We have a room with a swimming pool. The room stinks wildly every two days. The beach is a separate story, there is no coastline, the sun beds are practically in the water. A wild boar saves us for 110 euros, but not everyone can afford it, and the children want to play in the sand, there is no such option here. The kids' club, our child was in it once, she said she wouldn't go anymore, there was no way to get out in other hotels. Cleaning the door with a vacuum cleaner at 6 a.m. was another ordeal, I asked for two days not to do that, it seemed to work out. There is food in the restaurant, I won't say anything about the quality, but finding a table is good luck. There is also no luggage room in the hotel and the entire lobby is littered with suitcases arriving. No matter what time you arrive, you will not be checked in before 14.00, even for money, Whether you are children or not, it doesn't matter either. You won't be allowed to sleep at the reception either. The hotel was not ready to open, but they started and that's the outcome. This hotel was replaced by the Top Caps, the Sera Hotel Club, they are all there nearby, all our favorites. I recommend that you go there once every other time.

It turns out that all the rooms have been sold, namely mine, which is not safe (probably mosquitoes were poisoned), we can not stay there, so they put us in a building overlooking the construction site...., we did not agree for a long time, they gave us a view of the other side at the entrance to the other hotel, buses drove up all night, people talked..., It's just a nightmare. This room is smaller, looks beyond the territory and costs less than a swim up. It's clear with the rooms, the hotel works on the principle: we'll sell everyone a swim up, and then we'll stuff everyone as best we can.... The conversation at the reception was not pleasant. Pools: all very cold, no heating. It is impossible to swim in them, no one swims. There is not a single warm pool. During the rest, we took a dip a couple of times for a minute. I won't talk about food, dirty pools, mosquitoes, ants everywhere, dirty territory, for some it doesn't matter. In the end, I woke up at 8.40 a.m. to the sound of a hammer and a hammer. I call the room service, what is it, they say they probably called the technician. It became interesting what happened in the room, but the technician was fixing it with a hammer drill, it turned out they were just repairing the room from scratch. In fact, the hotel can not cope with such a flow of people, there are long queues at bars and for food. I will never come here again.

The territory is beautiful, stylized, matching the name of the hotel, under the views of Venice! A small disadvantage was the visit to the spa complex, the first visit to the hammam was normal, except for the obsession of the staff with the offer of massage. By itself, it is a very beautiful hotel, made in a beautiful, historical Italian style, with a beautifully maintained large territory. Everything is so well located on the territory of the hotel. The bomba water park, the kids just didn't come out! The food at the hotel is great, very tasty, satisfying, varied! Closer to the beach, there are two restaurants that serve a customized menu. Those pizzas, the lozenges... burgers made from the most tender meat, etc. simply cannot describe how delicious they are cooked. The beach has no words. It is flat, large, divided into two parts, with a huge pier, sun beds, towels were always grabbed, despite the fact that many left their towels in advance. Alcohol was represented by imported brands, Jack, Chivas, Balantines, everything was in abundance. The beer is very high quality, the Ephesus is draught. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back here. I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel staff, this is the manager Alena, very sociable, polite, who kindly escorted us to the observation tower of the hotel, which offers an impressive view of the coast and other hotels. I would also like to thank Sinan, the hotel's service manager, who knows his job very well. As well as the staff of the main restaurant, the girls are just like bees, they work very quickly, they respond instantly to requests, special thanks to the waiter Ozlem for the excellent service. Many people write that the room stock needs to be refreshed. Friends, I'll tell you this, my family and I didn't come to sit in the room, so we didn't even notice the tired rooms, we ourselves came happy and tired of relaxing in the room, so everything is fine. We are vacationing in this hotel with my husband now on 18/10/2024. We met with an individual transfer. Everyone at the reception is friendly, they gave us a room with a view of the pool. The room is clean and quite cozy. They give out slippers, shampoo, gel, balm, lotion, cotton pads and cotton buds. There is a kettle in the room, different tea, different coffee, different sugar))) There is water and carbonated drinks in the fridge. Two Russian TV channels. Beach towels are provided. Lots of bars, a restaurant, waffles, potatoes, ice cream, desserts. The beach is small pebbles with sharp sand. The pier is long, clean, with a shower. There are enough sun beds for everyone. There is a good water park, open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. Tennis, ping pong, volleyball, darts. One of the disadvantages is the remoteness of this hotel from the city. It is located in a protected area. There are no shops nearby at all. If you need to go somewhere, take a taxi. We took a free shopping trip, a sightseeing tour of Antalya with a visit to the dolphinarium and aquarium, a tour of the green canyon (I hope we enjoy it)))) They paid $290 for the excursions.

