Let's start with the room: there is no door in the shower and the water just flows smoothly into the toilet, this is probably the norm, but this is the first time I see this. The fact that the drain is clogged, in the shower, is normal, no one is doing this. Cleaning the room, only smearing the floor, and pinching towels, moreover, the same ones, taking towels, there is no change, even if they left a dollar or two (probably it's not enough). You can see the beach towel in the photo, there are no comments, everything is clear. About the food: many people will say that you can eat, you won't stay hungry, but not about this hotel. Meat can not be seen, from the word at all, minced meat too, for 2 days I did not observe the axis, not a single or a second product. Beach: for the first time in Turkey, I see a swimming pool, literally, the water is muddy, the descent into the sea in slabs, some kind of rub, you can easily injure your leg. We just arrived, we were in the last week of October. Air temperature +28+30, water +23+24g. The impression is the most beautiful.
The hotel has several buildings, the rooms are comfortable, modern, clean. We had in our room: a hairdryer, a kettle, a mini fridge with daily replenished water, a TV, a safe, a condee. Well, in general, the economy room had everything for a comfortable stay. As we used up, tea bags, coffee, and sugar were constantly placed on us. Disposable slippers, shampoo, soap, toilet paper in daily abundance. Cleaning, unlike in our south, is daily, towels were changed on demand and there was no need to run and ask for the staff several times. It is enough to put it on the floor. During the week of rest, there was a change of bed linen for about 3-4 days. The territory is clean, beautiful, Several pools, including for children, the water in them is fresh, crystal, without any garbage like hair, there is also something else that is usually found in pools, and without the smell of chlorine and chemicals, but cool (probably +22 +23 no more).
The food is varied, everything is plentiful, eat as much as you can, or basically everything is delicious. A huge number of different dishes: salads, snacks, hot dishes, soups, desserts, vegetables, fruits, various drinks. There are 4 bars in the hotel, the fifth is on the beach, I don't want to drink. Of the minuses, half of the food is spicy, there were not delicious dishes and their soup is like gravy with something. The staff is all responsive, polite, attentive to the wishes of tourists. But I didn 't advise it.services in the form of massage. The guys there are tough, my wife and I went to a trial and did not dare to go further, fearing that with such an impact the vertebrae or joint would be displaced. Yes, and expensive. A separate word about the animation team - they do not eat their bread for nothing, they entertain vacationers in every way from morning to evening. The sea is 300 meters away - a 3-minute walk. Its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels for free. The sea is clean, warm, shallow, you can almost walk to the buoy. The bottom is sandy, but there are huge stones that you can hit.
Along the sea there is a picturesque embankment along which it is great to walk and you can walk all the way to the old town of Side.
The hotel had 2/3 of our guests, including it was comfortable to rest, and in Turkey there are almost no problems with understanding Russian anywhere.
In general, we had a great rest, everything is super.
PS After such a rest, relationship, service and maintenance, somehow you won't want to go to our south anymore. Our south at times loses to rest abroad.

I was vacationing in a hotel nearby, the beaches were nearby. And Armas had a specific emergency on the beach: not a single free chaise longue ever! What is going on with the beach area there, why is it so dense: no one checks who threw towels on the deck chairs, and he himself has already left for his homeland. Or maybe there are so many people in the hotel that there are not enough places on the beach. As a result, the deck chairs of the neighboring hotels are occupied when they allow. I complained at my reception about this situation, the hotel where I was vacationing didn't care, so every day we shared the deck chairs of our hotel with vacationers in Armas. Well, separately about the beach shower: Armas do not use their own, they create queues for the shower of another hotel. I think Armas should check on their beach area and take action.

