Попали сюда по рекомендации туроператора. Нас заманила недавняя реновация отеля и концепция «ультра все включено». Но все оказалось выключено. Отель не тянет ни на пятерку, ни на свои деньги. 1. Мы взяли номер Pool & Sea View (Вид на бассейн И море). Номер оказался с видом только на бассейн, моря не видно даже кусочек. На ресепшене и на стойке «guest relations» нас убеждали, что это категория не «бассейн И море», а «бассейн ИЛИ море». Держат гостей за дурачков, не понимающих, что такое значок «&». Переселить отказались из-за овербукинга. 2. Заселение. Мы приехали в 11 утра. В лобби стоит полу-пустой столик с закусками-комплиментами для встречи гостей. К нашему приезду там закончилось игристое. Чемоданы до заселения в номер просто оставляют посреди лобби, ощущение вокзала. 3. Ремонт везде сделан тяп-ляп: дверью в номере можно убиться, в душе ужасный слив, дверь в туалет не закрывалась, плитка отваливается. 4. Сервис. Его нет. Вас здесь не то что не будут облизывать — радуйтесь, если в вашу сторону хотя бы взглянут официанты на ужине. Иногда приходится ходить за напитками самому, пока они выясняют свои отношения у чайно-кофейной станции. Когда прямо указываешь на косяки отеля/сервиса персоналу, то не ждите никакой «компенсации», «угощения», повышения качества обслуживания хотя бы в момент обращения внимания на косяк. Максимум вас удостоят фразы «мне жаль». Единственные, кто стараются и бегают — ребята, работающие в платных кабанах. 5. Пляж. Такого мы не видели даже в Геленджике. Лежаки грязные (не от песка в зоне ног, а от птичьего помета и пыли в изголовье), лежаки стоят очень близко и очень тесно, никакого релакса. Более-менее нормально в зоне платных кабан, ради установки которых лежаки и уплотнили. Бизнес есть бизнес. 6. Травматизация. На пляже мы взяли кабану на пирсе. Спуск по лестнице прямо в море. Лестница оказалась очень травмоопасной. Края ступеней не обработаны. У меня глубокие порезы на сгибе руки, останутся шрамы. На остальном теле царапины. У всех в компании тоже. Работники отеля утверждали, что дело в ракушках и кораллах, пришли помыли лестницу. Проигнорировали информацию об острых краях. Мальчики-спасатели мне обработали рану, перевязали. Никакого внимания от руководства отеля в виде извинений/комплимента не было. Более того, мужу пришлось через пару дней из-за волдыря от сильного солнечного ожога обратиться в местный мед. кабинет. Надеялись, что медсестра сможет помазать чем-нибудь заживляющим и перевязать, чтобы спрятать это место от солнца. Девушка (мы так и не поняли, врач это или медсестра) не говорит по-английски. Общались через переводчик. Через него нам сообщили, что помощь нам может оказать только платный врач за 130€. Помазать мазью за 130€. 7. Еда/напитки. Еда в целом вкусная. Голодным не останешься. Но выбор очень небольшой. Проблема с кашами на завтрак. Красной рыбы нет ни в каком виде. Алкоголь местный. В основном ресторане на ужине огромная проблема с вытяжкой. Дым от грилей. Дышать нечем. В один вечер были раки, креветки, мидии — видели бы вы эту очередь и этот бой за морских гадов, кухня не справлялась в потоком желающих. P.S. к нам у бассейна подошла девушка со стойки «guest relations», попросила поделиться опытом проживания в отеле. На все наши замечания разводила руками и «мне очень жаль». Но даже после них все равно попросила оставить положительный отзыв и сфотографировать для руководства. Прикрепляю фото того, что останется у меня на память об этом отеле. Больше сюда не вернемся и никому не рекомендуем ехать. Отдыхали с 12 по 21 сентября

We had a rest from August 7 to August 13, 2023. I have read all the previously written reviews and completely agree with them. In short, I will also note the pros and cons Positive: The food, helpful and attentive waiters in the restaurant, the pool is excellent and odorless, the beach with lots of sun beds, the water park (I will support that it is quite high and difficult to climb, a maximum of a couple of times to ride the slides, since you still drag a circle to the top). The minibar is constantly replenished. Food is everywhere throughout the territory, ice cream, alcohol, but you will not get drunk with it (as someone wrote earlier) that alcohol is not of high quality, although it is bottled by well-known alcohol brands, it feels like they are bottling alcohol from cans. But this is purely my opinion, but at least no one was poisoned and it pleases. Free safe. Cons, not even so, disadvantages or shortcomings: definitely this is cleaning, it is not, or rather it is absent, and they constantly want to clean the room in a quiet hour if you and your children are somewhere from 13 to 15, at least that was the case with us. Paid Wi-Fi..