The sockets are not working. Plaster is falling off, wallpaper and doors are peeling off, everything is very carelessly done. The bathrooms can't turn around, they're small, the water is on the floor, the walls are wet, and there's mold on the walls... the dowels are sticking out of the wall, there are no shelves for towels, the hanger is broken off, and it has not been repaired. The rooms are tiny (there were family rooms and standard rooms). In the 3rd building, even less, in the 1st, you can reach the ceiling with your hand, the smell is musty ... Cleaning.. The maid seems friendly and helpful, but! Upon arrival, there were snot from previous tenants on the curtains, they asked to change the curtains, mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, they asked to wash them, like dadad, but they did not remove them, they cleaned them themselves with paper...The dust under the table has not been touched all week, they asked for shampoo with gel, I changed the gel, there is no shampoo.. in a hurry, apparently, everything is in a hurry. There was no bathrobe, iron, shaving kit, or dental kit! There is not even a normal glass for brushes. A five-star... In sports hotels, 3 stars are more civil, but here the "suite" is declared. The beach is not well maintained and dirty. Garbage floats in the water (bags, glasses), cigarette butts, sticks, dead cicadas, garbage on the shore. And this is on a part of the beach with paid sofas!!! You need to be careful in the sea, about 3 meters from the shore at the bottom you can catch on rebar, pieces of building blocks, and today we have fished out a circle from the balgark! In general, it's nice to look at the hotel from the outside, but inside it doesn't even reach the simplest five, and it's a shame to declare it as a luxury!

You can play tennis and climb the tower. There is ice cream. Nice beach. Well, the first real review is already of the new Ducala Lara. We checked in on June 4, and the hotel itself opened on June 1. Of the advantages, imported alcohol, a lot, all included, no extra charges. That's all. The food is disgusting, I'm just fascinated, because even in cheaper hotels, I was on the shores of Turkey, and it was much better. Carrot rolls, custard mashed potatoes, and you can go on like this indefinitely. The food is good only in the snack bar according to the menu. The pizzas are delicious, and I'll be eating them all vacation. The territory is large, and not everything has been opened yet. Because of this, there is currently no entertainment, only a disco in the evenings. The repairs are terrible. It seems to have just been opened, but it's like everything is 10 years old. The materials are the simplest and cheapest, the quality is blunt. In addition to this picture, they also settled in a frankly dirty room. Traces of drops in the shower, on the mirror, on faucets, ugh, even in the cheapest ones they wipe to make it shine. Bungalows are paid, yes, it is standard in hotels, the cost is 130 euros/day. Next, we were provided with never-washed bed linen in the room! That is, they bought it directly, took it out of the package and laid it out, horror! I never do that at home, but here at the hotel. I also didn't understand the joke, we were a married couple, we were put in a room with 2 separate beds. They knew we were a family. Apparently that's the only number they have. We stayed at this hotel for the last week of June. The hotel is very cool. We were a family with two children, they put us in a room without a view, but no noise was heard. The room has a huge bed + a two-story children's room. The cleaning in the room is so-so, then they will put fewer towels, then shampoo. But you can always ask and they are happy to give you what you need. There is no toothpaste or brushes. The bed linen was changed every 3 days. There are no complaints about the territory, a huge space, a clean and large swimming pool, aqua parks for adults and separate children, many restaurants and bars where you can have a snack / take drinks. The beach is sandy, ideal for children. There is a children's club. The room stock is planned to be completely rebuilt over the winter. There is a tower, you can climb it with the manager from the guest reception and take pictures of the beautiful views. there is a clothing store, jewelry, leather, bags, toys and necessities (creams, shampoos, etc.). There is also a salon on the ground floor where they take a picture of the eye and you can order a pendant with your iris! I would like to note the spa separately: manager Murat actively invited there, gave a discount on the complex (negotiate, maybe 40% off), after the procedure she signed up for a massage course. The masseur from God (kneads where it is necessary), straightened his back and straightened his shoulders, left a different person. All prices are in euros, but you can bargain. There are also water sports on the beach (banana 15 euros, parachute from 80, water cheesecake, scooter), any entertainment. Raven didn't notice. There is also an animator for children (but mine did not like it) and an evening show and a disco, it was great there. There is always food and booze. There is a sea too. Upon check-in, they made an upgrade, which was a joy. The room is cleaned every day. Someone wrote that the maid was dragged into the room for cleaning. The children's club is open normally. But a mini disco for children is not very good. Mine went 2 times and refused.
