This is the third time in this hotel. A great water park. The animation started working in mid-June. I would like more varied fruits, and pastries, monotonous cakes, and mostly food for 4-5. The ice cream cone (only in the cafe) ends quickly. There are few people, calmly.

A sad hotel, even with an everyday type of entertainment program, meals for the 5th day, you understand that you do not want to go to a restaurant, there are no more places to eat somewhere, there is a problem with fruits , food generally leaves much to be desired, no variety, going to a restaurant in the city is a problem, only a taxi at an inconceivable price, buses need to be tied to the hotel or I carried a code on my bank card. We were in 2019, it was great. In 2023, the horror deteriorated. Cleaning is something... As we drove in, the threads were lying on the floor, so we left, they are lying. The linen was changed once for 7 nights. We did not take bath accessories, because they are provided. But! We were given only gel and shampoo until I asked for more conditioner. Nutrition has also become worse. There was no children's kitchen, except for mashed potatoes and simple pasta. There is only one species of fish, such as mullets. The meat is mainly chicken and duck. The refrigerators with the tank were removed. It was given out in bars. Wi-Fi 1 GB for free, then for a fee. And then, if you connected one device, the second one is paid. The beer in the lobby is sour, they do not respond to the remark. The only thing is, the bartenders in the bars are great!

We had a rest with my mother and child (2.5 years old) from 09/9/19 to 18.09. I'll start with the cons: the RECEPTION and MANAGEMENT of the hotel is just terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 20:30, gave us the room keys, we went into the room and were just stunned: the musty smell of the carpet, the room is very small, there are only 2 beds, although there are 3 of us, there is a window behind the curtains that overlooks the pool, there is simply no place to dry wet clothes. We waited for the luggage for 20 minutes, I decided to call the reception, but there was no cord in the phone. We went to the reception to sort it out, the manager with a smile on his face and absolute indifference informed us that we were given a room lower than what we had paid for, and that we would be checked into a good room in a day. The public relations manager pretended very sluggishly that she was trying to solve our problem, but she didn't solve anything. No one has apologized to us. We raised everyone we could, but we were checked into the room we had paid for only a day later. As it turned out, we are not the only ones in this situation. 2 nights and 1 day of rest were ruined thanks to the hotel management. ROOM CLEANING is very lame. It's dusty, very dusty in the rooms. mosquitoes. It was impossible to walk in the evening, because there were sooo many mosquitoes and they were sooo angry. The playground is plastic, unsafe, and there were the most mosquitoes on the playground. For some reason, the CHILDREN's POOL had cold water, and my legs were cramping. The water in the children's pool was much colder than the main one. pluses: THE territory is large, well-groomed, green. The BEACH with new sun beds is quite clean, good access to the sea, there is a pier. The kitchen left an ambiguous impression, delicious fish, pastries, a lot of good dishes, but the soups were always too salty. There were many desserts, but they all tasted almost the same. There is often trouble with places, tables are cleaned and servers are not operated as quickly as we would like. Broken dishes are removed from the floor very slowly. The waiters serve selectively. The ANIMATION also worked lazily. Children's animation is aimed at children from 4 years old and older. The SPA is good, but the prices are overpriced. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not pull in 5 stars. Good 3 stars, no more. The hotel has big problems with customer orientation. P.S. if you paid for a standard room with a garden view, and you were given a room without a balcony, then you were deceived. Rooms without balconies in this hotel are considered the "economy" category, which they slip in the hope that you will accept this terrible room and will not demand the room that you paid for.

The rooms are tired, but the territory of the hotel is super, as well as the location, by bus to the old town and shopping centers - no problem for 15 lire in total. The food is excellent, the staff (with the exception of a separate lady at the reception) is extremely friendly. I put a four just because of the number, I just need to make up at least. In general, if with the kids or just not for the sake of relaxing in the room itself, then the option is excellent!

We are currently resting at the hotel.It's not the first time here.It's a pity that the impressions are worse from time to time.A lot has been written about the territory and pools, children's recreation.Special thanks for that.Wi-Fi does not work well even in the room and on the beach.The service is not comparable to previous years, apparently, we will not go here anymore.

