I went to appointments with different doctors, there were constant constipation (they said to watch, the kitten did not go to the toilet for 3-4 days) They had vaseline oil as medicine 🤦♀️
The baby had a sluggish state with vomiting one day, an ultrasound was done, a dropper was put on (on the 3rd day of the dropper, a young inexperienced girl took us, who did not even realize that the catheter was not in the wreath, and could not put a new one on her own).
The next day I changed the veterinary clinic, as the condition of the kitten was only worse.
We were given an express test for infection, took blood for biochemistry, did an ultrasound and here's the result, the kitten has PANLEUKOPENIA! HE'S DEAD!
Please note in the "Main tail" that during our receptions and after there were other cats, and the room was not treated (with the same quartz lamp, and it is difficult to remove the Distemper)
They gave away a lot of money, but as a result, they treated the wrong thing at all!

I visited the Tail on recommendation and sincerely believed that conscientious people work here. I'm sorry, I made a mistake! Maybe there were other doctors a few years ago, now there are ATMs there. I came with my cat to the IV with the results of ultrasound and blood biochemistry, everything was done on the same day at another clinic, but in the evening they could not accept me, I flew here. According to the blood, we have kidney failure and dehydration. We arrived at the clinic for a drip for dehydration. Anton Stankevich does a repeat ultrasound to increase the check (I don't see any other reasons), we don't find anything new there. Next come our appointments. 24 or at least a 12-hour drip in the hospital, tells me the cost of 600 rubles in some other clinic. I don't have that kind of money, I ask what are the alternatives? And the ONLY thing that Antosha offers me is to rent an infusomat and put ivs at home myself. With a caveat, it is very important to calculate the speed correctly, you need to control the emergency conditions yourself, pulmonary edema may occur. This is bullying, this is an incompetent neurologist. He understands perfectly well that this "option" is not an option. He has no other solutions. In another clinic, they quietly dug out subcutaneously for 10 minutes, the cat is stabilizing. It's hard to describe what I went through in that hour.
Should your doctor go to study?
I will never recommend this clinic to anyone in my life, and I will make efforts to make as many people as possible aware of your attitude. Everyone earns as much as they can, but in this clinic they just cash in on your trouble, specifically intimidate, impose expensive treatment and lie about the condition of the pet.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the clinic and the reception of the doctor Assessorova E.V.! We were at the reception on 08/26.23 with suspicion of acute urinary retention in the cat. The doctor conducted the examination absolutely indifferently, in a hurry and prescribed drugs with a prolonged effect. The recommendations were to control urination (which had not been for a day) and come for an examination in 7 days, given that such a condition can be fatal for the animal. In another clinic, the diagnosis was confirmed - acute urinary retention, acute renal failure, double blockage of the urinary tract and sent for urgent catheterization. We demand compensation for our expenses for the useless reception and time spent and consider the qualifications of this specialist!

I want to express my dissatisfaction with Alexey Ilyich Kasho. We had an appointment with this doctor today, made an appointment on the recommendation of friends, and I did not even expect that everything would be so sad. Maybe Alexey Kasho is a good doctor, maybe he saves animals, but he does not know how to communicate with people at all!! He ignored my questions, when I asked him to explain the diagnosis and medical terms, he replied to me: I am not a teacher, what would I sit here and explain. He was rude, talked like a robot, couldn't really explain anything.
I know that some veterinarians don't really like people, and they love animals very much, but dear Alexey Ilyich, learn how to answer people's questions correctly, and don't ignore them. People who come to you with their animals, they are not doctors, and most of them do not understand these medical terms of yours, and have no idea what they are talking about, it all needs to be explained humanely (in simple language), and do not be rude to people.

They did ivs and injections for a week, as a result, the dog did not get better, they went to another clinic. In another clinic, my dog was prescribed the right treatment at the first appointment and the dog recovered. And if I gave 500 rubles to the "Main tail" for the "treatment" of the dog, then in another clinic I gave only 23 rubles for the correct treatment.
In the same clinic, two doctors treated my dog, unfortunately none of them prescribed the correct treatment.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone
