WE HAVE BEEN OBSERVING IT SINCE 2019. The pug dog Sonya is 11 years old, a veteran, a lot of problems. Allergies (to the Persian's own cat) were treated for several years, otitis media, bite of an incephalitic tick, night cramps, cystitis, inversion of the lower eyelid, problems with the spine, MRI was performed in Vitebsk. Plus cardiac (age-related) changes. We take pills for life. The medical card is more than 3.5 cm thick, Oncology is not operable mastocystoma (there are no medicines for animals in the Republic of Belarus, we order only through a pharmacy from France with a pre-order.by order through Russia + for shipment), and of the latter - piometer. In the yard, our dog's name is "Sonka the golden pen." There are too many problems for her and the owners, but we can handle it.
All these diagnoses are treated by one doctor. What is the advantage? He knows all the "sores"!
Daria Anatolyevna explains in simple language, without medical terminology, what happened to the pet and why, providing treatment options and further forecasts. I did not hide anything: everything is as honest and clear as possible, but with great participation. In this clinic, my cat was almost left without an eye.
I applied for an examination of my ears and teeth. During the consultation, an operation was scheduled to remove almost all of the upper and partially lower teeth, the operation was performed on September 12.
There are no complaints about the operation, when the cat was taken away, she had a bruise in her eye, we were told that this was the norm, given how many teeth were removed. They prescribed two types of pills and drops in the eye, and then the most "fun" began. Every five days we went to the clinic, the cat's eye got better, then completely turned white, at each appointment we were prescribed different types of drops, drops are not cheap, I attach a photo.
The surgeon Klintsova Inna Mikhailovna consulted an ophthalmologist on the phone when examining the cat, telling me along the way that most likely we have some kind of education, so the eye does not go away. But for some reason, before the operation, the cat had no problems with the eye.
In total, we went like this 4 times, the eye did not go away, a large amount of money was spent on treatment, taxi services, personal time, but it did not get better.
Based on this, it was decided to change the vet clinic.
In another veterinary clinic, we got to an ophthalmologist, who, upon examination, told us that pus had accumulated in the eye, and even a little more, the eye would have to be removed. All the pills and drops that were prescribed to us in this situation were useless, because in fact we gave the cat the wrong medicines for two weeks. In another veterinary clinic, a completely different treatment was prescribed, after which the eye was almost restored, but the cat will now have a white veil.
I will also add on the ears, in Bazylevsky they told us that it was a tick, they examined it visually, prescribed only drops for cleaning the ears. In another veterinary clinic, the ears were examined under a microscope, and it turned out that there was no tick, the cat had otitis media, additional drops were prescribed for the treatment of otitis media.
I do not recommend visiting this veterinary clinic, only a negative impression remains. I ask the management to pay attention to this situation, as well as the director of the branch.

UPD. I add a review to the clinic's response: there were no clarifications, explanations were of a similar plan: "teeth are bad, you need to pull them out", veterinary terms were not voiced, I learned about them only from the review. Also, there were no recommendations for visiting an ophthalmologist, Klintsova's doctor consulted with an ophthalmologist by phone, and gave us information regarding eye treatment, which did not help us. I was given no conclusions, no information regarding the X-ray, no recommendations except that I need to go for an MRI scan.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I will describe the situation that happened to me here, and draw conclusions at your discretion, what it looks more like - fraud or critical incompetence, or something else. A 6-year-old dog has some kind of tumor-like formation on the pad of his paw. We decided to go check with the "specialists". The dog was examined by THREE veterinarians - a surgeon Dasha, a dermatologist, and a kind of laboratory assistant. They took the blood. They call back, they say that the dog has CANCER. We arrived, they clarify in the office - the dog has either bad cancer or VERY BAD CANCER. They took the blood again. They say you need to send a biopsy to St. Petersburg. I came home, opened Google, studied the most typical neoplasms in dogs for an hour and came to the conclusion that in all properties it was as similar as possible to a TUMOR-like formation, the most typical and very common for this localization in dogs, which passes on its own. It is called a histiocytoma. The dog has been as healthy as possible for 8 months after that, and the histiocytoma deflated as quickly as it appeared. Can veterinarians not know (especially a dermatologist and a surgeon) all this? If so, who do visitors trust with the health and lives of their animals? I, a person far from medicine, can correctly assume a diagnosis by simply comparing what I see with my own eyes with what is illustrated and described in the tables, but not specialists with Higher specialized education and many years of experience? And if they are well aware of all these basic truths (histiocytoma is a common phenomenon in dogs and it is difficult to confuse it with a malignant tumor), but pretend that they do not know, then ...?

