What can I say... the turtle was not saved and the dog too, only the fungus was cured for the bird.(and I treated that at home with the remedy they prescribed) Maybe I'm just unlucky. Having recovered from the state of shock, although not completely, after listening to all the conversations and thinking about what happened, I will definitely not come back here. How much money the clinic pulled out, but she won't return my Cat to me. There are really talented doctors here, but there are also those who have no place in medicine. The whole friendly horde was served in this clinic, without even listening to negative reviews from others. The story began with the fact that the cat began to urinate less, and with blood. Turning to the nephrologist, they did an ultrasound, urine tests, after which they made us happy, saying that it was just cystitis. They prescribed pills, injections and sedatives. On the joy that the cat does not have any sand and stones, it seems that after injections and treatment he felt better - they exhaled. We even decided not to go for a repeat, since the doctor reassured us that there was no sand or stones. After a while, everything is in a circle again, again pissing in drops, blood, we go down the path to the same nephrologist. Ultrasound, X-rays, biochemistry again. And the condemnation of why they did not come for a repeat..(And why were they encouraging?). The nephrologist saw 3 stones on the X-ray. They need to operate, they won't come out on their own. I decided to take it on myself if possible and signed up for Orlov to coordinate the operation, at the same time to do an ultrasound. And oh gods! A pile of rocks, right on the ultrasound! Where is the nephrologist looking? She saw only 3 stones on the X-ray. Orlov is one of those for whom the clinic needs to cling tenaciously, probably one of those competent doctors who remained. We decided to do a urethrostomy immediately with the removal of stones, so that the cat would not suffer once again. The date of the operation has been set. They brought him to the hospital, all the recommendations for feeding were fulfilled, ultrasound, everything with them. A wonderful surgeon, I think, what could go wrong? But I feel in my gut that something is wrong with this day. The call: "bad news, the cat has died." There were restrictions on anesthesia due to the heart, they had to do a spinalka. Not surprising, you say? Heart problems, anything can happen... Biochemistry is normal, potassium has been replenished....But it didn't even get to anesthesia. After the introduction of premedication, as they said in the hospital, respiratory and cardiac arrest. Launched, everything is OK. But then it stops again. How can you lose an animal before surgery and anesthesia/anesthesia?? How? I have no idea what happened that day in the hospital and what they did to him, but I noticed big problems at the clinic with anesthesiologists and the appointment of correct diagnoses. It seemed like what could happen? However, there are so many different doctors in one clinic, and there are only a few good ones. Perhaps my farewell edition of the review for the clinic. Then 2 girls (apparently mom and daughter) brought their cat, something from the field of dermatology. A few minutes later, the woman ran out crying, and the cat was also sent for euthanasia.
We should think about it and run away from there with our dog... But no, they thought anything could happen... Our dog is stable, eats,drinks, everything is fine with the toilet, everything is fine with the weight, we do not lose.After all, they shouted at us from all the posters that qualified doctors were here. We were received by the doctor Demukh D. A. Took tests, received the results and immediately began to treat. They sent me for an ultrasound, a cardiologist's consultation. There was no record either, so we arrived and waited for a free window. We did an ultrasound, certain points were indicated, but the reasons for the dog's condition that was bothering us were not named. I.e., they did not diagnose it. They sent me for a bunch of tests, agreed to everything, and the results came back. They can't diagnose it again. They were sent from one specialist to another. In total, we went through 4 specialists. No one has made a diagnosis. But they began to treat it carefully from the first day. There is no diagnosis, but they treat from the heart, if there is one. The amounts are not stated, the calculation is given only after the end of the reception. But, to be honest, money was not important, the dog's health was more important. Already on the second day, the dog got worse. It is not known what she was drugged with. But the doctor who prescribed two ivs, Konovalova I.V., after which the condition deteriorated sharply, did not warn about anything like this. I will not go on to describe everything in detail... As a result, in 3 days the dog was turned into a vegetable, barely a living vegetable... We turned to a stable dog, she moved around, ate, drank, went to the toilet herself. On the second day of treatment, the dog stopped moving, eating, drinking, and going to the toilet. They were taken to the clinic for urine drainage. The dog was taken away, and after a while they brought it. We arrived home, and by nightfall the most terrible thing began... The dog was terribly vomiting blood, then blood clots. My husband took me back to the clinic. We were met by the "doctor" Alexander. I took tests, the tests were already very bad, I did an ultrasound. I didn't find anything wrong. That is, the dog vomits huge blood clots, but there is nothing wrong. The dog is exhausted like a string. And then the "doctor" Alexander tells us that it would be more humane to let the dog go (euthanasia). No assistance was provided. I sent them home until morning.Then the point is in the round-the-clock operation of "this place"?To summarize ... In 3 days, a stable dog was turned into a barely breathing creature. In 3 days... these are really strong specialists... There were no apologies, no condolences, at least for the sake of decency. And the height of cynicism was that the day after the dog's death, messages came about the cancellation of our records to the doctors, at the end of which the slogan "We treat for real" was emphasized. You don't heal, you kill.And in a short time.
