We went to Ducale when the hotel was only 4 days old, and we were worried.But already from the reception, I realized that all my fears were in vain . The hotel is fresh , stylish , the territory is full of trees and sports fields (football,basketball,volleyball ). Somehow everything is comfortably located, a few minutes to the sea. I probably chose more because of the style of the hotel, the stunning architecture, and the colors. ,Service.That's beyond praise. They are very smiling, helpful, try to help in everything and always pay attention. Don't forget that as you treat people, so do you. The sea and the beach are gorgeous .The entrance is not sharp, with small pebbles and is suitable for children.There is a pier with free sun loungers and paid boars. ,Animation.There were concerts both in the afternoon and in the evening .The evening show is a delight - professional artists. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 20th. The hotel has a lot to grow, but the hotel itself is not bad. Strong 5, but not luxurious, as stated. They asked if we liked the room. The room was in the second building with a view of the construction site of another hotel, we were not bothered by this. We had a rest with 2 children, although it was sluggish during the day, the dragging construction could not be heard behind closed doors, and silence at night. The children sleep during the day and we were very satisfied with this. Nothing was falling off in the room, it was a clean and cozy room. The only trouble with the cleaning was. As we understood, it depends on the shift, because they came from the sea and when the girl was cleaning, it was never cleaned, the children liked to come at a quiet hour, but I called her to clean up and often forgot to put towels for us. But these are small things, I just came up and asked, I didn't see any problems in this. On-site beach towels can be changed throughout the day in several places, and it's nice. The bars are open, they make delicious cocktails, especially the one near the entertainment shows. Ice cream is available from lunch and all day, which is a paradise for children and adults too. The beach is beautiful, the approach is good, not deep at first, there is a place for children to splash a little and swim for the rest. There was sand, and there were always plenty of sun beds at sea. Water was delivered during the day. There are a lot of different fruits (strawberries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, watermelons, melons ...), there are also a lot of sweets, there are a lot of delicious things, always varied. There is always fish, chicken, lamb, turkey, and you can always find something to eat. You can choose wine for dinner and not only, the waiters serve quickly and everyone is polite. In the evening we went to a mini disco for children, there were a lot of Russian songs and showtime, the children were delighted, there were interesting shows, the only disadvantage was that everyone was sitting at tables and the children could not see, we had to get out and put the children on chairs. And for a non-smoking family, it was hard, because everyone smokes everywhere, but this is not the case in this hotel, but probably the whole vacation in Turkey. They smoke everywhere and everywhere. There are also seafood, rolls, a large number of desserts, fruits, etc. For children and not only - boiled / steamed, you definitely won't stay hungry) There are also 2 snack bars on the beach and a burger joint. Ice cream, I almost forgot about it, it's just a dump! In short, everything is delicious here!!! We're eating and eating here) - Water park. There are slides for adults and children. Separate children's swimming area, 4 pools for children (of different depths) - Service. Everyone is very warm and helpful. I am always very grateful to people, no matter what kind of work they do at the hotel. Accordingly, this attitude is also applied to us. The service is here - Animation. The evening show is something fantastic. Aerialists, dancers, circus show. Theatrical productions. Costumes, numbers, tricks. Beyond all praise! We look forward to it every evening. Very nice and pleasant hotel. We have a lot of experience and we have been traveling to Turkey to different hotels every time for 20 years. Of course, this is not a luxury high lux hotel, but it is very decent and fully fulfills its cost. The territory is clean, well-groomed, lots of greenery, the interiors are modern, in the style of the hotel. We lived in a deluxe room on the 5th floor - wonderful view. The room is not very large, but it is quite normal in size for 2 adults and a child. The renovation was excellent, everything was fresh and clean, the air conditioner was working, the mini-bar was replenished every day, cleaning was also every day, our room was cleaned by a wonderful girl from Kyrgyzstan. There are no questions to the staff at all, everyone is very helpful, tactful, polite, many speak Russian. At the reception, I would like to mention the young man Orcun - a responsive, tactful, wonderful employee. The beach is sandy, with small pebbles in places, and comfortable for children. The evening shows were somewhat monotonous, dance-circus, but my daughter couldn't tear herself away, she watched with pleasure every evening. The music on the hotel grounds is always different, recognizable, foreign pop hits, there are Turkish and even Russian songs. We enjoyed the rest. Of course, there are cooler hotels, but their price is much more expensive. Ducale Lara is a good value for money.