Stay at the Venice Hotel in September from 10-19. Indeed, the territory of the hotel is rather big and beautiful, pleasant to the eye, there is a place to walk. The food completely satisfied our needs. The rooms are old, but the cleaning is very good (depends on the maid - we came across Razia, very responsible and did her job wonderfully). The bed linen was changed frequently. What can you say about the mini bar. Then they will forget to put tea, then they will not put new water (there is half a bottle left). Once I left a chocolate bar on the maid's bed and went for a massage, I came - there was no cleaning, there was no chocolate bar. I asked her, she hadn't entered the room yet, who could take it? The keys are only at the minibar. No thief has been caught, but apparently they can borrow something that was not intended for them. So thanks to the maids, you can not expect that your present will reach the goal. Separately, I would like to highlight the reception staff - NONE!!!. We were settled in the 1st building with a view of another hotel. If I could sleep with an air conditioner (like many others), there would be no questions. But due to the ill health of the lungs, I sleep only with an open loggia (the temperature at night is comfortable 22-23 degrees) without air conditioning. So we have some kind of industrial air conditioners under our window, which are published as in some workshop, the hum is all 24 hours and in addition: just under our loggia, food trucks are unloading: for example, metal cans, loaders yell, laugh and this is at night.Listen, we could only stand a sleepless night, so we went to the reception. Answer: there are no other rooms, if you want to pay extra $ 200, or come tomorrow maybe something will happen. For the sake of appearance, they wrote it down in some kind of notebook. Another sleepless night- the same picture in the morning - no rooms. I burst into tears, only then was I given a room in the next building with a view of the field. I've never been so happy about silence. Just an acoustic paradise. But we bought a ticket with a view of the garden (garden) and not an industrial complex. That's what I want to say - the reception staff has no desire to help, they are indifferent, indifferent. Usually in other hotels you will only ask some question, they will help you immediately. We didn't ask for anything supernatural, a wash of silence on vacation, not a room with privileges. That's one thing. Now the Internet! The Internet is paid! Free 1 GB connection for 7 days - $ 10. We connect, I give you the money. They connect and return $ 10 back, I don't understand, I ask again, they said everything can go. I leave in doubt, but the Internet is working. And again, the trick: on the last seventh day at 9.00 in the morning, the Internet is turned off, there is no Internet all day, I do not go to the reception, the money was returned, so in the evening we go to find out what time the departure from the hotel is, they tell us: you owe $ 11 for the Internet. Question: why was the money not accepted from us immediately and why $ 11 , and why am I disconnected from the Internet all day today . Answer: because you had to come to the reception today and say that there is no Internet because some kind of questionnaire is open??????? You got something, I didn't either. And what kind of questionnaire is this? I'm asking. They: ask your superiors about it. It is clear that nothing is clear. And why $11? Tricky, we leave at 3 a.m. - so for these days they would have charged us another 1 dollar. That's how they make money dirty and ugly. We saved our last day on the Internet (turned it off) and wanted to take another day that we were already away. Greed will ruin you guys! But it's not all about the bad. The guys and girls who work in the restaurant spin and spin like squirrels in a wheel. Here is a special thanks to them. Murat, Dadash! Respect! The animation is monotonous, every day, dancing performed by various ensembles. We definitely will not return here, although the rest was not bad, but all the "surprises" disappointed us, we will refrain from recommending it. I wanted to attach a video recording of the drone (I listened- it was terrible) but you can only attach a photo. It's a pity!

If you want to feel second-rate, come to this hotel. Constant queues, blindly serve Turks and Muslims first of all. Animators are lazy, they don't come to the activity. There are flies in the restrane and you will not wait for service. The room came across with a view of the neighboring hotel. Noise around the clock, unloading of products. For the first time, I wanted to fly away from vacation in advance.

The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well maintained. The food is good. The only drawback is that there are few tables in the main restaurant. I had to wait for someone to eat to sit down. If you check out early, you should definitely have an early breakfast and you are not given a lunch box. You have to take your own food, but you can't take it out of the restaurant. And you know how it doesn't turn out beautifully.

Not far from the Airport (min 20). There is everything for families with small children. There are a lot of pine trees on the territory of the hotel (100 t.m2), the air is clean. There's even an ice cream parlor. A good SPA center.

