We visited this hotel in 2018, we really liked it (2 adults and 2 children). Large territory, animation, food, service. This year we went to this hotel without hesitation, regardless of the price. It was our mistake. For the first 5 days, the room was cleaned 1 time. They hung a sign saying "please remove the room", when they arrived, this sign was turned over to the side "please do not disturb", but the room was not cleaned.To have our room cleaned, we had to go to the reception and complain, it helped for 2 days. Animation for both children and "general" has sunk very much. The children went there 1 time and said they would not go there anymore, because they were distracting themselves there, and the animators were either sitting on their phones or leaving altogether. The food is monotonous, usually chicken and turkey. In 11 days, we saw mutton 1 time. Fruits-apples, kiwi, pear,watermelon, melon, peaches, plums. There are a lot of sweets. It is a pity that the owners of the hotel brought a good hotel to negative reviews. I do not recommend this hotel.

05.10.2022 I, my wife and son of 2 years have just arrived in Venice!!!! It's 11-45 a.m. and we've already had time to chat at the reception, since the staff didn't want to settle, feed, or provide Wi-Fi!!!!! And I forgot, there was also an unrealistic queue at the Anex Tour counter, after receiving luggage, at the exit from the airport!!!! In total, we waited for about an hour on the bus until everyone gathered!!! And so, after much shouting and swearing, we were still given a room!!!!!!! The room has a standard double bed and promised to bring a cot for the child!!!!! We are waiting))))) the fridge is full , pepsi , fanta , beer , water !!!!! We promised to replenish it daily, we will check it))) the bathroom is small and frankly a little tired, with yellow patches on the tiles and tiles!!!!! Of course it's not critical, but you can find fault!!!! After all, we didn 't come for 15 thousand !!!!!! The next surprise was 1 GB of free Internet, and then 2 euros per day, if you want unlimited!!!!! In short, 10 euros a week !!! It 's not critical, but damn, I repeat, we gave away almost 200 K in 7 days !!!!! And then pay for the Internet!!!!! Now let's move on, the beach And so on!!!! I'll write about the rest later!!!

We were from 12.10-26.10.2019. Everything was good for the children: slides, animators, a children's disco. The rooms are good, the cleaning is done every day, the linen was changed after 2 days. The mini bar is replenished every day. The staff speaks partially in Russian. Adults also have something to have fun with. This is the best hotel in 10 years. We will be back in June.