This is not our first time in Turkey, we really liked this hotel! The food was excellent, there were fish and meat every day, the animation was good, they did not let you get bored... But for me there are 2 disadvantages. We had a rest in September 2024, there are no melons and watermelon at lunch, although there were always breakfast and dinner. We REALLY LIKED IT!!! I got into an atmosphere of goodwill and humane attitude towards each other. Yes, the beach is sad and the entry into the water is not very good. But do not be lazy and move three hundred meters to the right and you will have a great approach. We chose a place by the pool. Super! Good music and unobtrusive animators. Wonderful cocktails and delicious charcoal cuisine! The staff is very friendly. If you are spoiled by peddlers and royal attitude, then you are not here! Everything is in moderation here! But it's worth it. Yes, I have been to hotels on a higher level many times, but I have never met such a warm relationship between people. Everyone's friends here! We were at this hotel in October 2023. I liked the hotel itself, we were given a room on the 4th floor, quiet, comfortable, 2 beds, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, free safe, kettle, free Wi-fi throughout, in the room and on the beach. Large balcony. The food, like everywhere else, is monotonous, turkey, chicken, fish, only mackerel, we didn't eat it, a lot of vegetables, greens, fruits, watermelons, ice cream, pie, you won't stay hungry at all! The restaurant is large, there is also a second floor, there were enough places. Three bars on site and one on the beach. Two swimming pools and one for children, there are slides. In the evenings every day there are concerts, contests, there is annimation. Responsive, friendly staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, we even sometimes hung a "do not disturb" sign. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach, you can't say that the 2nd line. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach, we had to get up very early and take a seat, that's the only thing we didn't like! The entrance to the sea is smooth, the kids are beautiful! The water is clean, transparent, warm, there were no waves. The overall picture is positive. A good 5* vacationed with her husband together in September 2023. We really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, which pleases. We arrived early, closer to 11 o'clock before lunch, about half an hour later we were checked into a room. The room is cozy, clean, and cleaned every day. As for the food separately, this is something for the chefs, the service staff bravo. It is diverse, delicious, for every taste. Fish, various meats, fruits, vegetables, greens, and sweets Wow. The only disadvantage is the beach, in terms of sun beds, there really aren't enough and there are big rocks at the bottom. But we didn't get lost, we went swimming further away.

We stayed at this hotel from 07/20/2024 to 07/28/2024. The hotel has a good territory, with good pools, 2 adults (one of them with 2 slides) and 2 children's beds, but there are not enough sun beds, so they are occupied from 7-8 in the morning (throw towels and leave). We got a room next to the "gingerbread house" (where animators occupy children) and a children's pool, we were very lucky, the room was on the 4th floor (there is an elevator, but a little stuck) the most extreme, the balcony overlooked the playground and you can't hear the disco in the evenings from it. The room itself is not bad, but there are a few disadvantages: 1. The door to the bathroom is terribly creaky 2. The folding chair also creaked very much, every movement was audible and my husband said it was not comfortable to sleep at all, even though they put a mattress and 3. A huge gap between the floor and the door to the room eventually crawled a huge cockroach, thank God that only once. In the room: disposable slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, tual.paper, paper towels, hair dryer, kettle, tea and coffee (but you need to ask for it to be replenished if you run out), mini-bar with water (2 bottles of gas.water and 1 bottle of plain water) refilled as needed, safe. The room is cleaned daily, bed linen is changed 1p in 3 days. We had a rest in July 24. Paid room of the Large category (enlarged one-room) for 3 people. We lived in the 2nd building on the 4th floor -2419 (view of private houses, quiet). When checking in, they tried to cheat and settle in this building to the usual standard, and even overlooking the pool and dance floor, where the noise is until 23.00 and even later. The food is normal for a 4* hotel. At lunch and dinner, it was difficult to find a separate table, it was better to wait and come in 30-40 minutes to the outflow of people and replenishment of dishes. The size of the hotel's beach does not correspond to the number of vacationers. Almost all sun beds are occupied until 8.00.

There is no elevator in this building and the steps are very steep. The room is spacious, but there is no balcony. They brought us a dryer so that we could have a place to dry things after the beach. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer. The Internet was excellent in the room and on the territory of the hotel - there was enough of it for communication in messengers. But the speed is not enough to work. On the beach, the bar promised Internet, but there was none. The beach bar is small. Beer, Coke. tea and water were poured without problems. French fries and hamburgers were served at lunch. The food in the hotel restaurant was good. We have never been hungry. There was enough food for everyone. Good alcohol was being poured at the bar. The beach is small, umbrellas, sun loungers are enough. Overall, I liked the hotel. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the promenade to the old town.

