I applied for a card to pay abroad at this bank. Excellent service, everything is clear, understandable, without pitfalls. The map was made very quickly, even faster than promised (in a few hours). All the staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful experience and a very high level. I definitely recommend it!!! There is no customer orientation. When applying for the card, none of the employees said that it was possible to receive the card through courier Delivery, they only offered mail and arrival at the bank branch. This is a very disappointing start to cooperation with the bank. Under other circumstances, I would not have discussed it with this bank and at the moment I do not recommend anyone to register there.

This is definitely the best bank in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation that I have ever met! I have to work with cards from other banks, there is something to compare them with. In addition to the highest level of service in general, every non-standard issue was resolved as loyally as possible for me (humanly, with understanding, taking into account all my requests). In particular, some of the problems from abroad were solved in messengers and by calling from the application. Separately, I would like to mention the staff of the central office (Victoria Evgenievna, Ekaterina Olegovna, Olga Sergeevna and Olga Grigorievna), as well as support staff (Anastasia, Karina and Alexandra)! Everyone is very polite, if you have been in Switzerland, only in Russian) The employees are well versed in the bank's products. No queues and no waiting. There are unique services that other banks cannot boast of, for example, if you are already a customer, then BSB bank can send you a card by mail to many countries of the world for a reasonable fee. A clear mobile application. What would you like to improve? Sending swift transfers from the application, and displaying logos of organizations in which the payment was made in the transaction history. In general, I am satisfied with the bank, I hope I will not be disappointed in the future.

A good bank! A spacious lobby, several ticket offices are always open! The exchange rate is always quite profitable! I really like that if it's rainy outside, the bank provides an umbrella for use completely free of charge - baskets with umbrellas are placed right in front of the entrance. By the way, the umbrella can be returned later :)

I opened the card in rubles, they tried to stuff the card (Belcard), so that they could replenish their own in rubles. When asked why would I do this through a double RUB-BYN-RUB conversion, they somehow moved off this topic "well, if you don't want to, whatever you want." And I asked for my account details, as well as the details of the COR bank, through which I will transfer them according to the details, and the carousel "they are not there" began, I show the correspondence with the bank's support, where they say there is, but again about the Belcard… It's a shame that I clarified everything in advance in support in order to save time for myself and the manager, even I provided the originals with documents about the origin of the d/s, although the card is actually needed purely on vacation. And what I opened not alone, but with a friend for a couple, the manager at the next table says to him, "OK, I'll give you the details," and my manager says, "no," "no," "no," and in a circle. After clarifying that why the information varies in different windows and talk to each other, the process has already started somehow, but it felt like my manager just wanted to cram this Whiteboard in for nothing. And it took me longer to open an account than a friend, even though I was the first in turn. The details were given after the reminder, and also nowhere in the documents was it noted how my full name was entered in Latin or Cyrillic in order to make the translation correctly. They printed out a form with bank accounts for both of us without even inserting our details.

3 months after opening the account and the card, someone in Europe withdrew all the money from my account at an ATM, the bank's security system is weak. He won't save your money. If you linked your card to any Internet service, such as booking and airbnb, compensation will be refused.

Everything is clear on the website- Saturday is a day off. I shouldn't have believed the review and came. According to the depository, it is strange that you cannot pay in advance for more than a year, you cannot remotely, you cannot pay to another person without a notarized power of attorney.