Turkish coffee is available only in the lobby and the central bar. There are two restaurants near the beach - Italian (pizza, pasta) and Turkish (PIDE, doner), they serve a la carte during the day and you can wear a swimsuit. A burger joint, baby potatoes and Viennese waffles are open during the day. Alcohol is only local Turkish, but normal. Beer - tuborg, effes and Karlsberg. There are slides for children under 6 and for children under 60... A kids' club for 3 people. In the evening, a mini disco at 20:30 + a show at 21:45+ live music and voice + a disco from 23 to 1:00 is generally fun. The pools are cleaned every day, they are clean, but they were cool in September. The sea is warm, sometimes stormy. The beach is sandy (sneakers are not needed), there are a lot of sun beds - there was always enough. Separate + for the hammam, sauna, salt room! If you need to go to a store or pharmacy, you can walk 15 minutes towards the dolphins and enjoy your stay at this hotel. I recommend it!

The hotel has a number of disadvantages: The hotel was renovated in early 2025, but some of the work is still underway, for example, a master with a hammer drill can come to any place and start drilling, but usually it's something quick and small, like hanging a painting, etc. At the same time, it is clear from some points that they were in a hurry to deliver, or they saved on the craftsmen, this is especially noticeable in the seams and joints in the rooms, the blunders are smeared, and so on. The second disadvantage is the active construction of the neighboring hotel, we were settled just in the building with windows facing this construction site. Sleeping during the day with the door open will not work, this must be taken into account. They offered to relocate for 180 euros, to a room with windows overlooking the pool with music, an awl for soap. As the employee said, all the rooms were standard in other buildings, as if they were all occupied. 3 minus - the renovation at the hotel was more cosmetic than technical. The air conditioning system is still old. The adjustment did not work for us, as it does not change the temperature, it does not give cold. The employee said that this was allegedly due to complaints, someone was cold (if anything, it was +25-27 during the day, 18-20 at night). It is obvious that the system is either not working properly or not configured. These are the main disadvantages. Of the advantages: The rooms were cleaned normally, even without tips. The linen is clean, without stains. The bar is replenished every day for free (beer, water, juice, soda). Large territory, there is a place to walk. There are many trees, shrubs, and the landscape is "not bald." The slides are good, but for some reason they work only 4 hours a day, when there are a lot of people who want to, there are not enough laps for everyone to descend. There are various activities, padel, volleyball, Olympic swimming pool. The food is excellent. A large selection of snack bars, cafes., there is Italian cuisine, there is Turkish, burgers. You can always eat different things, of course, if you are not here for a month. There are always different meats for dinner, and a large selection of salad ingredients. The fruits are all juicy, not cotton wool. There are plenty of desserts to choose from. The staff are all friendly, they serve us quickly and unobtrusively. We stayed at the hotel from September 28 to October 6 with a family of 2 adults + 2 children (children 2 and 5 years old). I booked the hotel in March, when it was still closed for renovation, so there was, of course, expectation/reality. I wanted to change the hotel many times, but because of the tour operator (we had sunmar) It turned out to be difficult, so we went to ducale. We had a room with a terrace. I was most worried about arranging the room so that the four of us could stay there, but we were lucky in this regard. Room 2123 had two 1.5 beds (we moved them and there was more than enough space for everyone), everything was working (the air conditioner was blowing, the water in the shower was leaving), the room was quiet, we did not hear any neighbors or noise from the street, the only thing in the first 2 days of rest was that the electricity was turned off 3 times, but according to the message It was quickly turned on in WhatsApp. The very concept of a room with access to a lawn with children is very convenient (mine sometimes ran on the lawn, plus there was no need to take the elevator anywhere), BUT there were manholes on these very lawns and it periodically smelled from there. Ideally, they should redo the rooms completely, of course, it was done terribly, but we personally did not pay much attention to this. In general, everything is modern, clean, the furniture is new and excellent. Cleaning was daily, but the maid always came in the afternoon. It's not very convenient with children and sleep, we turned on "do not disturb", and then I wrote in WhatsApp that I could get out. They always cleaned up after the message. The bed linen for the 8 nights of rest was changed only once the day before departure. The minibar was replenished every day. Bathrobes, a beach bag and clothes hangers were brought immediately upon request. The food in the hotel is poor. A lot of the food is delicious, but the choice is quite monotonous for a 5* hotel. In fact, there are no theme nights (there were only a couple of times that red fish or seafood appeared on the distribution), that's all. The main disappointment in nutrition is the children's table. It doesn't really exist. The location is inconvenient (the distribution itself is high, the child himself will not take it), the opening hours are very limited and inconvenient. My child used the children's table in other hotels, he served himself. Usually there is everything that children most often take. But then I had to go around the whole adult distribution with my son. The waiters in the main restaurant serve every other person you meet. We often went to the bar for drinks ourselves, but sometimes the waiters served us instantly. In general, we were not very lucky with the waiters) on the first day in gusto, after a trip, we waited 40 minutes for an order, it turned out that the waiter forgot to hand over the order. Our orders were also forgotten in kaban. Although no one seems to complain about the service there. I won't say anything about alcohol, we don't drink. About the wild boars: we took it for one day, the overall experience was positive, but it didn't seem worth it. We were either at the water park or in the room for the kids to sleep, so there wasn't much point for us. Plus the boars should still be updated, the peeling boards and rusty refrigerators do not look very good) the main advantage of the boars is that the beach is cleaner and there are fewer people, but all vacationers can use the beach, almost no one goes there. The main beach with sun beds is very dense, there is garbage, we constantly came across dirty sun beds, although they clean the beach, but apparently this is not enough. There are always free sun beds, which is a huge plus. The entrance to the sea is quite comfortable. The water is not the cleanest, but we may have come at a time like this. Animation: we only went to the evening shows, they're great, the kids went to the kids' club once for aquagrim. The girls seem to be trying there, but mine didn't like it, they didn't go anymore. I didn't like the children's disco, there is very little space and a lot of children. I liked the water park at the hotel, the slides were good, there were no queues at all. I liked the spa area (we didn't gather for a massage, but the spa area itself is good, there is a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a salt room, a room with a tropical shower and an indoor pool). Towels can be changed at the spa or on the way to the beach as much as you want. There are many pools for children of different depths on the street, although the pools on the street are old, they have not been changed. One of the advantages is ice cream on site during the day and as early as 11 pm. In general, you can relax, everything is fine, but there are a lot of "buts" everywhere, so we will not return.

The territory is large and well maintained. The pools are huge and there are many of them. A pool for the youngest with a waterfall and slide. A fable for older children with a system of slides, climbing walls and a giant's cup, which, turning over, will bring down a huge volume of water in the form of a waterfall. A huge central pool with a bridge of "Sighs" under which the Echo lives. And most importantly, the water park! The slides are all different, one is generally scary, there are height restrictions, the staff clearly monitors the order. There is a children's room, large, with lots of entertainment, drawing, climbing, legos... The child cannot leave the room by himself, if he wants to leave, they call the parents and they come and pick him up. The children's room is cool, the staff is Russian-speaking, and some kind of master class for children is taught every 2-3 hours. We left the children for the afternoon, and we moved to lobi, where a lot of delicious cocktails and twelve-year-old chivas kept us company. The food is varied, there is a children's table, fruits, fish, and I'm sure the readers themselves know everything. On the plus side, there are no bracelets, and a great selection of drinks. During this time, we managed to do everything: eat, drink, swim in the sea, try slides, surf the Internet. - children's leisure is well organized: the Picolo center is open all day, almost everything is free, there is an aquagrim, a mini disco, the water park was enough for 6 days (then the children got tired), ice cream, cakes, waffles, cocktails. - there are enough adult activities: 4 bars with good foreign alcohol, swimming pools and the same water park, gym, sauna and hammam, playgrounds, yoga, bocce, darts, live music in the evenings. The disco from 23:00 to 1:00 is weak, but it already depends on the vacationers. - the food is simple, but varied and delicious. In addition to the communal buffet restaurant, there are several restaurants for lunch and snacks. - the evening shows pleasantly surprised me. The focus is on circus acts. Every night we thought that this show was the coolest and most original, but the next night brought another surprise. - and of course the sea with a view of the mountains. The beach is amazing: the entrance is gentle, there are a lot of sun beds, the very first line without any but. We took a boar for one day on the pier - I really liked it, it's worth the money. A big plus is the distance from the airport, or rather proximity. It's cool when the transfer from the hotel takes 20 minutes))

The sea is magnificent, warm, the approach is good, there are a lot of sun beds, although they are very close together. The children have a place to play in the sand, build castles, and have a smooth approach, but by evening the waves were big enough. 3. Good food, for 3+ or 4-, there was a very tasty octopus 1 time. The meat is always delicious, the pide is great, the pasta is normal, the soups are good, but there are always only 2 to choose from. The only thing that upset me was breakfast, always the same thing, never anything new. The disadvantage is that everything is filled very heavily with sauces, interrupts the taste of the dish. 4. Well, now to the cons of this hotel, it seems to me that there are fewer of them than the pros, but they are much more significant. 1. Upon arrival early in the morning, we came to check in, we thought suddenly there were rooms available and we would be checked in, unfortunately, there were none, well, we'll wait until two. While we went swimming and so on. After lunch, at 2:05 p.m., they came to take suitcases and cards, and we were told that the room was still not ready (As a result, we sat in the lobby until 2:40 p.m., until I started swearing, then they immediately gave me a room, for someone it's a small thing, but it's unpleasant to start a vacation with swearing. 2. Numbers... this is generally a separate topic. It feels like the renovation in the NEW room was shared by people who are 10-15 years old. Unprofessional, hasty, crooked, oblique. The numbers don't match the ones listed on the website at all. 3. Cleaning ... cleaning, it seems to me, is the most basic thing that can be done at once in every hotel. In the end, with an additional payment of $ 165, we agreed to move to a room with a view of the pool is exactly the same as ours, BUT clean, everything works. We were told that it would be cleaned again within 30-40 minutes and we could move in. We went to the sea again, we came for new maps around 6 p.m., again the room was not ready for some reason, we waited for another 15-20 minutes and only then we were escorted to him. 4. Poorly maintained territory, old paths painted red. It is clear that there are not enough staff to take care of the territory. There was a lot of trash under the boars by the pool, and there was often trash lying around on the territory, as well as on the beach in the sand. Overall, the impression of the hotel during the whole stay was good. On 4/5, if it wasn't for that beginning and the dirt, then everything would be great. Well, the hotel is absolutely not worth your money. This is a good 4, but definitely not a 5-star hotel that claims to be a high-profile novelty in 2025. For 7 nights and 8 days, we paid 320,000 + a surcharge of $ 165 for another room for two adults. The hotel costs a maximum of 280 thousand.

