And he went with us for breakfast, lunch and dinner for two days and explained the composition and exactly what is possible and what is not. During this time, the chefs and just the waiters at the distribution remembered me, and if suddenly I thought to take some dish that did not match the composition, they told me that we could not do it. Freshly prepared mashed fruits of 3 kinds for the baby were brought to the room every morning. Thanks to all the staff. The cleanliness in the rooms is excellent. It was an unforgettable vacation.

We rested at the hotel from 4.10. to 12.10.2021. The territory is large and very green, there are many pools, a wonderful water park, the architecture is beautiful, But swimming in the pools is not possible, the water is very COLD!!! We looked at the water park only from the side.The rooms are clean, the room was cleaned regularly, towels were changed daily. We rested with a one-year-old child, found every stain on the bed and immediately replaced it. According to nutrition : the selection of fruits is large, the pastries are amazing, the cakes are very tasty, everything could not be tasted, the drinks are normal, the selection is large, packaged juices, water and ayran are freely available.A variety of ice cream is always in abundance. The main food is delicious, yes there are queues, but this is because of the pandemic. Everything is distributed by the employees themselves from behind the glass partition. But this is a plus, no one is dripping missing pieces. There is enough food: meat, fish, chicken. One big minus is that there was nothing to eat for a 1-year-old baby, although the children's table was declared. There was semolina porridge a couple of times and fruit puree in jars a couple of times.It's good that we took food with us. The rooms are not that tired, but are in terrible condition – chipped in the bathroom, stripped furniture, torn bed linen, they do not give out the declared bathrobes, personal hygiene kits, the minibar is broken and dirty, it is not filled on time. The cleaning is disgusting. The food is monotonous, there is no children's buffet, there are no children's cutlery. During all this time, there were two types of chicken and turkey, one type of incomprehensible fish in batter and one type of meat. imported alcohol is a separate story, everything that was stated on the hotel's website is missing. Of seasonal fruits- not. Watermelons and melons, there is only an apple , an orange , a tangerine, a pomegranate, a grapefruit. There is no seafood. The central bar of the main pool does not work, the bar on the Venetian bridge does not work, the Ala Carte restaurants are closed, the indoor pools do not heat the water (even in the children's pool), the Jacuzzi in the indoor pool and the Jacuzzi in the outdoor pool do not work. The vitamin bar in the spa is not working, there are dirt, dishes and leftovers from the staff. Water parks do not operate according to the stated time. We met perfectly, changed the room, yes, for an additional fee, but in our family room the bedroom overlooks a quiet corner, and from the balcony of the second room there is a magnificent view of the pool and courtyard. Of course, those who are spoiled by the Emirates and the Maldives, everything seems miserable here, but we had a good room in the San Marco building, plumbing was working properly, the minibar and hygiene products were replenished daily. The staff reacted vividly to requests, gave a blanket, helped with the safe. Food is a separate topic. It is very diverse and there are many. Of course, there are fewer seats than tourists, but it is not necessary to take a queue before opening. We go to lunch and dinner an hour after the start of the distribution and sit down without any problems, and there is no less food. From animation, I only know aqua aerobics, water polo, yoga on the beach, pilates and zumba lessons. But I don't need any more. The sea is beautiful, a chaise longue can be found without problems, a towel is easy to change. In general, our vacation was a success

Отдыхаем сейчас тут 4 июня 2023. При заезде номер , а именно ванная комната и унитаз были грязные, видимо после прошлых постояльцев. На 3 день попросили убраться в номере, нам просто заправили кровать не сменив белье. За такие деньги этот отель прям дно. Постоянно подходят по сто раз тетки , то массаж мне надо сделать , то в магазины зовут, которые дороже в 3-5 раз обычных. Принадлежности для ванной не приносят новые при уборке, мини бар напитков не пополняют. Не рекомендую ехать сюда, пожалеете. Аквапарк таботает 4 часа в день, унылые горки, не интересно совсем, с детьми тут точно нечего делать.

At the entrance, we were immediately asked for $ 50 so that the room was simply air-conditioned! Because in one of the three buildings, the air conditioners are breathing hard. They gave us away, they put us in the building to the left of the entrance, but as it turned out, we did not need a guard. We got into very cold weather and asked, on the contrary, for blankets. By the way, they were brought immediately and very clean, no one seems to use them here, but there was a pitfall - just behind the hotel there are a couple of football fields where local teams and amateurs are shouting until nightfall. Under the floodlights that shine through your window. At the reception, when asked how to sleep under the screams, we were politely hinted that we were fucked up since we didn't like everything. Okay, we escaped with closed windows and curtains, it will do. The room itself is quite small, old renovation, very little space to hang wet clothes. Dirty bath! Towels are changed according to the mood, even if you throw them into the bathtub, as they ask, they can still hang them back. Beach towels, as we understood, are given piece by piece in the season, but in the end, since there are few people, they were already given unlimited. To change - clearly according to the time of work. Because of the cold, the pools were icy, we swam in the sea a couple of times, the whole friendly Russian crowd sat in the sauna and played in the cities. The animation ended there. The whole area seemed to be empty, quiet. The service is also not very good, everyone works half-handedly, especially the waiters. In recent days, all the staff have been holding their own parties in honor of the national holiday and the closing of the season, they did not even clean up and did not meddle with the guests. In the evening there were some entertainment and a disco, we did not go. But plus, you can't hear them in the rooms at all. You can climb the tower, look at the neighboring hotels, there is a copy of the Moscow Kremlin nearby, make yourself at home. A beach with sun beds, adequate, free places on the pier, fish in the sea. The fish are actively fed with table rolls, sometimes they bite you. Once vacationers saw a turtle. You can almost always find food. The food is rather tasteless and monotonous. It's a little hard with meat. Who goes to the buffet - drive past. The entrance to the restaurant is by stairs, or there is a very long slide around it. Alcohol is only local, we took a cocktail in the lobby once and did not make such mistakes anymore. However, there were rumors that those who swim to the bar in the ice pool would be given a real Jagermeister. No one checked. There is a gym, though with one running track. There is a running track on the street, although it goes almost through the local industrial zone... I eventually ran on the football field, it is good here and deserted at the end of the season. Our guide from Pegasus helped us in many ways, we often went shopping in shopping malls ourselves. They drove on excursions, otherwise they would have died of boredom. In the end, the locals at the hotel kindly helped us replenish our transport card through the app, but not a single infection said that on this day, national Independence Day, all transport trips are free 🤬 In short, the people's 3 stars

The staff is very friendly and hospitable. A good kids' club, where children will be occupied from morning to evening (unless of course you are afraid of coxsackie). There is no way to get anywhere outside the hotel on foot - it is too far and there are no sidewalks. The hotel is for recreation only within its limits, with the exception of sightseeing programs, which are not very much within Antalya (but this is not a disadvantage of the hotel). The food is very varied and delicious, there are several distribution zones, there are almost no queues! We were at the end of June-July 2019.

The whole holiday is spoiled by disgusting service in restaurants: all the food is behind glass, the distribution is carried out by the staff, queues everywhere, distribution is very slow, they put a little bit in a plate, you stand like a beggar, you ask to put more - they pretend that they do not understand. You need to stand in a separate queue for each piece. After three days of such ordeal, I do not want to go to the restaurant at all, but unfortunately there is no alternative ((. The food for a luxury hotel is three-star, there is not much variety. For some reason, there are no bathrobes in the rooms, although they are stated on the website and instead of plastic glass glasses, it is impossible to pour hot tea into them because they deform from hot. There is no animation, animators, of course, are present, there is wellness on the beach and a game of boccia. There is no children's animation: at a mini disco, three animator girls make faces in front of children to music and that's it, no communication with children. It's the same in the mini club: some of the children are sitting coloring, some are watching TV and that's it ((( Evening activities for adults at the village club level. And the last thing that was also very disappointing was the very cold water in the pools: almost no one swims, even in the children's water park the water is icy. Alcoholic drinks are good on the pool and in the lobby. During the day, you can eat ice cream on site. The beach is comfortable, good sand, there are always sun beds, but finding shade is also a problem when there are a lot of people. To be honest, this hotel does not pull in 5 stars, only 4 by a stretch.