I liked the room itself, it was spacious enough, a balcony, a comfortable bed, a good mattress, the hotel, they try to keep order in the territory, the hotel itself leaves a good impression, there is not much to go to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is sand, and there are stones in the sea, but they still need to swim to them. Separately, I would like to mention the animation guys, they work on 5+, now the cons.
The reception does not always work, they heard and promptly responded to requests, it very much depends on the shift. Borka in the room is a separate story, even tips did not help, they were cleaned twice in a week, all requests and comments were ignored. The menu, the hotel positions itself as a holiday hotel with children, in fact children are sitting on French fries and fast food from the bar, the only thing that saves, excellent medicines in Turkish pharmacies, adults will not stay hungry, sober too, but by the beginning of June the queues at the restaurant became tedious. There is a hammam and sauna, they are free during the day, plus two children's pools and two adults, this is also a plus. A big plus of the hotel is that you go out and walk along the embankment to the old town. In the other direction, on the avenue and a bunch of shops around. I recommend Carrefour. An analogue of our Pairs, Pyaterochka. The prices are adequate for sweets and souvenirs. Payment is charged in lira, bucks and euros. Change is given ONLY in lira. The hotel is full of random people, it is not clear where they were found, they do not know how to do anything -make cocktails, speak Russian, they do not know where honey is, where halva is, where the toilet is, taxis, they stand with unfriendly sad faces, demonstrating with all their appearance -leave off what you need.

We had a rest in July-August 2023. I rate it 5*, because everything I needed when choosing a hotel was justified.

It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel, including a stop in 20 minutes.
Upon arrival, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to lunch. After 14 hours, they settled into the building closest to the sea.
Room: clean, spacious enough, the air conditioning worked well, the balcony overlooked the quiet part of the hotel - the lounge bar. It was quiet in the evening. In-room slippers, free safe, internet, shampoo/gel dispensers 2 in 1. Towels were changed on request. There are 2 cards from the room, which is convenient.
Food: high-quality, tasty, quite varied, without frills. Standard breakfast: eggs of various types, cheeses, dry breakfast, yogurt, greens, fruits, pancakes, donuts, various jams, pastries Lunch: 2 types of soup, meat dishes, grilled, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs, sweets, snacks. Dinner: the most varied, there was duck, lamb, fish, quail, beef, and various dishes, just like at lunch, only there is more choice.
Snack: burgers, fries, onion rings by the pool and on the beach. By the pool, gozleme, donuts, ice cream.
Bars: lobby, pool, restaurant, beach and lounge bar. And the latter is only soft drinks.
Beach: walk for 5 minutes along a shady street along other hotels. The beach is sandy, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. The entrance to the sea is good, but there are big stones, first you stumble over them, then you remember). The sea of Melkov is something, but for children it is the most important thing.
There is a promenade along which you can walk along the shore.
Animation: during the day there are some games, we did not participate, in the evening there is a program, a mini disco for children.
In general, the hotel is pleasant, I want to return to it. Everyone is friendly.

We rested at the hotel from 07/20.23 to 07/27.23. Two adults and a child. I really enjoyed the rest! The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is a safe in the room. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, even on the beach. There are no complaints about nutrition, there is a wide variety of dishes. In addition, there were gastronomic surprises! The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea with small pebbles. We swam without aquashouses. However, sometimes there are slabs under water. But it didn't bother us. Later, we started going to the nearby beach -there are few people there. Because of this, the water is the purest! The pools are super! I really liked the aqua aerobics, the coach with humor!! The staff is friendly and always responded to our requests and questions! In the evenings it was fun, concerts were arranged, music was played. But at exactly 23.00 it became quiet and peaceful! The sea is not visible from the rooms. 4-5 minutes walk from the pool. The sun beds on the sea are always occupied, as well as by the pool.
The entrance is sand and pebbles at the beginning, you can go further. The sea itself is muddy, there are a lot of people. As in Anapa) 2/5
ROOMS
The rooms are generally pleasant and well maintained. Fresh (it is visible only in them there was a restoration ) Lived in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor. View of the pool. The air conditioner does its job perfectly. 5/5

There aren't many people in the pool. It was clean for 7 days out of the entire vacation. It's a little cloudy at the last. There is activity in the pool every day. In the morning, water aerobics with water polo / closer to 12:30, the general game (always different) / and water polo again. It was the first pool party, but then there were a lot of people.