I do not recommend it. 08/29/2024 A kitten was brought with an ear cut off by the knackers to the cartilage , the doctor with a piercing convinced that it did not hurt him , although the kitten was in the most terrible stress (they found him on the roadway) , he lay and did not move almost from pain shock. He was examined, his eyes were wiped with dry cotton, and the rest of the eyelet was wiped with chlorhexedine. To my requests to do something else, some injections said there were no more indications.
As a result, they sent him to another clinic where they gave him an injection of painkillers and an antibiotic (the doctor at another clinic said that it really hurt him a lot, it wasn't the tip of the ear that was cut off, but the cartilage).
I added one star only for the fact that I was given the contacts of an empathic doctor and she really helped.
And in this clinic, I spent almost 100 rubles on carrying, food and bowls. Although I will never come here again. Everyone is very polite and cultured, but they will not refuse help.
I will add the essence of the clinic's response.
The doctor was sitting at the counter with pet supplies and was obviously very bored, there was no living soul in the clinic except for him and the second employee. So there is no need to mislead about the download, and YES, my case was an emergency, which I immediately stated and asked for urgent help for a stray animal, to which I was immediately told head-on that the clinic was private and all help would only be paid. The kitten was in a state of shock, with a bleeding wound in the ear cartilage, and his heart was jumping out. (As explained in another clinic, babies often have a heart attack about such a painful shock)
I'm shooting a star and I don't advise anyone to contact here, judging by the response of the administration and the approval of the doctor's behavior, this is the norm here. No one would have lifted a finger to bring the children of a dying man without money. And for money, utter indifference, wiping inflamed eyes with dry cotton wool and wetting a blood wound with chlorhexidine.

And I'm talking specifically about a subspecies of pets - rodents. In October 2024, our pet was brought in for an appointment: I hadn't had much experience with rodents before, and my husband's was the first rat in his life. I can't tell you the name of the ratologist-veterinarian, because the data was lost on my part, but the clinic itself can retrieve the admission data from its database. At first, she seemed very competent and professional: she consulted, prescribed treatment for our rat, and she is problematic. In addition to the bumps characteristic of rats, she had swollen bumps, and she also had a severe allergy to hair eaters. We had already been misled in one of the clinics in Mogilev, but here, it seemed to us, they really helped us. We also told the ratologist that we were going to remove two lumps at once, to which the veterinarian assured us that they would do everything and enrolled us on October 17, 2024 for an operation to remove the tumors. The operation was successful, but when I received the "receipt", I saw the line: "The number of tumors removed: 1 piece". I immediately committed myself to this and was already waiting for my poor man after the operation. When everything was done, my pet was brought out to me. And, accordingly, the ratologist, who took us to the reception, carried it out. To the question "What about the second bump?", the veterinarian, without "worrying" at all, replied: "Oh, they forgot. Well, you know, she's still young, I'm going on vacation now, sign up after November 14th." As I understood it, our grief therapist was in a hurry to rest and safely "scored". What do you think happened during that time? In our rat, this lump grew in just 5 days and brought with it 3 more pieces. We were warned before the operation that there was a risk of further tumors, but only one was removed, not two. I think it's obvious that it has become a hotbed for the spread of cancer further. I'm not going to talk about the crazy price tags for consultations and surgery, it's not about money at all. My husband and I really hoped that our girl would have lived at least another year if she had had two lumps removed at once. I repeat: the data is in the vet clinic's database and it was agreed with the ratologist. I won't talk about how other animals are treated there, but the ratologist really works hard and they don't let him go on vacation for years, since he just forgets about the poor little animal's second prominent bump. Whether there will be feedback after this review from the clinic itself is absolutely all the same to me, after the second tumor was forgotten on the operating table, my rat's life began to "countdown".