Theft, filth and complete indifference Ruined vacation from the very arrival We stopped by at night, which means the room should have been ready for a few hours, but the room was covered in construction dust, the air conditioner was blowing warm air, the room was +27, hotter than outside, and the workers were barely persuaded to come to the request, otherwise it was impossible to stay in the room. The employees who came to fix it didn't speak English and didn't understand what was wrong with the air conditioner, the mini bar didn't work, I had to repeat it 5 times to do something, the shower was leaking and a huge puddle was gathering on the floor and no one fixed it until the end of the vacation, and apparently it was leaking onto the floors below. construction workers are constantly running around, construction dirt is in the elevator and on the floors, on the second day at 8 a.m. they drilled the walls with a hammer drill!!! And on the third day after breakfast, MONEY AND A CASE WITH A MEMORABLE GIFT FROM THE CHILD IN WHICH THEY WERE LYING WERE STOLEN FROM US!!! All this was not in a visible place, which means that things were rummaged through before they were stolen! They didn't respond to the complaint at all, like they wrote down an ordinary complaint in a notebook, and said they would sort it out, but obviously no one was going to figure it out, it was clear from the reactions of the girls who accepted the complaint. The repair was not thought out so much that a switch was simply not connected to the shoe shelf and it lights up all the time, turns off only if you pull out the card, and without it the sockets and air conditioner do not work, so you have to cover the shelf with a towel and sleep with a mask. After such repairs, more repairs and total cleaning are needed!! Because our room was cleaned as long as the construction dust hadn't been removed in 6 days. They don't solve anything at the reception, they send them to the counter supposedly to solve problems, but most of the problems are simply written down in a notebook and forgotten, you have to go to repeat, but everything is solved very reluctantly, completely ignored That's not what you'd expect for that kind of money, and the claimed 5 stars are a total hoax! In the evening, the area stinks of sewage The hotel itself is located on the outskirts, next to the construction site of another building, it is impossible to call a regular taxi, walk or walk somewhere too. The only advantages are delicious food and drinks, and a good circus program in the evenings, but even there there are few chairs and you have to stand on the side for an hour or sit in the back where you can see only the tops of people's heads. The room on the first floor was given dental kits, soap and hand cream, they didn't even bring towels to the fourth floor a couple of times, and I had to ask for hand soap, although this is one of the banal things that should be in the room! It's a complete mess, not a hotel! 1 star and that's just for the delicious food

Брали номер с видом на море, заселили с видом на бассейн, • платный вайфай 10 евро в неделю, • безалкогольных коктейлей пару штук и те не вкусные, •аквапарк работает 4 часа в день. • Надоедливые продаваны золота и мехов, подходят каждый день надоедают предложениями о поездках. Надоедливая тётка массажистка, каждый день подходила и предлагала массаж, стоимость которого раз в 5 больше чем в России. Номера убирают через раз. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ, максимум на 4 звезды тянет.

A disgusting hotel. The three of us had a rest: me, my husband and my son for 3 years. On the first day of rest, in the evening, at the animation, my son ran around the stage with the children. Next to the stage, workers scattered metal structures for welding some kind of frame. They scattered and did not fence the territory. There was also no light near the stage. An adult can go in the dark and kill himself about these metal structures, and even more so a child. Before we could leave the stage, my son ran after the girl, stumbled and fell flat on the metal. The girl managed to slip through, but he didn't. My husband and I flew up to my son rather. The blow was strong, he was crying and injured his arm. We ran to get ice, I guess it's a bruise. But the pain did not go away and the swelling of the pen began. Running to the reception and asking to call an ambulance, the receptionist slowly reacted and started calling somewhere. As a result, only 40 minutes later a taxi came for us and not an ambulance! And they took us to the farthest hospital, because they have an agreement only with a certain clinic.Upon examination and MRI, it turned out to be a crude fracture. We stayed in the "Estonian" clinic all night and only in the morning we were taken back by taxi. Before leaving for the clinic, they didn't even want to give my husband a juice box for the baby at the bar!!! The type of hotel concept does not allow)))))))))))) The hotel has only a beautiful shell, and the staff, service and attitude towards guests are crap!!! I do not recommend this unsafe hotel to anyone!!!