(only 1 GB is free) and it's in 5K.. well, it doesn't matter for us, of course, it was just somehow not clear how and how to keep in touch with the family. I didn't like the guide at the Anastasia hotel from Pegasus. Some kind of boorish style of communication and imposing their services. The lack of animation, perhaps in a small mini club it is, because every evening there are awards for children at a mini disco, and for adults in the evening there are some performances by someone, a disco, in the afternoon there is no animation (aqua aerobics, water polo, darts, beach volleyball and something like yoga, and also throwing balls, maybe something else, but we didn't promise it). There is no place to go outside the hotel, since it is located on the outskirts of the village, but for your money you will always be taken to the center. And you can also arrange to change the view from the room for an additional fee, since in most cases the view is like in the vicinity, and this is a neighboring hotel with rattling air conditioners or a view of the golf course of the neighboring Kremlin hotel, but this is still tolerable, just stupidly quiet.. I wanted to briefly tell you about the hotel, but it turned out like this. I consider all of the above disadvantages to be not such critical disadvantages, except for room cleaning. By the way, toothpaste could really be put on and disposable shaving machines. There is everything from soap and soap and shower gel and shampoo and balm, sticks and cotton pads, a shower cap, and even a nail file. By the way, they first say prices in euros, and then in dollars the same amount, and if necessary, they will tell you in their local currency. The light was on for another 2-3 hours for sure! Well, the room itself was just terrible, it was just unfinished, everything was covered in dust, you can see what they were doing on the "Fuck off"! The room had a terrible view from the window (all photos are attached to the review) The night of the first day has come, everything seems to be fine, BUT! There is a huge BUT! Someone came into our room, walked around and left! I think it's just terrible, apparently, the hotel does not maintain the safety of visitors. On the second day, we made a request for another room, just any room, but with a normal view, and with repairs better than what we saw. They evicted us from our room, put us out with our suitcases, and told us to wait. And we waited, And they settled us in the evening. They were evicted in the morning and settled in the evening. When we were checked in, the room was there too, not without joints. So that you understand, when we approached the room, there was construction dust all over the room, on the floor, on the walls, on the ceilings! The room has just been renovated and rented out! Also, we wanted to close the front door, but it just wouldn't close, I have a question, how did you make the hotel, how did you renovate the rooms, what do you think, to put people in this mess?!Do you think the guests should finish this?! We were from 17.07 to 23.07. The hotel is good, the territory is beautiful, the beach is large and close. The approach is smooth, and there is also a pier. If the hotel buys alcohol from the cheap segment, at least it should not be disgusting. 3. The muddy sea. The food is excellent, my son and I counted sweets for lunch, 59 came out. Fly away. In principle, there is meat and vegan for every taste. The rooms are decent, cleaned daily and well. The territory is huge and very green, there are many pools, a wonderful water park, the architecture is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, all appliances are working properly.Separately on nutrition : the selection of fruits is large, the pastries are amazing, especially croissants and a bagel with sesame seeds, drinks are normal, the selection is large, packaged juices, water and ayran are freely available. The food is a bit monotonous, it's worth the owner replacing the chef. The staff is helpful and friendly.It's worth going to this hotel, don't hesitate. Everyone will find something for themselves here. The sea is just super, the beach is huge, sandy, there is enough space for everyone.

The service at the reception is simply amazing, men work who are immediately visible on the face, well, they are dissatisfied and meet tourists with the same face, I have been to Turkey many times, but I have never seen such men at the reception, just customer orientation is complete 0, they will show with all their appearance that you are not welcome here, but this is half the trouble. One day I felt sick, I will immediately write alcohol, I do not drink and did not try on vacation, but my head hurt a lot all day, and by night I began to lose consciousness, suffocated and did not have enough air, I went to the reception to ask for help, firstly they did not even talk to me, pretended that they do not understand Russian until I bring them insurance, they refused to call the doctor , they say, endure until 9 a.m., although it says doctor 24/7 on the sign, I somehow got back to my room, fortunately he was on the ground floor and brought the papers, after that they called someone. DON'T believe the good reviews!!!!I booked a hotel on February 25th for a flight on June 12th.It's a pyramid.I found out from social media that the hotel was not completed and construction is still underway.I paid 269 thousand rubles for 9 nights.and people are settled at the construction site .but it was good that there was time to change and rebook to another hotel in 3 weeks for 5 from the tour operator.although with a fine, I met the same amount.I didn't pay extra.This pyramid hotel is mmm!!!!Be careful!!!They also called themselves the premium , and they posted fake repair pictures all winter .My family was worried that I would have a tantrum from this hotel☝️☝️upon check-in,!!!!