And for this money, an animal in an acute condition - tests-a bunch of unnecessary ones among a couple of really necessary ones, 1 ultrasound,1 dropper is not the most expensive, an unsuccessful catheter installation was immediately installed in another clinic, nutrition through a probe-the animal would not have died of hunger in a day, and glucose was already dripping in a dropper emergency care was stretched out for a day and time was lost, emergency surgery was not performed, a bunch of chronic diagnoses were made to a young animal who had no health problems before this case, who lived in good conditions, ate right, was not overweight, whose acute condition was not neglected. As a result, the animal's condition worsened during the day, the dying man was given to us and told that they could not perform surgery in this condition, they were told to go to another clinic. They tried to save the animal, but it was too late. The attitude towards you is different, but arrogant. It's like you're to blame for your pet's illness, you don't know or understand anything. They talk a lot, fill up with terms, give you a bunch of papers to sign, where you agree to everything in advance, but the fact that you will receive real qualified help in an emergency is not the fact that you will receive. A person in a stressful situation does not think anything, agrees to everything, they pull more money from him, and then, without really helping, they expose him. And the time has already been lost, the animal cannot be helped. I understand that everyone earns money. But for us, our pet was our child. We are still in shock. Only today, when I came to my senses a little, I squandered everything that happened in my head, fortunately I understand a little about emergency medical care, and realized how I was cheated. Yes, the situation was quite difficult, but if an emergency operation had been performed immediately after stabilization of the condition, the chance of survival would have been an order of magnitude higher, because there were no heart, liver, or kidney failures in the animal. You don't have to respond to my comment and don't shout that you are being slandered. I am no longer interested in your arguments and I am not going to sue you, God is your judge. The money paid for "help" will not be of any use to you anyway. We will never contact you again. And we will not advise others. Your ceiling is vaccinations and minor injuries, but not emergency care.

A wonderful veterinary center. We have been treated and examined for more than 5 years. There have never been any problems or misunderstandings during this time. The doctors are wonderful, the girls at the reception are also attentive and responsive. Sometimes circumstances developed that I had to come without an appointment, was never refused and was not left in the lurch. It is very valuable that after receiving the results of the analysis, the doctor will definitely call back and give a transcript. Unnecessary procedures and tests are not prescribed. I consider the prices lower than the quality of service and treatment. Thank you all, doctors, reception, clinic staff.

We took pictures in this clinic, the doctor prescribed treatment for 14 days, already on the 5th day of treatment the dog runs around cheerful, indulges. After the cat's blood was taken for analysis at this center and I brought her home, her paw pads swelled. They were cut and bleeding from them. At the center, the doctor didn't tell me about it (that the cat's pads were injured). She just told me to remove the bandage from the paw at home (the upper part was bandaged).
When an hour later, after removing the bandage, the swelling did not go away, I called the center and asked what to do. I was told to wait until morning. Most of the swelling subsided and I decided that everything was fine.
After a while, I began to notice traces of blood in the places where the cat is sitting. This meant that the paw had not healed. I treated it with chlorhexidine, but it didn't heal after a week.
A week later, I called the center and reported that the pads on my paw were just as swollen and bleeding, to which they replied that they would be able to record me after lunch and the doctor who took the tests was not there today. The doctor who eventually accepted us tried to convince me that the cat could have been injured anywhere, and there was dermatitis on the paw from the tray filler (despite the fact that the paw, before visiting the clinic, was healthy and the other 3 were intact and there was no dermatitis on them). They prescribed ointment for 30p and took 10p for a consultation ...
I can agree that the cat tore off her paw herself while the doctor was taking blood (although I can't imagine what), but why didn't they tell me about it and didn't tell me to treat it with something?
I ASK YOU TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS AND RESPOND TO MY FEEDBACK, because I believe that treatment and consultations on this problem should be carried out at the expense of the center.

I'm not happy with the service..there are doctors from God..exactly the same here..when you are loaded...terms..diseases of your animal ..it takes time to recover....you come and realize you didn 't ask ..that. you didn't ask. that...you did a lot of ultrasound... and paid...it's all a lot of money..and you have a leaf on your hands..for the manipulations carried out... only at home you realize that you did not behave as you should in a stressful situation...I have a lot of questions for this clinic....healthcare has a hotline...do Veterinary clinics have it?????
