After exchanging ~ 200 € through an account verified in my name on the cryptocurrency exchange, suddenly a request for justification of the transfer arrived from the bank and a request to explain all operations on the account and the sources of origin of the money. After explaining and sending all the necessary documents, the bank decided to close the account, saying that it would return the money only if it contacted the bank personally, or if someone contacted by proxy.
A power of attorney at the consulate of the Russian Federation in Germany costs 100 euros (for a citizen of another country - RB, and not for a relative), which in the end, with the transfer, is just about equal to the balance on the account.
I would never recommend contacting this bank to anyone in my life. We recruited non-resident clients, but we didn't learn how to work properly. However, like their parent Bank of Georgia, with the same problems and random account opening decisions.

The staff assured that there could be no problems.: withdrawals without commission up to 2000 at any ATM, swift without problems, support if anything is always in touch.
What turned out to be the case:
1. Out of 11 requests to contact me, only 2 were fulfilled. Before the support itself, sometimes it took 40-50 minutes to get through, the operator in the chat also responds- in no way.
2. Swift translation is done by e-mail, letters are lost, they are answered for several weeks. And then the rules changed, and in general you can no longer make a transfer. That's what the bank wanted, your problems.
3. No swift transfer has been completed. The money was frozen, and nothing has been known about their fate for a week. The employees did not warn about any risks, either at the registration or during the transfers.
4. Be prepared for the fact that almost all foreign sites will reject your payments, and even if the bank tells you that this is not the case, do not believe it. Most transactions will simply be rejected and your money will be frozen for 10 days.
5. Cash withdrawal using this card is 2000 without commission worldwide, EXCEPT FOR BELARUSIAN ATMs! In particular, as it turned out, you will not be able to withdraw more than $ 100 from the ATMs of the bank itself!
6. These scammers are constantly forced to convert currency, thereby making good money on your helplessness. You will lose about 10% if you want to withdraw normal amounts, because they need to be converted into white rubles, despite the fact that the card is dollar
