I liked the hotel in the price/quality ratio. Clean, spacious standard rooms, pleasant staff, cleaning, good furniture and linen. The hotel is located next to the ring road, not within walking distance from the center, while the metro is 5 minutes away, so there is no transport problem. The hotel building is connected to a large shopping center, which is very convenient for fans of shopping, you can go to the shopping center without going outside. Small disadvantages: windows do not open, only air conditioning, so in hot weather the room heats up quickly, because the windows are panoramic; there is no kettle in the room, and only glasses are standard from dishes, so it is not convenient to dial hot water in a cooler on the floor. I recommend the whole hotel, I would stay here again.

A hotel with a convenient location. It's a bit far from the center, but the metro is literally a three-minute walk away, you can get to the center in no more than 15 minutes. It is convenient to drive in from the ring road. The hotel is located adjacent to a large shopping center next to which there is a huge parking lot that can be used during your stay. The hotel positions it as shared with the shopping center, but this is hardly done to increase its attractiveness. There are many food outlets in the shopping center, including restaurants, which is convenient to use. The rooms in the hotel are not "worn out", the linen is of good quality, the plumbing is in satisfactory condition. Of the disadvantages.
There was no water in the room, which is nonsense for medium-priced hotels. Even provincial hoteliers are not saving on this now. A trifle is very unpleasant, especially if you want to drink from the road, but there is nothing.
Soap dispensers were not working in the bathroom, neither over the sink nor in the shower. At first I thought that they hadn't refueled, I complained to the reception, the girl at the reception pulled the hangers, said: "It's unlikely, I'll tell them to check the dispenser." The dispensers were checked, but not repaired. We lived for three days, scooped soap from the dispenser with our finger through the lid, we no longer applied to the reception.
For three days, the room has never been cleaned. One day I caught a maid in the hallway and asked her to pick up the trash. At my check-in, the hotel was full, perhaps the staff simply could not cope with the influx of customers.
Despite these and some other shortcomings, the hotel leaves a generally positive impression.

The living conditions are excellent, price = quality. In general, the whole hotel is made very efficiently, reliably, the repair in the rooms is very beautiful, durable, the walls are not cardboard, the neighbors are not audible. Our room was spacious, clean, we changed the garbage every day, brought what was running out. The room is equipped with different lighting, it can be adjusted in different ways, and the air temperature can also be adjusted. We also paid for breakfast at the Shishka restaurant, the portions were large, hearty, and everything was very tasty. It is very convenient that you can go directly from the hotel to the shopping center without going outside. The convenient location of the hotel is relative to the metro, (the terminal station of the branch line) and a large shopping center. There is a huge parking lot, its own cafe, as well as a food court and a cafe in the shopping center of the adjacent building. I liked the price-quality ratio.

The room area is unexpectedly large. Everything is properly and conveniently planned - beds, bedside tables, cabinets.
You can pay for breakfast in the hotel lounge area from 7:00 or have breakfast in the shopping center from 10:00 (transfer from the hotel to the shopping center inside the building).

Breakfast can be ordered separately, it costs decently, but the portions are large and there is plenty to choose from.
One of the disadvantages is that since there are offices on the upper floors, you can wait a long time for an elevator at the end of the working day. You can also go down the stairs, but only go up by elevator, since the door does not open from the stairs.

The staff, depending on who you get, at first we had a good, responsive girl, then the shift changed and the other girl was not very good, she did not respond to the request as a professional, frostbitten, which should not be. In general, the hotel is very good. The only minus is cleaning, the girls start cleaning very early, rattling and vacuuming, we always arrive very late at 3 a.m. and, accordingly, get up at 9.10 a.m. at the earliest, and wakes up from the rumble at 8.9 a.m., and I want to sleep, given that check-in after 12, you can take this fact into account and start cleaning not earlier 10 am, so that guests have the opportunity to sleep after the road.

The hotel is great! Of course it's far from the center, but the metro is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby is a huge hummock center with a supermarket, shops and restaurants for every taste and budget. The Litvina restaurant was recommended to us at the hotel, we liked it sooo much!
The hotel is cozy, clean, the linen is fresh, the room and bathroom are very clean, there is no audibility, we slept great! I recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel. Really dog friendly. We came for the weekend with two dogs. We were very warmly and kindly welcomed. The room had everything you needed. The location was convenient for us: 15 minutes by car to the center, and the countryside nearby. If you go to Minsk again, then definitely here.

Отель замечательный, стильный, современный. Приветливый персонал, быстрое заселение. Номер просторный, удобная кровать, чистейшее накрахмаленное постельное белье. Жили в выходные, проблем с парковкой не было, места всегда находили. Рядом есть ТЦ с магазинами, банками, станция метро, выезд на мкад. Wi-fi очень плохой. По поводу тишины - звукоизоляция в номерах есть, но может быть слышно шум с дороги и соседей, если громко смотрят тв или общаются, отелю на заметку - для, комфорта постояльцев при наличии свободных номеров лучше селить через номер. И было бы здорово, чтобы в номере были одноразовые тапочки (так понимаю, они есть в номерах более высокой категории, но поскольку мы были с собачкой, то в выборе вариантов ограничены). Отель понравился, мы замечательно отдохнули, определённо рекомендую.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own restaurant to have an early breakfast in the morning. In a nearby cafe, the menu is extremely small in content and there is no buffet system. You have to wait until your order is ready. There is no kettle and tea set in the room (which is very strange for a modern hotel). The bathroom has disgusting liquid soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink: you had to press 10-15 times to get a penny-sized droplet in the palm of your hand. The maids said it was the same for everyone. The windows do not open, so if you turn off the air conditioner (at night), it gets stuffy in the morning.
The room was clean, cleaned daily. The staff service is friendly. Towels were changed every 2 days. Underwear in 5 days. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the metro and buses.
I won't go there a second time.

