The doctor conducts an appointment with a face, as if everything around him is interfering with his life. He prescribed an ultrasound of the heart for the dog, even though we came with him (fresh). He didn't let me talk about the dog's condition properly. He looked as if the hostess was telling nonsense.
I would like to tell the doctor that we did not come to visit him personally to make a displeased face, but we pay money for services. If he's not interested in working, it's better to change his profile.
Clear recommendations have not been received. He doesn't follow the conversation at all, he loses the thread of the conversation on the move. Who released him to a paid clinic in the first place?

By the way, I rushed to another clinic with a dying cat, and there, despite the huge queue, they instantly assessed the situation and cleared the operating room in a flash.
And in principle, recalling several years of experience of periodic treatment at this clinic, I recall that more or less serious problems have never been solved here. Let's say they couldn't do surgery. And with suspicion of sarcoma, they only scared me terribly in vain and sent me to another clinic, where the doctor twirled his finger at his temple for a preliminary diagnosis))

Everything was done, after the operation I took my baby, and tonight I saw that the puppy's paw was swollen twice. Well, of course I'm in a panic, take off the catheter and immediately call the round-the-clock clinic Dr. vet. I explained the situation, they didn't tell us on the phone, we can't help in any way, as they said in the main message. They explained everything to us and told us not to worry, remove the catheter and just wait. The reasons for the swelling of the paw clamped the catheter, we did nothing because the dog did not touch it. Conclusion in the clinic, sometimes in some cases they are irresponsible, plus they charge a lot of money for everything, in other clinics I am already silent about goss at times cheaper, and the quality is not worse. I am very disappointed, we will not go any more, even for those procedures that were prescribed there. Let's go to another clinic. Perhaps we will return only for the sake of consultation after manipulation. And I also advise the clinic administration to change the ladies at the registration when there are no patients sitting and laughing, in no other way to say, from client situations. A call to the vet clinic showed: then there is no X-ray in the sun, then there is no traumatologist, then everything is scheduled, etc., etc. And only here I was told that there is time for 16:30 to the traumatologist. It's a little late for me, because the minibus from the dacha only at 11:00, got stuck without an appointment, like you are my last hope. And then no one kicked me out, but they said to wait, the surgeon will be free at about 14.30. Then the lovely girls from the reception pushed the time closer - at 13.30. In general, I liked how the admin girls communicate, explain everything, try to help. But they warned that it would not be a traumatologist, but a surgeon.
At 13:30, the doctor Anton Stankevich received him. I examined the cat, took an X-ray. When I was stupid and couldn't hold the cat, Anton held him himself, wasn't afraid of an X-ray dose, and told me to get out. In general, I was impressed by this moment. Perhaps Anton lacks a little experience, young, since he could not make an accurate diagnosis from the pictures right away: he said at first that there was no fracture, then that there was, but it was difficult to notice, and then something like that the bone had moved away, but it was not clear whether it was a fracture or not, because there was a strong tumor and maybe the bone came off because of her. He prescribed medications and told me to come back in 10 days for a repeat appointment. I came home, read the negative reviews here about Anton and got upset. Then we simply did not imagine what would happen next, we had an urgent operation "urethrostomy", saying that the most difficult days would be 10 days, we went every day, 2 times a day for procedures, gave a large amount of money, and it seemed like he was on the mend, according to doctors, but then abruptly his tests have already worsened, we gave another large sum of money, and every time there was something new, they removed the catheter for the 3rd day, but he did not go to the toilet himself, the catheter was re-dressed under anesthesia, again for a lot of money, as it turned out in another clinic, it can be done without anesthesia for 5 minutes later, a month later, the cat did not start writing on his own without procedures, to which we were told in the same clinic that there was not much chance anymore))), and you can put him to sleep, imagine, exactly a month ago we were told that this was a standard operation, and everything would be fine, and after they gave a bunch money, went through a lot of stress, spent a lot of time, that's it. It's great, as a result, we went to another clinic and other veterinarians told us that the operation was not performed correctly, the catheter can be put for profit, the augmentation, which is done only in this clinic, did not need to be done, and most importantly, it was possible to do another operation initially, not running to urethrostomy, unfortunately we still have a little they tortured the cat, but he was getting worse and worse, had to be put down.
The conclusion is this: I ask and recommend people who apply to this clinic, if they tell you here that an urgent operation or some complicated procedure is needed, go to other clinics and make sure of the accuracy of the diagnosis and actions.
