The staff is very polite, but the Turks talking very loudly at breakfast are very annoying, although the hotel has an executive living room, why not put them there? And there are a lot of Chinese people smoking right in the room, and they are not reprimanded or fined.

An old hotel in the center of Minsk. The staff and service are good, but the hotel itself requires renovation, a lot of outdated rooms both mentally and physically. The rooms, corridors and halls are gloomy, there is not enough light. The guests are specific, like their guests, you can hear everything through the walls in the rooms, especially what you would not like to listen to all night.

Solid 4, not 5 as on the facade and painted everywhere. Since the hotel was inscribed in Stalinka, it is obvious. The lobby area is small. And so good rooms, some kind of cosmetics. Of the small disadvantages, the bed could have been 180 cm high, there is no welcome water.

The staff at the reception is just zero.. I called to find out about the parking lot, they said drive up without any problems. As a result, we arrived and said park nearby, city parking is paid.. as it turned out later, the hotel has a territory, there are signs that there is a hotel parking lot, but it's simple why cars are not allowed there. The mir card with TF is not accepted. We need a physical one. I had to run and change the cash at the rate of +25%. A purely Turkish approach. In general, I do not recommend it. The maid on the 3rd floor is very kind, polite and helpful.

I had a spa certificate. First there is an aquathermal area with a swimming pool and sauna, then a VIP room with a Jacuzzi. The pool is good, there is only one sauna at the moment and there was very little space. Then the VIP room was at 19:00, but we didn't prepare it in time and we went there at 19:20. There is a very small Jacuzzi in the VIP room. It seems like there are a lot of modes on the Jacuzzi, but it feels like half of it didn't work. There is a shower next to the Jacuzzi, not all taps work there either. At the end of the evening, according to the certificate, there should have been masks, at about 21:00. They made them for us at 21:40. At the same time, we approached the receptionist 2 times and asked when the masks would be available. And the third time, when I went out to ask about the masks, I was told that our visit was over. I said about the masks and they answered me, yes, for sure, we will do it now. The masks were made at 21:40, and by 22:00 we had to completely vacate the territory: dressed, with a dried head. According to the certificate, it was possible for up to 6 people, there were 5 of us, and it was difficult to physically assemble in 10 minutes with one hair dryer in the locker room. In addition, at the very beginning we were given towels and bathrobes, the smell was not the freshest and most pleasant. In the end, when we left the hotel, I was sincerely surprised that the hotel is five-star, one star for such a spa and service can definitely be picked up. The certificate is not worth the money.

A pleasant hotel, we stayed in a club room, there was a sweet and delicious surprise upon check-in, it was very pleasant to drink tea with a delicious dessert from the road. Thanks) Convenient location. The room is clean and pleasant. A good choice for breakfast. When checking in, they forgot to put hand soap on us, called the reception, asked to bring it, promised to do it, as a result, they called back an hour later and clarified what happened, we repeated the request, promised that they would bring it now, but they did not. As a result, the next day they asked the maid, she immediately gave us soap.

Terrible hotel! We left within 30 minutes of check-in. Service -0. The rooms are not heated.When the central supply system is turned on for heating (so as not to die of cold at night), the noise is such that it is not possible to fall asleep. Either to warm up or to sleep. The reception staff and the manager (Turkish, apparently) as from the local Turkish market, they are disgusting. Fortunately, we didn't have time to try the food.

Breakfast is not included in the price. You need to pay for breakfast separately. According to the schedule, the restaurant is open from 7 a.m., but during my stay it opened later. When asked by the administrator, "why is this so?", I was told that the restaurant employee was late. It turns out in a hotel that claims to have 4 stars - and a restaurant has one employee? It's kind of weird. In general , I do not advise business travelers to live here .

Disgusting service. A friend helped me book a room, the receptionist held me at the counter for an hour, trying to get confirmation. The confirmation was sent by email. I haven't achieved anything. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude anywhere. I also note that the furniture in the rooms is old. The heads of the beds are made of dermatin, they are already wearing out, they began to slip, the acrylic baths are scratched.

The hotel is very tired. The problem with the staff. Economy. Therefore, the room service is only available during business hours. House keeping - only during business hours. The pillows are all hard. They are not suitable for children. Not all adults. Breakfast is very meager and poor. After the first night, we moved to a newer Hilton and rejoiced. Conclusion: no longer 5, but 3 stars (in the jump)

I was given a surprise certificate.the right to use the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The visit was on 12/14/2021. And I must say that this is the most disgusting complex I've ever been in. The pool is only 140cm deep. To put it mildly, it is not deep. It smells like bleach. The sauna is located on the floor above and in order to get there you have to walk along a blown span. The temperature is very low. It's not a sauna, but it's a warmer place than the building itself. There's not much room. Man on man. We stayed there for half an hour, looked at all this and decided to go home. But that's all there is to it. There are no towel hooks in the shower cubicle of the women's locker room and there is only room on the shelf for 1 shampoo. And in order to take a foam or a hair mask, you need to leave the shower naked and take things on the couch, which, by the way, is also only 1 by 2 cabins and on which things do not fit anyway. Not a single hair dryer was working in the locker room. A girl approached the administrator with a request to resolve the issue with a hair dryer, to which she received an answer-as it is. There are no other hair dryers. And more than that. She was very annoyed that she was being distracted by such a question. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The hotel indicates 5 stars. But in fact, such an ill-conceived complex with such a "special" attitude towards visitors should not be in hotels with so many stars.
