Dear ones who read the reviews, you should not go to this place!!! From the very beginning, you will not be treated like the people who paid the money! We arrived early in the morning, with the children, my temperature rose from the plane, but no one there cares deeply about all your problems! From 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. we were waiting for check-in, our suitcases were standing near the reception, and it felt like we were trying to settle in at the train station, we weren't offered any room, at least to get out of things and change... Then all the most interesting things happened...on the 3rd day of rest, we had an incident! My husband got slapped in the face by the security guy who kept order! It happened at a night disco (one name, only Russians dance, it's unreal! They include music according to the list, mostly Turkish, which even Turks don't dance to. Russian Russian songs were asked to turn on by the DJ, he said there was no such thing, everything was discussed only in English, 80% of the hotel did not know Russian, but that was half the trouble!) my husband, cheerful and friendly, saw girls near the dance floor who had never left their table during the entire disco, and called them "girls, let's go dancing" (he didn't say anything offensive, not insulting them in any way, and even more so, not hitting on them!!! We were with the children and had a rest in a simple way, as we know how) So here's the denouement, later I went to the "room for little fairies" and when I came out of it I got punched in the face... it was the guard who was rubbing up against these girls with his partner… Bottom line: we called the police, !EVERYTHING IS PAID FOR! THERE IS NO VIDEO RECORDING FROM THE CAMERAS (one version) THE HOTEL WON'T LET THE CAMERA WATCH WITHOUT A COMPLAINT (the second version), they took him to the department, where they filed a complaint in Turkish, which they refused to translate, but simply gave him to sign, the husband refused to sign, later we found out that it was a refusal..And in the morning we find out that we are being EVICTED FROM the HOTEL!!!! With 2 children.., looking for a new hotel, the guide did not show any support, not a pleasant woman from Fun&sun, offered a quick trip, but that's another story! We met the family and were with them that evening, and later it turns out that the guards took this guy out of the hotel and the three of them fucked him so hard, he had blue ribs, they didn't hit him in the face and most importantly without cameras! Generally speaking, the place is disgusting, the food is not delicious, the service is 0, they don't like Russians, some Turks rest for pennies! And we Russians pay them exorbitantly, succumbing to the summer hype! (The words of a woman who rents a shop on the hotel grounds) By the way, this is not the first case in this place ... before us, a Russian kicked a guard, and attention ... the video spread throughout the hotel, even the waiters saw (a girl from the staff, from Kazakhstan, said, it was clear that she took our side) THAT'S ALL, THE Russians are bad… Sooooo hope that my review will be useful to those who choose a good vacation!!! THERE IS NO GOOD REST HERE, despite the beauty of the description!

An absolute discrepancy with the stars! Rude attitude of the staff! Absolute zero cleaning ratio! Consumables don't change until you make a scandal! Dirt all over the area, Cigarette butts everywhere, especially on the beach! the dining room- (there is no other way to call it) everything is greasy: the floor; tables! The rooms are worse than in the barracks! The carpet is old and the same as the floor in the dining room, the walls are dirty, in short, we settled in at 01.00.night 06.08 22g. and until 05.00 in the morning we were engaged in arranging the room and putting it in order! I asked the question, what would it take to get a normal number??? And I received a very smiling answer - an additional payment of 270 EUROS!!! How do you like this audacity??? The bed, towels and toiletries were changed only after a complaint to the management! Yes, there is no simple clock on the wall! You can just keep quiet about the mini bar! And it was a SHOCK at all! They stole nail scissors, very expensive worth more than $ 50, and about many statements about it, but they did not apologize, but simply said that no one took it! And the inclusion of the Internet for one day for 2 EUROS was immediately remembered on the day of departure! So much for everything included!!!- only what is included in all 3-star hotels is included! SWILL! but not very good quality! If you are with a child, you will not see ice cream, there is no millet, and if there is, then you need to get it knowing where it can lead! There are no cafes with snacks! Only SWILL and without any snacks! Yes, we were surprised with the Internet! EVERYTHING IS PAID!!! For some vacationers, it was a shock, they are addicted to the Internet for work! For 10 days, not a single entertainment program! The complete disappointment of a trip for 400 rubles for two. This is the worst vacation in the last 5 years in Turkey!!!
