The staff were polite, mostly came across, attentive. An electronic queue is working. Especially a lot of people have not met during their several visits, a maximum of two or three people ahead. It's a long way from the metro and bus stops, parking lots nearby are all occupied by cars of employees of nearby institutions, so you will only be able to park if you are very lucky, or you will have to walk.

But there are a lot of leaflets that allow you to prepare (choose a tariff). If you have a registration (for example, take it at a hotel), the tariff is more profitable. The Internet is normal if there aren't a lot of people around. Otherwise very slow (for example at an exhibition).

But the specialist of this office convinced me otherwise. I didn't remember his name, but I remember that he was sitting in the far part of the hall, on the right, as you enter. I came without temporary registration at the hotel (and without this, the SIM card was not issued) and this wonderful man did not send me back, but called my hotel, asked me to make this registration, waited for it to be sent and called me to finish the registration. Communications, branches and the main office — everything leaves much to be desired. The company should reconsider its attitude towards subscribers and learn to respect them at least a little. And also try to provide a little comfort to your customers. Both in the office and in communication. I've been using Beeline for many years, but after quarantine, they began to disappoint me every day. While competitors, say Usell, improved communication, trained staff and much more, beeline seemed to just relax and "score" both on communication and on customers. Many friends switch to yucell with complaints about beeline. It seems like a wake-up call, don't you think. Hence the conclusion from me and the advice: leave this company and choose something else. The same uzmobile (seemingly not very high-quality connection) works much better. And the staff are at least polite

Constant brakes with the Internet.. I had to take a number from Uztelecom, and hope that Beeline would solve its problems with towers and other processes that affect the speed and stability of the Internet. The tariff for the word Yana Bitta. And if you compare with their brother from Kazakhstan, that is, Beeline KZ, you can see that they are constantly working on themselves, and at the time of their residence in Kazakhstan (Karaganda, Astana, Almaty) there were no problems with speed.. Although there is a botched beeline Wi-Fi network in the office. After this connection, various services began to ask me to change my password, as they discovered suspicious activity in my account. So don't do that. It is better to activate the electronic Sim later using a secure network.