In the morning and evening, a lot of office workers take the elevator, so sometimes you have to miss several flights, but these are all small things compared to other projects for a fairly high cost of rooms.
And now the cons:
1. Although the hotel is new, there are a lot of bedbugs in it.
2. Shampoo and toilet paper are put once and very little, when asked to slightly increase the volume of the above, they answer categorically no, "it is not allowed, it is not included in the price, buy it in the supermarket."
3. Breakfast is generally a "miracle", there are 3 breakfasts to choose from, they are prepared individually for each guest as soon as you arrive, which slightly increases the waiting time, not much. Sometimes they may refuse to pour, for example, cappuccino due to lack of milk, sometimes they will cook something that is unclear or it is the "delights" of the cook or the remains of dinner.

Нам отель очень понравился, номера просторнее, чем на картинке. Все чисто, приветливый персонал. На этаже кулер. Рядом большой тц, можно позавтракать там, можно и в кафе в гостинице. Станция метро тоже рядом. Мы были на машине, проблем с парковкой не было. Гостиница находится в высотном бизнес центре, окна не открываются. Но в номере хорошая система кондиционирования, можно ставить просто на режим вентиляции воздуха. Соотношение цены и качество отличное. Мы остались довольны.

We came to Minsk with my husband for work (from Russia). May 2024.
For us, a good location, close to the locations we need, plus nearby exit to the MKAD (we arrived by car). The hotel is located next to the shopping center. This is also a plus, you can go shopping in your free time, have a snack at the food court or go to the supermarket and buy everything you need)
There are no comments on room service, reception, room interior, bedding, beds, etc., all staff are friendly, everything is clean and tidy, the room is spacious enough (we lived in twin).
Of the cons: the window does not open. This is the first time I've seen this. Of course there is an air conditioner, it works properly. But it was plus 10 outside. The room is stuffy, I would like to ventilate and run oxygen. With air conditioning, it gets cold after 5 minutes.
No slippers)) we quarrel, but for 190byn per day, which is 5700 rubles for our money, slippers could be))
There is no outlet near the mirror. Well, this is a disadvantage for me personally))
I took my hair dryer with me, because I know that hotel hair dryers are bad and not powerful. Well, I'm more used to drying myself with my hair dryer.
There is no outlet in the bathroom, it is impossible to do this there by the mirror)
There was also a mirror in the "hallway", but the outlet was very far away, and the hair dryer did not reach the mirror. I had to put my phone on the front camera and style my hair.
Another of the disadvantages, as noted in other reviews, liquid soap is almost not soapy, and is squeezed out of the dispensary in a micro dose) it would be better to put a piece of soap and everything would be fine.
In general, everything is fine, but because of these little things, the overall impression has deteriorated a little.

I left at 2-30 am, they called a taxi to the airport without any problems. There is a subway nearby, which was convenient! A shopping mall with restaurants where you can have dinner. Приятное место. В одном комплексе с большим торговым центром. Отель по совмещению с бизнес-центром. В целом никаких недостатков, хотя я особо не притязателен. Даже в твинах хорошая сантехника и в целом ванная комната, чистые помещения в отеле. Ничего отталкивающего не обнаружил. По ценам получилось за твин (две одноместных кровати) на начало сентября 2023 года 160 белорусских рублей за ночь. Вполне годно, с учётом, например, того, что в Гродно пришлось ночевать в потрёпанном отеле за 200 рублей уже )
Единственное, парковки как я понял отдельной нет, приходится довольствоваться общей с бизнес-центром и торговым, иногда не удобно в час пик. Но в целом она довольно большая.
Рядом, соответственно, полно кафешек, магазинов и прочих радостей. Метро также рядом! )
Думаю могу смело порекомендовать отель! :)

Месторасположение для автопутешественников супер: около МКАД, есть парковка. Рядом торговый центр, банки, станция метро. Номера в отеле просторные, чистые. Единственный минус - не открываются окна, только система вентиляции. Завтраки в отеле на самом деле очень вкусные и питательные, представлены в трех вариантах. В ТЦ есть оч вкусный ресторан национальной кухни "Литвины". Рекомендую

I am delighted with the hotel. I asked for a quiet room on a low floor and was very pleased. Quiet, calm, the ideal temperature in the room is not cold, not hot, not stuffy. The room is spacious, Very comfortable bathroom, nice fluffy towels. The reception staff is extremely friendly. WiFi works great.
Ten meters from the entrance to the hotel, the entrance to the shopping complex, where there are good restaurants open until 23 hours. I definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent combination of price and quality.

Это мой любимый отель в Минске. Все спокойно и современно. Номера достаточно большие. Холл большой и красивый. Вышел и сразу торговый центр. ТЦ также самый любимый в Минске. Стоянка: хочешь у отеля ставь машину, хочешь на стоянку ТЦ - все под камерами. Район приятный, хоть и окраина около кольцевой. Но после Москвы-эта окраина фигня вопрос. Жаль, что одноместных номеров нет. Но и в одиночку я стараюсь в этом же районе остаться.
