We waited until 11:15, one cash register was busy with some kind of real estate transaction all this time, the second called everyone except us. The people who came after us safely volunteered and solved their cases. Someone from the queue couldn't stand it and left. The girl next to us, who had also been waiting for more than an hour, began to swear violently with the cashier when coupon B2 appeared on the scoreboard, and she had B1 and people were called by those who came after her. Also, one of the two ticket offices was going to close at 11. In general, after several requests, the cashier Ekaterina agreed to click on our number and we finally got there in 2 minutes!!!!!! they changed the money.
I have not seen such nonsense for a long time, almost 2 hours were killed for a 2-minute operation.

Suddenly it turns out that only banknotes with a face value of 5 thousand rubles are available at the cash desk and they cannot give me the amount I ordered (4100). The only solution, according to the bank's employees, can only be the purchase of an additional 900 rubles by me. Given the lack of time and the desire to spend my nerves on it is not clear who, I preferred to close the issue in this way. Tip: there is an opportunity - do not mess with these "Horns and hooves".