Repairs are required everywhere, a colossal cleaning would be carried out, windows, glasses are dirty everywhere, daubed. The chairs, the furniture in the reception is even dirty. We stayed at the hotel in August 2020. We arrived as soon as charters to Antalya were allowed. Therefore, there were very few people at first, by the end of the month the hotel was already half full. But it was spelled out in the concept of the hotel due to the epidemiological situation that the occupancy rate is 50%. All the staff are wearing masks and gloves. There are boxes with masks and sanitizers on the counters in restaurants. Although there were santasers everywhere (even on the beach). The hotel is aimed at families with children. For breakfast there were porridges (buckwheat, oatmeal, rice). There was also always a choice of meat, poultry, fish or seafood for lunch/dinner. There were even cherries in early August. The buffet was behind glass, but it was even a good thing to some extent that no one was rummaging through the plates. There were no queues, a maximum of three people. The beach is almost empty, so there were no problems with the sunbeds. The room was given on the 5th floor, with a view of the neighboring Kremlin hotel, and a piece of the sea :). The animation was not in full, but there was a mini disco for children every evening. Guest-relay employees solved almost any issue. In general, the rest was a success :)))

The worst hotel you've ever been to! Upon arrival at the reception, we were told that our room (for which we paid extra specifically for the view) was not ready and we would be left in a room of a higher category) (photo attached) but promised that the next day we would be moved to our room!(only one 1.5 double bed was ready in the room for the three of us, there was no extra linen!The view made me feel sick, the air conditioner wasn't working, and in the stuffy air and the view from the window to the chimney, the three of us spent that terrible night on the same 1.5 bed.We had a very difficult flight (we were delayed at the airport for 12 hours)I just didn't have the strength to talk and explain , I just wanted to get some sleep. The next day, it was already lunch, and no one told us that we would be moving!Let's go by ourselves, no one knows anything at the reception!If there were no rooms and I could stay in this, I told them to give me someone I could speak Russian with.A Russian-speaking young man called me and said that we will move you today, you can leave your suitcases and everything will be transported) while you rest!Just in case, I asked to see the room in advance, it was not cleaned, but they showed it to me, I expected the best view, but at least not what we had seen before!as a result, after 17:00, we came to the reception after the sea, fully confident that we would finally go to our room!But we were told that you were not moved and you can stay in the room, you have already spent the night!No one moved your suitcases!YOUR ROOM THAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE INTO IS ALREADY OCCUPIED!I turned to everyone and said that I would not leave until we were settled in a room with a view for which we PAID extra on purpose!as a result, I was brought to tears (my children and I were standing wet after the sea, the children were in swimsuits at the reception and it was more than an hour, 5 people approached us and persuaded us to stay, because there are no rooms available where to move us) Then, seeing my condition, we were taken to an office, where they explained the situation to a woman (most likely someone from the management) with an interpreter!AND IN the END, we were moved into the room THAT I was looking at and that we were told was occupied! THE MOST INTERESTING THING WAS when we were already taking a shower in the room with the children and a GIRL with children (European) came to our room and began to explain that this was THEIR ROOM, but I won't budge, I thought) NO ONE EVEN THOUGHT TO APOLOGIZE!!!thanks to my agent (who sent us on vacation)who wrote wherever possible , after 5 days we were offered an a la carte restaurant 😄(I do not advise anyone to go there )!!! But having said that, well, you were given the best room category before that, I say do you see fools in us or what?We didn't ask for a better category, we just wanted to check into a room with a view that we PAID FOR! In the room that we were eventually moved to , the air conditioner was working, which was not the case in the previous one , but water dripped very heavily from the hood onto the toilet , the door was constantly jammed,insects were poisoned right in front of us in the rooms .This is a special pleasure We have a vacation every year and more than once!There were plenty of hotels ranging from luxury to budget, but I have never seen such an attitude in any hotel!
