The hotel stay left a very mixed impression. I'll start with a clear one - the quality of the room, bathroom, cleanliness are all within the norm and meet the standard of the 4+ hotel. There is a minibar in the room, but it is empty, which is strange. We could put a minimum set of drinks for an additional payment and earn money. There is a kettle on the table, a tea and coffee maker, but there is no water in the bottle. However, 2 small bottles of water without gas appeared on the second one. There are very few channels on TV, they are constantly disconnected with the appearance of the NO SIGNAL label. A particularly strange moment is that there is not a single information material about the hotel in the room. Where everything is, how it works, phone numbers of services, availability of a room service - it is not possible to get information. We were contacted by the reception - they answered - call us at reception number 5 and they will tell you everything. There is a separate story about the reception - in the morning, as soon as the trains arrive from Moscow, there is a queue for check-in. The reception is not big - 2 people work. But if there is a queue, one girl leads the reception. The second one was busy in the computer and did not pay attention to the glasses. After the comments of the guests from the queue, another employee was called (a foreigner, spoke with a serious accent). But for a 5* hotel, moments of poor reception and accommodation of guests are not allowed. According to information from an employee, almost all rooms are occupied, while the lobby of the hotel is "dead". When you enter the hotel (especially with suitcases), no one will help you open the door (whoever used it knows that the doors are very tight and heavy) and will not assist in delivering luggage to the room. You enter the lobby - immediately what catches your eye is a dark niche (the light is turned off) as it turned out, the business center. How is it? The lobby of the hotel is what "sells the hotel" and creates an atmosphere. And here the lights are off ... and the New Year's design was probably made by the staff of the reception. How can you hang electric lights on the reception desk?..for scotch!?!It is clear that these garlands were constantly peeling off and hanging as if after a strong wind. We didn't use the hotel's breakfast and bar, I can't give you any comments. As a result, the hotel has great potential, excellent location, but now it is definitely not a 5* hotel, and the maximum lack of hospitality and service.

The rooms are adjacent - if there are neighbors, everything can be heard as if in your room
The heating in the ceiling is ventilated - without it, the room is empty, and with it the air is terribly dry that it is impossible to breathe.
The bathrobe and towels were for the 1st person, although there were two of us in the reservation.
When cleaning, they only put new water on and that's it: the bed was not made at all, the towels were not changed.
For 3-4 stars, it would be OK, 5 stars does not pull at all.

Excellent, comfortable, but the availability of smoking rooms spoils the overall picture. My non-smoking room still had that smell, even the towel smelled. I had to ventilate often, it's good that the windows open. Daily cleaning, change of towels on request.

We had a good hotel in the city center in May, despite the full occupancy - the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The administrators are very responsive, at our request, upon arrival, they quickly changed the room, because the twin category all Windows overlook the wall of the neighboring building, almost closely! The excellent location is the center of the city. Nearby there is a parking lot in the next building, which is full up from the hotel, a wonderful cafe. The food is delicious there. The staff is friendly. There is a spa, a swimming pool, and a casino. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. The room has tea, coffee, sugar, sweets, water. We stopped several times. Mega responsive and friendly staff! Convenient location, the very center of Minsk. The rooms are clean, cozy, large beds with lots of chic pillows and a comfortable mattress! Access to the spa with a swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi is provided. I didn't like the view from the window to the courtyard.

I didn't like the hotel at all, it was outdated, the bathroom and the rug were mildewed, the tulle was burnt by cigarettes, in a non-smoking room. We checked in at 14:35, we went several times and asked for a room, the water in the pool was icy, the sauna was not at all clear where, in some catacombs, until you get to the pool, you will get cold. The hammam was cold. They didn't give me a towel, they told me to take my own from the room, and in the room after the pool, what should I wipe myself with??? Wet? There is no parking. The only thing I appreciated was the iron in the room, good pillows and linen, and a delicious breakfast. But it doesn't cost 11,000 rubles.

I visited the Thai "aroma massage" of the whole body in the crowne plaza.

Secondly, I bought the "aroma massage" procedure. And in fact, I was smeared with some kind of vaseline for an hour ((( , I was not offered to choose an aroma oil and massaged with something incomprehensible
Thirdly, tea after massage ge suggested that both do after Thai massage.
Fourth, the locker for storing personal belongings does not close.
Fifth. You need to bring a change of slippers with you... The robe was given wet (!
Sixth. After the massage, the Thai hinted to leave her a tip.. although the massage was so-so, it was extremely uncomfortable. And at the reception, after the massage is over, the girls do not make contact with the guest in any way. (Neither how are you feeling, nor how did you like it, nor goodbye) .

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, a lot of things have worn out, the wallpaper is moving away, the tiles in the bathtub are uneven, the bathroom has traces of mold in places, the chair in the room is scuffed, in addition, we booked a room for 3 days for two, there were accessories for 1 person (carried for half an hour) they made a mistake in the system, after the first night they blocked the door... they don't change the water in the jacuzzi, it's just dirty, the sun beds in the pool are all in holes... in the dry residue, I wouldn't come back here.

After the hotel, there were only negative emotions.
1) Breakfast was offered upon check-in. But at the same time, the price was announced in dollars. The reviews have already written about this and the hotel replied that this could not be, but alas)
2) Immediately faced with the fact that the electronic lock did not work. The door did not open upon check-in. We waited for the electrician to come and fix the door. Instead of fixing it, we were given another card. And one could say that it was all over, but the next day the situation repeated itself. The door did not open, the lock did not respond to the key card. After 2 card replacements, an electrician was finally sent to us, who reprogrammed the lock for us.
3) The rooms are old and shabby. It looks very strange considering that the hotel has 5 stars. The mini bar is barely working.
4) a small addition is worth mentioning that upon check-in, the spa was actively advertised and invited to visit the pool, which was closed

The staff is pleasant, but absolutely not customer-oriented. The rooms are very tired, the shower is leaking, the watering can is pouring in different directions, but not on you. The TV is not working, the refrigerator is not working.
It does not reach five stars, a maximum of 3.
Thank you, but we will not come for such money anymore and we do not recommend it.