The photos on the room interior website are different from the interior of the room that was provided to us, instead of a corner sofa, there were two folding chairs. The room was not ready at the time of check-in: the third sleeping place for the child was not prepared, the bar was empty, the sink and toilet were dirty, the toilet door did not close, there were no glasses (glass glasses were not obtained, paper cups were standard in the rooms, ceramic mugs were brought to check in, which were taken away irrevocably after a couple of days), the air conditioner is not working. We spent the first couple of hours preparing the room. I didn't get the ashtray until the next day. I will not list all the disadvantages that hinder a comfortable stay and meet the standards of a 5* hotel. I will focus on the main ones. The first days left and returned from the beach to the "songs" of the puncher. The beach is dirty. We came early in the morning and saw the dirt from the previous day, the sun beds were not cleaned, the sand was not leveled (there were holes in the sand). In the sea, 10 meters from the shore, on the second day of rest, I stepped on a metal pin sticking 8-10 cm out of the bottom. I didn't hurt my leg. I dived in and pulled him out of the water. I pulled out a metal rod about 1m long. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of him. Out of anger, he threw it onto the pier to the hotel staff, who quickly hid it. There are several dozen vacationers on Balo beach, so this fact will surely come up somewhere. I really hope that this was the last rod in the water and no one else will hurt their feet. The food is good and for every taste. The staff in the dining room is always friendly and helpful. No comments here. The room service is terrible, superficial. Either they forget to clean up, or the bar won't be refilled, or the bathrobes will be taken away without replacement. At the same time, the tips were taken away. The water park started working normally only by the end of the rest. In the early days, they saved on the flow of water, which led to the child getting stuck inside the pipe. An acceptable flow of water appeared only towards the end of the rest. I'll probably stop there, although there were plenty of negative moments. All comments that were relevant before the change of ownership and renaming are now invalid. The level of the hotel does not correspond to the stated 5*. I've stayed in 5* hotels in different countries and I can compare them. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or to people accustomed to a comfortable stay. Many people write about Anastasia's help, she really tries to solve problems and helps a lot. But these are systemic problems that should not occur in a 5* hotel. They refused to move to another building, referring to the non-working equipment in the rooms, the hotel is not ready for 50 percent after three months of operation. The staff of the customer service department listens, but they do everything reluctantly, for show. The food is so-so, they manage to spoil what is almost impossible to spoil, there is a lot of food, but not tasty. When the grill is being prepared in the main restaurant, all the smoke goes into the hall, which is unacceptable, the hood can not cope. The staff is not friendly, no one smiles, as if you had invited yourself to visit them. Pizza, pide, etc. are very tasty. Beautiful reception area, lobby, beautiful bas-reliefs on buildings left over from the former hotel, a replica of the Venetian Rialto bridge over the pool, etc. All this can be endlessly admired and enjoyed. The impression is spoiled by the paths, which were once painted red, but are now all shabby. The evening shows are good, but there are no top artists in the repertoire. The beach is dirty, the sun beds are crowded. We couldn't find any empty seats for a large company, so we used wild boars for the whole vacation. The boars themselves are tired, but generally fine. The service in them is excellent! The guys try their best, always with a smile and promptly fulfill all requests! What can 't be said about the waiters in other places , you can 't wait for most of them with stone faces . There are clearly not enough staff. A separate story about the so-called complete renovation .)) The design idea was good, but the execution is just some kind of horror. Even from inexpensive materials, which is what this repair is actually made of, you can create a candy bar. The repair is 4 months old, and already everything is falling off, everything is crooked and unprofessional...It's even a pity for the damaged materials. If the room is still tolerably decorated, then the bathroom defies description. We were not provided with dressing gowns, but we began to ask. We put a maximum of 2 towels per person, even for the feet we left only 2 times in 10 days, And this is a 5* hotel?? The so-called room cleaning consisted of changing towels and making beds, although once they didn't even bother to make the bed, the towels were only replaced. )) In the bathroom, all the glass, mirrors and faucets are dripping. The building looks like it's made of cardboard, the audibility is terrible, you can literally hear what the neighbors are talking about (we had 2 rooms through the wall on the 1st floor), although friends who lived in the room on the 5th floor said they were quiet. The feeling that they were trying to put together in a hurry does not let go at all stages of the presence at the hotel. somewhere, something was covered up with sealant, a little smeared with paint, and the fact that a piece of the structure fell off from a part of the wall apparently doesn't bother anyone. There are wires sticking out in places in the main restaurant area (the wall lamp was not screwed in there, there is an outlet). There are sun creams in Ramadan elevators, or someone's sandwiches (and no one cleans them up). The pool is not deep, there are plenty of sun beds, you can find free, there are not as many people as we are used to seeing with our family in large hotels, and this is understandable, not a small part asks to change the room and someone even asks to be moved to another hotel, and we turned out to be no exception. We were given a room in the wing, where the rooms were being renovated in the last stages, with a view of the neighboring construction site - with dust, noisy working construction equipment - tractors, trucks... Although it is certainly better than Sochi, by 2 times. But no one vacuums the pool along the bottom, as it is in other hotels, there is dirt between the seams, in places, last year's dirt, my wife took out a piece of tile from the bottom. People are coming here for the declared Deluxe rooms, I think it will not be easy for this hotel next year or the vouchers will become even cheaper.

