These are planning errors. But the assortment of dishes has been the same for 3 days already. Unless you're eating a hodgepodge. Breakfast is meager . Lunch and dinner - one type of fish and one type of meat . Chicken and sea tongue. The hotel is still receiving a lot of tourists, judging by the beach and the dining room - almost a full hotel, if not full, allowed itself to cut costs, close bars and restaurants and reduce the menu. We were in Xanadu a week later last year. Dorado, sea bass, trout , artichokes, beef, liver . The kids were entertained in the evening - the same songs, the same movements every day. On the second day, the child memorized the entire program and became bored. Drinks at the beach bar are constantly intermittent - there was always only coffee and tea available. All other drinks are served every other time. I didn't see any drinks or cocktails for the deluxe hotel, even in the 24-hour bar. Two restaurants were closed. I've been to the third one - maybe I misunderstood something? But judging by the menu, everything is the same as it is served in the dining room, only in beautiful plates. The territory is beautiful, there is a lot of space, clean. The rooms are on a solid 4. At first, I thought that it was a late night at the hotel because of the end of the season. But I remember we went in November and it was even more fun somehow. And in the hotels next to Venice it was more fun, there was an entertainment program.

During the painting of the paving slabs, the staff did not take care to install the necessary signs, and as a result, our children got traces of paint on their heels, which had to be wiped off with means for a long time. This is certainly not up to the standard of the hotel. It is also worth noting that the hotel does not provide the possibility of hourly room renewal. For three hours of extension (for children's sleep), we were charged 400 euros (extension for a day), which seems extremely inappropriate and unreasonable. Room cleaning (there is practically no cleaning, you need to remind yourself every day), food (monotony and huge queues for dinner) unfortunately, all this left only negative impressions, the big plus of this hotel is the territory, but whether to turn a blind eye to everything else is up to you.

You can stand in line for hot food for 2 hours , one single meat is fried by one cook and looks at those standing in line for hours with a grin . Everything else is warmed up the day before yesterday's food, sour. There is no animation at all, there are pathetic attempts, but I didn't need it. This is the seventh time in Turkey, so far it is the best hotel I have been to. The big pig was planted by Anex tour. We changed the time, the airline and the airport of arrival. We took special tickets to Vnukovo, because there was a connecting flight, and we were sent to the shameful Sheremetyevo, where we stood for three hours at a customs post. Reception Lily, a boor, meets her and offers the "bottom" of the rooms, after indignation, she offers literally: "if you don't like it, sleep at the reception, complain wherever you want, I don't care." We stayed at the reception for 2 days until we were given a room with a view of the roof, from which there is nothing to breathe, not with a view of the construction site, where the room smells of concrete, not a room in which the window looks into the wall at 20 cm. They were beaten out with a fight and screams. Minus 2 days of rest for 850 thousand. Rooms Just be prepared that there are no normal rooms. They were made by people who had nothing to do with the repair. The front door does not close, as it was hung crookedly, the keys are demagnetized daily, so you will have to go to the reception every day. The wallpaper is peeling off, everything is hanging on snot everywhere, the light bulbs are falling out, the water is leaking out in the shower, it smells like sewage, there are a lot of mosquitoes, spiders, we changed the refrigerators 3 times (there were 30 calls without exaggeration, they don't move) and it hasn't been cold for a day, everything is hot in it, it won't be possible to refresh everything is hanging on wires and snot. In parallel, repairs are underway in all buildings without observing a quiet hour. They drill and paint constantly. Listen and smell. Room cleaning In 12 days, we were cleaned 2 times and changed our linen 1 time. Not once did they bring us brushes and all hygiene products. There are no glasses in the room for toothbrushes, they will be lying around just like that Territory and beach There are no questions here, it is difficult to spoil nature, the sea is beautiful, there are many trees, the pools are large, there are enough places The staff is completely unresponsive and does not help solve any problems. And for the first time in decades of traveling in a hotel of this level, I was offered an iron for 10 dollars at the reception. 😂😂😂 In general, we will never return here, think before you go here.

