We checked in earlier, the rooms are excellent, the staff is customer-oriented, they asked what they needed, although everything was, cleaning every day, the pool is large, clean, food is not included, at least breakfast was included and on weekends there are a lot of outsiders in the pool, there are not enough sunbeds.

Nice hotel, I liked it. The only thing is that it is not a working SPA, but in general, the pool and Jacuzzi were enough for me personally. If I come to Minsk again, I will definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Minsk and now probably the most affordable out of 5, while in the center, with a swimming pool and so on.

I stayed at this hotel as a tourist from Moscow.
Everything would seem to be on the level.But there is one point
in my room (I will not specify the number so as not to scare tourists, and leave the intrigue, although the cleaners are exactly in the subject), which I tried to eliminate myself. He left tips on the table.The clearing employee felt that this was not appropriate.

I really liked it. They respond to all requests instantly. We had a smoking room nearby and we were uncomfortable. The room was changed within two hours. The maintenance staff is on top. The hotel is located in the very center. And a huge bonus is the pool at the hotel. Big. Very cool!

– Small rooms
– Tired interior (cracked and peeling baseboards in the bathroom)
– Lack of a common drain in the bathroom. Puddles just remain if you don't wipe them with a towel
yourself – The disgusting infrastructure of the room (to enter the room - insert the card with the right side into the connector in the door, the switch by the bed is not tied to the bathroom light).
– Non–working refrigerator
- Non-working air conditioner. Instead of correcting the problem or offering an alternative, the receptionist referred to the heating season. So do not write then that you have an air–conditioned hotel, since the temperature controller does not affect it in any way ...
- due to a number of problems described above, the room is very stuffy

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its close location to the train station. The rooms are clean, but the bed is ruined, the headboard is cut. They settled in the very corner with a view of the roof ... they asked to change the room, they refused! There are no complaints about the toilet and bathroom. The TV is working with a hum... the master said that you want them to be old... I mean old?! The cost of this room is not old at all. The water was given for three days, one bottle of 0.6.

To begin with, it's not clear at all why there are 5 stars here. The interior is average, there is no parking. But the worst thing is the quality of service: they couldn't even check in at 14.00, let alone early check-in (they arrived at 13). Although many hotels are settled earlier without any problems, because check-out is before 12 and there is enough time to get out. Finally, the impression of this hut was completely spoiled by the desire of some weakly speaking Russian "administrator" to withdraw more money for the second resident. Although all the guests were indicated at the time of booking and everything was paid for before arriving at this "five-star" almshouse. Don't set foot there anymore. Service at the hostel level

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The only thing in the standard is a bedside rug and replace the chairs, they violate the stardom of the hotel. The hotel may be good (nice, spacious rooms, friendly staff), but the service at the SPA leaves much to be desired. We waited 30 minutes for an appointment for a massage-we did not wait, we were left without a massage. The floors are slippery, if you go to the receptionists from the sauna and pool area, you may not fall very well (which happened to my spouse). The hammam works exclusively for certain programs, i.e. you just can't get into it.

To be honest, I'm disappointed. I've heard about this Turkish hotel chain and didn't think it would be so bad. The interior is chic of the 90s, the service staff is not ready to help and promptly resolve issues that arise. I couldn't set up the air conditioner, it was blowing hot air, I slept with the window open. There was something buzzing in the wall all night, I think the pipes, pillows and the bed itself were more comfortable in the army. I hope that I was so unlucky and there are good hotels in the beautiful hero city!!!

The hotel is old. The contingent (partially, but in a significant proportion) are casino gamblers and/or thirsty for nighttime pleasures. There are a lot of foreigners at the same time.
The location is perfect, the infrastructure is good (at the time when it was launched).
But here's the atmosphere and the contingent... In general, I had to move my mother from the hotel to a more decent place, without nightlife)
