I brought a 4-month-old parrot to an appointment with Epifanova E.V. The parrot had a cough. Otherwise, the bird was fine: cheerful, active, with a good appetite. Epifanova E.V. prescribed an antibiotic (sumamed) while not prescribing either probiotics or hepatoprotectors. After 5 days of antibiotics, the baby got worse. On repeated admission, I already prescribed a probiotic and a hepatoprotector, but, apparently, it was already a shame, on the 6th day, immediately after taking the antibiotic, the parrot began to feel sick, diarrhea began, refusal to eat, lethargy, the bird is sitting on the floor of the cage under a lamp with its eyes closed. I called the clinic with a request to connect with a doctor to replace an antibiotic, to which they refused and offered to come pay for the appointment 3 times. I objected, because I believe that I should not pay for correcting the incorrect treatment that was originally prescribed. To which I was offered the appointment of the head physician, which costs even more. Thus, having brought a chick with a cough and given almost 200 rubles for treatment in total (with medicines), I received a half-dead bird with severe dysbiosis (at least!), who is sick, suffers from a cough, who cannot generally eat, even porridge. He'll be lucky if he survives.
Avoid this clinic if you don't want to injure your pet. In the best case, money will be drained from you, and the disease will "pass by itself." At worst, it will be like mine.

Terrible clinic! People!
Before you go there, think carefully!!!Pumping out money, so at least they told the truth and treated it correctly! We brought our parrot from Borisov, the chief doctor Poloz A.I. examined it, took tests, prescribed treatment, after which our parrot died 3 days later, although he did not say a single word that there was any danger to the bird's life! A cry of the soul for our family, the bird was so dear to us!!!

Two weeks later, the cat became very ill, and we decided to put him down. We called the administrator TWICE and asked how much it costs and how the procedure is going. We were told that euthanasia costs 55 rubles. However, when we arrived, it turned out that before euthanizing the cat, it needs to be examined and it costs - for a second - 24 rubles. That is, you need to examine the cat that you examined two weeks ago and said that he would not live longer than a month! Plus, they hid that this very inspection would take place at all! This is some kind of dancing on the bones of people who are in grief! I do not recommend this place to anyone.