Apart from the unbearable pain of losing our dog and the terrible stress of a six-year-old child, we got nothing...

I was refused help (I didn't have a VET passport with me, but since time was running out for minutes, I couldn't think of anything else but how to save my life). I want to leave a review about the work of this clinic , located on 68 Chkalov Street. We have been specifically clients of this clinic for about three years . They asked for help in the treatment of the first dog . The treatment was very difficult, the operation, the maintenance in the clinic and the result is sad(. It was not possible to save, at that moment it was very difficult, they paid a large amount of money (they even had to arrange an installment plan in this clinic), which was paid for a couple more months after the dog died. We went to the procedures twice a day, almost all the doctors of this clinic served, the impression of the attitude of the attending staff was formed initially. I didn 't have to choose . I liked Orlov I. V. very much. We always tried to get to him, everything is clear, specific and, most importantly, promptly. At the end of the time, they got another dog, and they signed up for an initial examination only to him. Everything went perfectly. We performed the first procedures recommended by the doctor , as well as all vaccinations .
Today I contacted this organization by phone to make an appointment for an examination of my animal, as well as to get vaccinated. I was answered on the phone that a specific doctor (to whom I expressed a desire to apply) They won't write it down. You need to ask the administrator if she can allow you to make an appointment with this doctor. Expect us to call you back....and silence..I called again, in response I heard that the administrator had forbidden an appointment with this doctor. Wait a minute!!! What is this??? I thought choosing a doctor to provide paid services was my personal business (it turns out the administrator)who is being called and clarified . Which begs the question, then who is answering the phone at your clinic???? It is very sad to get such a disappointment (I will no longer be a client of your clinic ) . Тут же можно купить корма, витамины, переноски и иное необходимое для содержания животных. В общем, здесь можно получить в любое время суток квалифицированная помощь. Здоровых продиагностируют, больным назначат лечение и при необходимости сделают процедуры, безнадежным облегчат страдания. Погибших животных можно оставить здесь для их захоронения. В одном месте круглосуточно оказывают весь спектр услуг для животных.

Хочется выразить огромную благодарность Коленькову Роману Павловичу за проведение сложной операции у Крысы. Очень приятный, доброжелательный и человечный ветврач!
Так получилось, что крыса два раза разгрызала шов и на второй раз мы попали к ветеринару Кахнович (имя не запомнила), он просто повторно зашил малюсенький шовчик и выставил счет почти такой же, как мы оплатили за удаление опухоли!!! Нормально так, оценил свое качество работы)))
Делаю выводы, кто из них Врач, а кто относится к своему поприщу, как данность. Не могу оценить, какой Кахнович в деле, так как животинку не он спасал, а вот Роман Павлович очень хороший специалист. Спасибо ему огромное!!!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу клиники и лично доктору Орлову! Сами приезжали из России из города Брянска, где шпицу под вопросом ставили грыжу позвоночника и необходимость в 2-х операциях, так как отказала вся задняя часть тела. Доктор Орлов провел МРТ и КТ, а также другие доп. исследования (УЗИ, анализы), выставил верный диагноз и назначил лечение. Собака уже в первый день после лечения встала на лапы и стала ходить (еще продолжаем лечение).
