Of the cons: the bathroom in the room and the spa are very tired. You need to change the plumbing on time.
The men's locker room of the spa is very dirty, there is a lot of hair on the floor, the shower smells strongly of urine.
Upon check-in, we saw our view from the window. On vacation, I would like to wake up with the sun, but it didn't work out here. The room was very dark due to the location.
When asked to change the number, they replied that everything was occupied. And indeed, there were no places on the site. But something else surprised me.
I called the reception, asked to change the room, they answered, quote: "tomorrow there will be a manager, you can catch her and discuss if you want." It seemed to me that the staff should do this..
It was announced at the reception that there is no parking at the hotel, although the sign says otherwise.
When asked how to pay for parking, they said they did not know. As a result, we were fined on the first day.
Crown Plaza Minsk is a stable three, I will definitely not come again and will not advise anyone. Rather, on the contrary, I will dissuade you.

There is a Cafe bar, the choice of dishes is really not great, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a casino. A very big disadvantage is the lack of parking at the hotel. The best thing is the price. Everything is twice as cheap as in Moscow, and there are also sales and discounts. The World card is accepted almost everywhere. Yandex taxi works. The hotel is far from 5 stars, maximum 3, but I will separately analyze the pros and cons:
Cons:
- the hotel does not have its own parking, even a small one, there is an opportunity to accommodate it, but the 5-star hotel is not a casino and has not provided such an option for guests;
- the staff is completely unprepared, it is not clear where the administrators are looking.
When checking in, the logical questions are: - where are the breakfasts? - what time are the breakfasts? - where is the spa area and pool? - are there towels in the spa area?
As a result, any information should be pulled with "ticks" from the manager, he himself does not consider it necessary to tell anything.
There are trainee-level waiters at breakfast, but no one controls their work, so that it is clear that after ordering you can bring dessert ahead of the main course, as well as dishes are not taken out for two guests at the same time, it should be the norm that one of the guests eats, and the second looks and waits. I will focus separately on the story, when we had already had breakfast, I went to the bar, to the waiter and asked for a cup of coffee, to which he asked if I was staying at the hotel and if I had paid for breakfast, I wonder why this question did not arise when I sat at the table in front of his eyes for 20 minutes and had breakfast.
Room cleaning is a "separate art form", there was no wet cleaning in the suite for 7 days at all. Realizing that cleaning in a 5-star hotel is not regular, they began to leave a sign saying that the room needed to be cleaned, but the actions of the cleaner were just a spit in the face of the guests, returning to the room after 2 hours we found that the sign was simply removed and put back in the room, we did not give up and hung it up again and a miracle happened the room was cleaned;
- the elevator does not go up to the second floor, you can go down, you can't go up, it's just fine, because after the road it's the most important thing to carry bags and suitcases to the second floor, as you understand, there is simply no rapist for things, and why is he in a 5-star hotel, the guests themselves will manage to carry everything up the stairs, they also We came to rest;
- separately about the suite and its disadvantages. We immediately paid attention to the tape on the TV remote control so that the batteries do not fall out and really why change the remote control, the repair is worthy of guests. The TV itself reacts every other time to turn on and off, the equipment is clearly faulty.
But that's not all, rusty water periodically flows from the tap, it's just the finish line, a hotel with a claim to 5 stars and complete indifference to repairs;
- spa area and swimming pool.
To begin with, I will say that the pool is not only for guests, which makes it just a "bottom", incomprehensible personalities are crammed into the pool, no one is watching the order in the pool, jumping into the pool is the norm, who will be responsible if one of such inebriated guests breaks his head? The administration apparently does not know and so far nothing has happened and they are not interested. It is necessary to go up to the sauna on the second floor, the faucet on one of the showers is broken (apparently also normal), in the sauna itself there are guests who rub themselves with scrubs and oils with a pungent smell, as for me if this is a public sauna, then this is unacceptable, rent a sauna and stand there on your head, but not like that, let me remind you that there are no rules for visiting the pool and sauna, the staff does not follow the order at all.
And finally, you have to go to the pool with towels from the rooms, that is, I go to the pool and after chlorinated water I wipe myself with a towel from the room, I rest on it and go to the sauna with it and sit on it, then I take this towel and return to the room with it and after a shower I have to they also wipe themselves, of course you will forgive, but your guests are not pigs, think about revising this system.
Positive:
- the location of the hotel in the city center;
- the interior of the room is pleasant.
From all of the above, I summarize that the price /quality ratio is simply terrifying, the hotel does not match its stars, the staff must be sent to other hotels for training, there are excellent shops in the city and it is better to rent a room there than to tolerate such an attitude towards guests.
I hope the hotel administration will pay attention to the disadvantages, but the probability of this is extremely low, because the fish rots from the head and all these disadvantages are very difficult not to notice.
I stayed in a luxury room for 7 days, I was extremely disappointed with the hotel and for me this is a shadow over the entire hotel chain, because large chain hotels must meet a certain level.

We stayed in a 2-bed room for 2 nights. The room was on the 3rd floor, the elevators were free, the corridors were quiet, visually clean, the lights turned on automatically. The doors are opened with a card, they are given to each guest, that is, 2 keys. We went down to the 1st floor to get water to the cooler, because I don't drink from the tap. Daily cleaning, put 2 booth.0.5 liters of water. Kettle, tea and instant coffee, sugar and waffles upon check-in as a nice bonus. The Internet was working properly. They didn't set up the TV, it didn't show well, they didn't watch it, it wasn't up to it, but there are definitely a couple of channels. The bathroom is comfortable, 2 washbasins, bathroom accessories, slippers, bathrobe, everything came in handy. The beds are soft, but very comfortable, I slept like in a cradle. The accommodation includes a visit to the spa area, went to the pool, spacious, there is enough space to swim. Overall, the stay left positive emotions, I would come back again.

We ask, where can I park the car? The answer is wherever you want on the road.But I saw the nearest place 2 km away. I had to put it in a paid parking lot. The room itself is not bad, but a disposable toothbrush could be provided. My opinion is that the room in this hotel is not worth the money at all. Among the advantages: near the train station, close to tourist areas. The furniture in the room is in the style of Stalin's dacha, carved array, only without cloth and NKVD guard at the door. The TV from the 90s probably still remembers Tetris. The bathroom is large. But, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, even an ordinary one with a grill - after a shower, the effect of a steam room lasts for a long time. . The room has a kettle, cups and a couple of tea bags. The refrigerator did not work, it was changed. The mattress is very soft, not everyone will like it. The acquaintance with the hotel begins with two narrow entrance doors with powerful closers - I barely squeezed through with a suitcase. The reception is far to the left. The registration may take 15-20 minutes, get ready for a long stand / wait. There are difficulties with the delivery ... the aqua zone is a swimming pool (large, but not deep, 1.4 m), 1 Jacuzzi and 1 small sauna (therefore on the second floor). There is clearly not enough sauna, both in terms of variety (in most of these areas there is also a steam sauna and a steam room / Finnish sauna) and in terms of places - visitors sit very tightly. There are not enough sun beds either.
There are no questions about cleanliness.
I put 3* , since the hotel is not 5*, although it is stated.... It would be interesting to know how (or how many) the owners managed to get a couple more stars :-)

The room was cleaned every day, however, the towels were not changed for 4 days. And there are difficulties with parking, since the hotel does not have, and there is a fee around - and payment is possible only for residents of Belarus.

The rooms are clean, but require cosmetic repairs- cracks on the ceiling are not 5 stars, bottled water is daily, 2 people are indicated in the vouchers, there was 1 set of towels and soap towels upon check-in, everything needs to be asked by phone. I booked a Standard room. Without breakfast
First, about the good things. The hotel is pompous, the room is large, the bathroom is huge, the largest I have seen. The room has everything you need. And a tea cafe, and a good table. In the bathroom there is a set of towels, shampoos, soap, etc. But that's all of the good stuff.
From the bad.
In the corridors, the lamps turn on from the movement. But then, when I have already passed them, and not BEFORE. Does it make sense for me to cover what I've already been through? I'm looking for my number!
The TV was working crookedly in my room. Moreover, to turn it on, you need to press the channel change button, and not the usual "On-Off". So also the first three channels are Turkish in the original language! And then Arabic. And only then come the Belarusian and Russian ones. The picture quality is terrible. Not HD exactly.
The bathroom has a narrow bathtub (not a shower cabin). And a small door in the bathtub itself, which absolutely does not save from splashing on the floor. Why ??
The air conditioner works on the "Freeze" button, but it warms up. It's crazy.
The bed is large, but sleeping is categorically uncomfortable. You're constantly sliding to the right and then to the left.
There is not a single information sign in the room. Neither what time breakfast is, nor where it takes place. nothing. But there is a sign in the drawer with the direction to Mecca.
The girl at the reception at check-in did not even ask how many devices I have to connect to WiFi. And she gave me only one password. And I have a laptop and a phone. I got out of it, but it's wrong.
The breakfasts are terrible. Very banal: cheesecakes, sausages, pancakes, sausage, there are no salads, there are no cheeses either. And very indistinguishable. But very large plates and tasteless coffee (with bitterness).
In general, one of the worst hotels in terms of customer orientation that I have met.
I will return to this hotel only when even the hostels in Minsk are occupied.
