who speaks Russian, English, Turkish phenomenally without hesitation and accent. I have not seen such a sincere and warm atmosphere that they create for vacationers, both children and adults, for a long time. The guys don't just work off their hours, they really give a piece of themselves. Almost everyone is approached and finds at least a minute to just chat or joke. This is one of the best animation teams I've met in almost 25 years of traveling, 15 of which are tours to Turkey. Just well done, keep it up until November. I wish you strength and inspiration! Perhaps in October I will return to the same hotel.

BUT there is a catastrophic shortage of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. I have to get up early and run to the beach to take sun beds. We also had a family vacation at this hotel. That'll do. But the atmosphere gets boring. The same music, food and drinks. Children in the hotel itself are always bred on the territory so that their parents buy something for them, imposing all sorts of handbags on them for 10.15 euros. The room is cleaned every day, but you constantly have to catch and ask for shampoo and hair balm, which they do not do. If you go, take a brush and paste, this is not in the rooms. Beach sunbeds from 6 am run to score so that there is a place to lie down, people went crazy getting up at 6-7h for the sake of sunbeds. There are a lot of people in the dining room, they rest a lot. Thank God the child didn't get sick either. In general, it will do for once. Be vigilant for children. These handbags and paintings are not worth the money.

We had a rest in the Neva River in June 2024. A good hotel, for a solid four. Friendly staff, a good range of food, you will not stay hungry for sure. Animators are generally fire!! The guys give their best for all 200% of the hotel's location, allows you to go out and go shopping in the evening, since they work until one o'clock in the morning for sure. Of the budget options, it's very good. The sea is nearby, there is a bar, a lot of sun loungers. It's a sandy beach, but there are rocks in the sea, and big ones. There are two large pools on the territory, one with two small water slides, two for small children. There are a lot of sun loungers, but we still do not have enough of them, because they are occupied in advance for the whole day. There is a cute little town for children, a lounge area with sofas and a bar. It consists of several small cozy buildings. The room is stylish in gray tones (from light to dark shades). There is a hammam and a spacious sauna. Clean, neat. The food and drinks are quite decent. We didn't go hungry, even the child didn't have enough teeth. The staff is polite, pleasant, sociable, friendly. I would like to highlight the animation team separately!!! They are very funny, artistic, mobile, pleasant! The only negative thing is the distance from the airport, the audibility in the room (in the bathroom) and the search for sun loungers. There are only positive emotions left. We would have come back here again.

We rested from 03.06 to 14.06. The hotel is for a strong four. The territory is large and clean. The room was on the ground floor opposite the restaurant and bar- so the noise was heard until late at night. The room was cleaned for three, for all 10 days the balcony was cleaned once (it was dusty and sand), towels were changed every day, but the floor was poorly washed. I had to wait once and point out the dirt . The food is good and varied. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh, meat and fish were well cooked. The beach is nearby, but as everyone notices, there are not enough places and the entrance to the sea with stones, you can hit. we found a way out- we went a little to the left, from the neighboring hotel, there are fewer people there and the entrance is sandy. This is probably the most ambiguous hotel of all where we have been) Definitely not 5, something between 3 and 4 stars.
On the positive side: the work of the animators, the promenade along the sea, the food is varied, but very simple, WiFi works everywhere.
The rest is puzzling) The check-in was waited for 6 hours, they talk rudely at the reception, the alcohol is all bad (I do not advise drinking strong, beer and wine are diluted), the hotel territory is cramped, the beach is a complete fiasco (the worst of all that we have seen), the rooms are not cleaned, even the garbage is not taken out, the smell of sewage every morning.

It turned out to be a great vacation! There are some shortcomings, but overall I liked everything. The sea is a couple of minutes away, and the bus stop is also nearby. You'll have to drive to the big shops.

There was animation too, and everyone had fun.
The beach from the hotel is small, there are few sun loungers. Some people came in the morning, laid towels and left ((( I don't understand this.
I would like to fix some things, but overall everything is fine! The evening program was quite intense, there were some very decent performances. The sea is 700 steps away. The hotel beach is not wide. The sand. I regard the location of the hotel as good. The airport is relatively nearby. Nearby is the old town and the Side excavations. A big difference from other hotels, Armas Bella San has a free safe and Wi-Fi throughout, on the beach. It catches perfectly everywhere, there were no problems with it.
The beach is dirty, shallow, if you sail away, it's very good.
The place should be occupied in the morning, at the pool for sure, it is still possible to find it on the beach. We've never had a problem with that.

We have been to this hotel 2 times. We like everything, food, children's animation, and service. There is a problem with free sunbeds on the beach... well, if our compatriots occupy them at NIGHT...and often they don't come after a night of drinking...and there's nowhere for people to lie down....Who is there to complain about???

We stayed at the hotel from June 28 to July 8, 2 adults and 2 children 2 years old. I liked the hotel, all the promised services are provided in full and with high quality. We arrived at 10 a.m., we had already used the entire infrastructure of the hotel before checking in. They moved into the main building on the second floor, overlooking the roof, but thanks to this, the noise from day and night animation was minimal. The children could sleep peacefully. The safe and Internet are free, Wi-Fi catches very well. They gave out a baby cot without any problems. They wanted to give us two, but we took only one, the second child was sleeping on a regular bed. Mosquitoes fly into the room, a fumigator is needed. The food is varied, you can always choose something to your liking. There is meat and fish. But we never liked the fish to taste. Fruits and berries included watermelons, melons, nectarines, plums, cherries, apples, oranges. Two pools for adults. In one, mostly adults swam, games were held, in the other, teenagers and older children swam. Two pools for small children. One of them is in another part of the territory, in a quiet place. A lot has already been written about the beach in the reviews, everything is true. On the other hand, there are very expensive hotels near Armas and their guests also swim in this sea with stones. Hammam + massage services in the hotel are expensive ($40), in other hotels across the street $ 25/ euro. We chose the hotel based on the interests of the children and Armas bella san suited us. They always found something to feed, and they did without any problems such as vomiting or diarrhea, the staff treats the children well, and they did not notice any negativity towards themselves. The hotel guide from Anex certainly "amazed". He is the only one who can change dollars and he cannot advise more places; on an excursion to the shopping center, you must definitely go and buy something, because the percentage goes to him, and he needs to feed three children; "medical insurance for sunburn does not work," although the policy says that it works for burns, including the number of sunny ones. Yes, the hotel is not posh, but the chic is worth other money. Here, the quality matches the price. In general, I recommend the hotel and would go there again, but in a couple of years, when the children grow up.

We rested here as a family from 2.11 to 8.11.23. The territory of the hotel is small, the rooms are not bad, it can be seen recently there was a renovation. Not far from the sea, the beach is small sandy, there will not be enough sunbeds for rest in the season, we were in November and then in the first days almost everything was busy. The food at the hotel is acceptable, but as many have already written without frills and, in principle, quickly gets bored, almost every day the same thing. What pleased me was that there were no digestive problems from this food. The pools in the hotels are nice, clean, there are slides, although one slide was closed for half of the rest, something broke and the staff did nothing to fix it. Animation is both children's and adult, quite unobtrusive. The staff is quite friendly. But there is no cleaning in the rooms, even when you ask for cleaning, nothing changes, they made the bed, threw out the garbage and that's it. However, it should be noted that the room was perfectly clean when checking in. There are many places around where you can go for a walk, especially the beautiful promenade along the sea, you can get right to the old Side. I will not advise you to go here to rest. We paid 340t.p. for five people for eight days. The end of the season.The service is weak, to put it mildly. In general, the Armas service has fallen in the network. We had a family vacation in August 2023. I liked the hotel. A beautiful small well-maintained area. 3 pools, one with two slides, one for the smallest and one regular. There was no way to get the children out. 5 minutes to the sea (own beach: sunbeds and towels are free. There are many bars with drinks and snacks. A restaurant with a large selection (a lot of things and very tasty). Fruits are always available. Drinks alcohol without restrictions. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, safe is free in the room, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, even reaches the beach by the sea. There are a lot of sun beds, you can always find a place. The animation is on top, entertaining both adults and children. The staff is Russian-speaking, you can solve any issue. We liked it, we recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We rested here for the second time. Daily high-quality cleaning. The food is great. Except soups))) What is called soup can be eaten, but it is very unusual for us. The city center is nearby. The animation is very good. The sea is 300 meters away. The beach is sand. The seabed is a slab. The territory is not very big. Maybe it's a tight five, but the hotel is definitely worth its money.

I had a vacation with my grandson for 8 years from June 6 to June 16, 2023. An excellent, compact hotel for recreation of any age category. Food: 10 days was not enough to try everything, there are dishes for every taste. The staff is on top, everyone is friendly, good-natured, everyone wants to make your vacation even better. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed whenever you want. I really liked the children's room. There are several pools on the territory, one with slides, my grandson really liked it. The beach is your own, nearby. Every Wednesday is Turkey Day at the hotel, it's a great show and a huge ice cream cake. In general, I liked everything, thanks a lot to all the staff. And there is also a pharmacy next to the hotel, a professional works, makes ointments himself, my grandson became allergic to the sun and his shoulders turned very red, the pharmacept gave us ointment and pills, it took 1.5 days. There is a leather and fur shop at the hotel, there is not a bad choice.
