The other day I went to the new office to connect the Internet. I was pleasantly surprised. Modern, beautiful, with a comfortable waiting area. There were a lot of jobs, and all of them had customer service specialists. I waited in line for 5-7 minutes no more. I'm really very surprised how cool they did everything and how radically they changed the service. Well done!

A review of the work of a specialist with the personal number 1458. On October 21, 2025, at 8:46 a.m., I called tech support with the following situation: we moved to a new apartment, connected the Internet, and had problems connecting to the Internet on five personal devices, both via wifi and by wire. I want to call a specialist for verification. To which the answer was received: at the moment there are no gaps, deal with your devices yourself, you cannot call a specialist. Dear 1458, you are 100% out of place and absolutely do not know how to listen and communicate with clients. We called back to another specialist, Maria, checked the modem, made a reset, and it was recommended to go to the office and replace the equipment. With the new modem, the Internet is flying and there are no more problems. Special thanks to Maria and other staff of the department.

Billing is unjustified. The tariff is 41.50, and sometimes 60 rubles is not enough. I haven't called anywhere, and I haven't ordered any additional services. It's a one-way game, system versus human. I am enclosing the evidence.

I decided to connect the Internet from Beltelecom. After reading the reviews, I was ready to spend the whole weekend waiting in line, mentally prepared. The renovated office is gorgeous, elevator, barrier-free environment, air conditioners... A comfortable waiting area and display cases with appliances... But she didn't even have time to sit on the beautiful sofa, to my pleasant surprise... They were called almost immediately after the ticket was issued... I noticed the pleasant and polite administrators. The on-site specialist helped me choose the tariff plan and I am very satisfied. I also looked for a new smartphone in installments. The Internet is now just flying, the equipment is new, modem, smart set-top box, I'm happy with everything. The Internet has become much better. Thank you, Beltelecom! Good luck to you!

Why are promotions and favorable offers only for new subscribers? And for those who have been using space prices for three years or more...! All we could offer was to terminate the contract if the conditions do not suit us, where they impose a bunch of additional services that we do not use, while the price is no less than it was. All that remains is to change the Internet provider, which we did!

The worst Internet in the city and at the same time the most expensive. The tariff is 200, as a result, the download speed does not exceed even 100, and the download does not reach even 1 MB. At the same time, there is only 1 computer connected to the network via a cable. I would like to note an interesting scheme of this company: the Internet became bad - they called, complained and immediately just like in the tariff (although usually a couple of extra services appear on their own), and 2 months later it's like this again and you need to call and ask what's wrong, and everything is new. If you apply for a different tariff, you will be able to switch to it at a speed below the baseboard (10 MB somewhere). I'm already tired, to be honest, with the same MTS for a price 2 times lower, you can connect a real 200MB or 500MB Internet connection and everything will load normally. Disgusting service! As it turned out, I have an old modem, and the bandwidth of this modem cannot be more, and I pay the tariff for high speed! They don't have the opportunity to find out if there is a modem in stock, they put me in a queue, I wait a day, no one calls back, I call again, ask for the number, who can I call and find out if there are new modems, they say the same thing, that there is no such number. Wait 24 hours! Dear Beltelecom, you call 25 times to offer the product in installments, and offer to change the modem to a new one, why not? As a result, I pay the yasna 200 tariff, and I have a maximum of yasna 50! To come to you, spend a lot of time (at least two hours) and still achieve nothing, this option does not suit me!

The most terrible Internet company. I'm just holding myself back so I don't get mad. I would put -12 out of 5. While I'm writing a review, the Internet is shutting down. I collapsed, and after two minutes there was no network. The tariff is unreasonably expensive, and the benefits are like a dog's fifth leg. They called support, didn't solve anything, and they're also being rude all the time. Fix it!

If it were possible to put 0 stars to write a review, I would do so. There is simply no worse service in the city. The electronic queue is created primarily for the convenience of users. Here, exactly the opposite is true. There were no more than 10 people in the hall, we spent 1 hour and 30 minutes in line. There is a call on the number, no one comes up, after 30 seconds, repeat, again no one comes up. For the sake of interest, I spotted it through a stopwatch, so it lasted five minutes. Does your salary count from the number of calls? Seventeen working windows organize normal maintenance.

Mentally prepare to sit in line for 2-3 hours. Out of 13 windows, a maximum of 3-4 are working. The rest of the staff is not clear what they are doing. Many people leave without waiting. Disconnected, I hope I won't have to use their services anymore.

They gave me a router with a faulty WiFi.during the call, I asked a question: is it possible to send a repairman with new equipment, to which I was told that no one would bring you anything, take it yourself. After the arrival of the repairman, it was clearly stated from his words:the operator could leave a request and the repairman would bring new equipment to replace the faulty one. In response, I heard "it was, pay the money" I understand that 7 rubles is a penny, but still, it's not normal.

Electronic queue. There are a lot of people, constant queues. There are 1-2 windows for any registration, and the waiting time may be an hour or more, especially on Saturday. I counted 45 people in the lobby on Saturday... But the operators are trying, helping, working quickly, and there are no questions for them. But why are there always so few of them?

It's just awful! The service is terrible. My husband brought the router, and they refused to service it 40 minutes before closing. I've been arguing with them on the phone for over 2 weeks. As a result, we signed up for Saturday, arrived, and the administrator says there is no record of ours, we were standing in line with a small child, thanks to the girl, she made concessions to us and accepted the router without waiting in line!

Enabling video surveillance without my knowledge. I pay for it, but I don't watch it, because I didn't subscribe to it and thought I didn't have this feature enabled. The package of services clearly works well, if you can call it that it works. It loads for half an hour and breaks through every 5 minutes, and this is on all TVs in the apartment, regardless of whether it is close or far from the router. When you lose your nerve, you call Beltelecom and they answer you, turn on the TV via cable and not via wi-fi networks. It's the same with the Internet and with a home phone. And when they lure us into their network, everything works perfectly without wires, everything is via wi-fi. A disgusting connection, if it were possible, would put a big minus, one is a lot for them.

If it were possible to give a minus grade, I would have done it. -10 I give to the Beltelecom service center. It's very frustrating that such a big company treats its customers so badly. Initially, I put a lock, then after 3 weeks I lifted it, the Internet did not appear. I decided to call the sc. She described the situation to the girl, to which she received rudeness in response. At that moment, I got angry and decided to finally terminate the contract and refuse the services. I left a request, they called me about it only a week later, and set a date for the visit after another 2. I took out all the wires beforehand, folded all the equipment, in my opinion there are no wires left there. When I came to hand over the equipment, the young man began to say that 4 wires were missing... I had to pay because I wasn't completely sure if I'd taken them or not, maybe I hadn't watched something or hadn't noticed. When I got home, I looked at everything several times and realized that there were no wires left. I was just cheated out of money. I was extremely unhappy with the visit, but nevertheless I am very glad that I finally refused all services.

No matter how many times, there was always some kind of trouble. The workers are evil, even if not all of them, but there will always be someone who finds them. This office takes money from the air. I came to hand over the equipment, and they saw a microcrack in the remote control. Pay the full amount for the remote control....you gave it to me to use, and you want it to be perfect....wouldn't it be easier to buy back the equipment....have you been using it for 5 years and should it be as good as new? Do you have 5-year-old things in your apartment that are also as new (which are in constant circulation?)

The operator accepted after an hour of waiting, while all the windows were working and actively calling customers. The operator checked all the equipment and wires, then issued a certificate of delivery. I only paid extra for the subscription fee for the current day, it turned out to be less than 1p