We rested for 2 weeks, from 22.08 to 05.09. The hotel absolutely does not match what you see in the photo. The hotel and rooms are dirty and noisy. We were housed in the 2nd building and the children were constantly screaming in the next room. And only after 9 days of torment did I write a review on google maps and Akhmet, the guest relation, contacted me, he was the only one who helped us and moved us to another room the next day. Thanks a lot to him. The window on Bolkon was broken in the new room, it was repaired the next day at my request. It was quiet and we could finally sleep normally. The food is normal, monotonous, a lot of fried food and little normal protein. There's always smoke from the grill in the dining room at dinner. The territory is large, but everything is very old. There are paid restaurants, we haven't been there. But we were given a paid gazebo on the beach as a compliment (the cost per day is 90 €). I think it's too expensive, the staff there carries food from nearby restaurants on the beach. But if you want a burger (they're further away, closer to the pools), they won't bring it to you. Very intrusive staff at the SPA, constantly offering massages in a very intrusive way. There is a gym, but it is small. The saunas are good, Finnish and hammam, salt room. In general, the hotel is old, with no signs of renovation, especially in the rooms. Food is a real gastronomic marathon, in which you can become a winner at the very first breakfast. The morning is greeted with the aroma of fresh pastries, which crunch as if they had just been taken out of the oven. During the day, juicy meat, fresh vegetables and dishes from which it is difficult to choose the best. And the evenings are a separate culinary performance with new flavors every day, for example, seafood day, when you get swordfish, mussels and squid. And the sweetest thing is the desserts, which are impossible to resist, every evening you want to try everything at once, even if you only have the strength left for tea. Animators are generally a separate caste of superheroes. It's impossible not to notice their team.: they are always on the move, always with a smile and some kind of infectious mood. I would like to mention two animators from Turkey, with whom I had a wonderful relationship, and later became my friends, their names are from Kyubra and Furkan. They are the most active and boost energy for the whole day, it is very easy to find a common language with them, they are very sweet and kind, it feels like you are in a dopamine pit and you don't want to get out of there. And the best part is that they know how to adapt to any audience: if you want fun, you'll find yourself in the center of events, if you want peace of mind, no one will force you onto the stage (well, almost). The service staff are the people who make you feel at home at Ducale Lara (only without having to wash the dishes). The waiters work so fast that sometimes it feels like they have a teleporter. Bartenders know how to guess a drink to suit your mood. The territory is well—maintained, green, with large pools and cozy corners where you can hide with a book or just lie in the shade. There is a sandy beach and very warm water, so there are a lot of children. Children put their feet on the dining tables. Children urinate in sinks in public toilets. There is an unimaginable uproar in the restaurant. Rooms of any category have a forced contrast shower due to unstable pumps. The pretentious renovation (the hotel after renovation) was done to the hilt, some rooms are impossible to live in, so there are not enough of them, and visitors cannot get them for days. Someone gets a room of a different category for a while (in my case, and the need to endlessly pack and sort things is not a vacation), someone was sent to another hotel. As it is, it's beautiful, the pomegranates grow, it's not hot at night, the ice cream is until 23 o'clock at night and in general the food is delicious.