I will describe my opinion. We have been to Turkey many times already. Of the advantages: -beautiful territory, clean, cool pools and slides. - clean beach. There were no cigarette butts, papers, or trash. - good game (the animators of the girls are great. The children were delighted. The program in the game room is scheduled for a week). - I liked the evening animation for adults and children (programs with acrobats, tightrope skating, magicians, dancers). - yoga is great with a view of the sea. I recommend. - the food in the Italian restaurant has gone to us. Delicious pasta, pizza - the breakfasts in the main restaurant are good. Omelet, scrambled eggs, 4 types of porridge (rice, oatmeal. Semolina, buckwheat), sausages, cheeses, pastries and desserts are delicious.There were no questions about drinks (soda in cans, juices in boxes). The children always had something to feed in the main restaurant. We also ate in the kindergarten: Baby food in jars, soups, pasta, juices, yoghurts in jars. Cleaning and refilling the bar every day. Everything was working in the room. Building 2, fifth floor. One of the drawbacks: the hood in the main restaurant (there is smoke when cooking). In other hotels, there was a grilling and fish roasting area outside or on the terraces. The first time we encountered this in this hotel. But we had dinner in a children's restaurant or on the terrace and it didn't bother us. Some meat dishes are heavily overcooked (cutlets, liver, kebabs). Cons: There are not enough fish dishes- 1 type of white fish all the time, red fish was not always. Other hotels had at least 4 types of fish. There were no themed dinners. It's about the same thing for dinner every day. We didn't like the Turkish restaurant Ala kart. It wasn't delicious for us. The menu includes shawarma with beef, in fact lamb. The rest of the dishes were spicy. There were always places on the beach and pool at any time. We were worried that all the sun beds would be occupied. In fact, there were always places on the 1-3 line at sea. There were no queues in restaurants or bars. We were satisfied with our stay. The children didn't want to leave.

I do not recommend the hotel for non-smokers, families with children and those who appreciate delicious food and tranquility. We rested for 9 days from June 25th. The high rating of the hotel is not deserved, as negative reviews are quickly "overlapped" with positive ones. Dangers for children: - Our eldest son (8 years old) fell through a manhole with one foot right next to the children's water slides. The hatch was not fenced or marked with anything. A younger child could have fallen headfirst into it. - There's mold on the walls of the kids' club. There is absolutely no non-smoking area in the hotel. People smoke on the beach, at the children's pool and on the children's slides, in the lobby and at the main restaurants, in la carte restaurants, even at mini-discos for children. Even the staff smokes, an employee of the SPA smoked daily at the entrance to the building. For non—smokers, it's a complete torment, there's nothing to breathe! The food is a complete disappointment! There is practically no children's table, except for the name. Soups are inedible. Potatoes are raw all the time (baked and boiled), mashed potatoes are made from powder and with an excessive amount of seasonings. We complained twice, and by the end of the vacation, the potatoes were more or less ready. Pasta is tasteless, regardless of the sauce (creamy, tomato). The Italian restaurant on the beach has the same problem: only the shrimp in pasta is delicious, the rest is pasta in a tasteless sauce. Red fish has been seen twice in 9 days, and then fried in batter. Everything is in a huge amount of oil, even boiled vegetables. Once the cauliflower was sour. I've had hair in my food twice. (!) The food is fried right in the restaurant hall - the smoke is standing in a column, it was impossible to stay inside on the last day. All the food presented is not the level of a 5-star hotel that positions itself as a luxury. Room: We had a room with access to the pool (swim-up). Visually fine, but poorly made. In the last 4 days, there was a smell of sewage in the room. When the balcony was open, the smell of cigarette smoke could be heard from all the neighbors. Constant noise. There is music by the main pool from morning to evening. After that, there will be rehearsals and loud evening animation. I couldn't get alone with a book by my pool — there was no silence at all! A festive "surprise". We were vacationing with two families. It was our friends' anniversary, which we informed the hotel about in advance. As a result, on the day of the anniversary, the bed in our room was decorated with flowers from a nearby bush, and friends were not congratulated at all! No champagne in the room and no fruit or a trip to Alaska. That's the whole spirit of luxury - flowers on the bed from a nearby bush and those in the wrong room 😂 I'll add about cleaning, if you leave a tip, then nothing will change at all. There are no bathrobes in the room, no extra blankets, and no accessories such as cotton swabs. We will never return and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You will understand this in 2-3 days. The guide told the legend about glasses in Turkey for a long time - tea is a mess. I didn't even see them in the restaurant. And in the room there is generally a plastic-paper cup (as many as two). Although .. . you won't see armuda in other hotels either. I just wanted to say that paper cups are everywhere. The kitchen is disgusting, the rooms are not cleaned. Leave a dollar - outrage and ...... That's it. Dust, dirt, not vacuumed. Believe me, it's been checked. Such staff is recruited there. There is animation, but so-so. The animators are not visible and almost not heard. Boccia on the sand!?Only photographers go and bath attendants with massages. The queue at the bar. No children's disco. Alcohol is diluted to the maximum. The beer is good as always - a solid four. In the evening, at 9-45, artists perform (entertainment for four), live music on Wednesdays and probably everything from entertainment ...,. You can write a lot, but believe me, if you want to relax, choose another hotel. More disappointments than pleasant surprises. Moreover, the price of this hotel is not small. P. S. Do not sit in the dining room in the open air towards the street. If there is smoke from the 3rd floor, that's it... dinner is lost. And I am very surprised by the reviews, they write a lot of cons, while giving five stars?!
