The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is responsive and professional. I will definitely come back again. The only thing that upset me was the breakfasts. If you don't come by 8:00, then there's just nothing left. Everything is delicious, but there is not much choice. And I wish there was something on lactose-free milk.

Nice hotel, I liked it. Friendly and interested in the comfort of the guest, the respesn, comfortable room. Karaoke noise is only in the evenings from Friday to Saturday - I was lucky, except for the traffic noise it was quiet in my days. You can't hear the road with the windows closed (the air conditioner is high-quality and quiet, but even in the heat you can do without it). The room has everything you need, it's cozy. The beds are moderately soft (although my back is sensitive). Breakfast is not cheap (900 rubles), but again everything is there, including omelets, pancakes, porridge, cheesecakes, sliced and a selection of fruits, and if there is in a decent place, then breakfast will be about the same amount.
Getting from the metro and back is a bit "up and down", but with hand luggage it is quite possible (10 minutes on foot at a brisk pace). With a large suitcase, it's better to take a taxi - a taxi is very budget-friendly, even if Yandex.
If you have mobility problems, please let us know when booking - some rooms require you to walk about 10 steps from the elevator. I recommend it!

A good room, we lived in 601 Deluxe for two days, it's a little inconvenient to climb a floor and a half with a suitcase, but it's quite decent. Very friendly staff! The hotel is very clean, a little out of my taste renovation is a new model, for Astoria, though the former is wrong. But I won't quibble. Conveniently located, bathrobes, slippers, safe, mini bar, everything is there.

Excellent location-the center. A lovely deluxe room. Comfortable bed, TV with Russian channels and more. Breakfast for an additional fee is 30 Belarusian rubles (buffet). The trash is taken out, cleaning is done and towels are changed every day. I recommend.

The number of rave reviews, the stable top five on Yandex and the positioning of the hotel as a five-star hotel is surprising. A very average hotel. Among the advantages: the location and good room cleaning. The photos on the site are much more vivid than in reality. There is no mention of "Expensive-rich" (and this is not a plus of the hotel). The design of the restaurant is vulgar. Cosmetics include shampoo, gel, toothbrushes. The deluxe room smelled of tobacco and sewage on the first day. An insect was crawling on the floor. There's a hole in the carpet. The breakfasts are delicious, but cold. The coffee is delicious. There is no desire to return at all.

Although the hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel, it does not reach five stars. It looks very beautiful, it is really located in the center of Minsk and it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sights. But as it often happens, the subjective factor spoils the impression. We were in a car and almost every time we drove up to the parking lot or were preparing to leave the parking lot, the barrier did not rise, my wife had to go to the hotel and it turned out that the guard had gone somewhere. The second unpleasant moment was the leak of the shower stall, and although we immediately said so, nothing was fixed. Of course, I understand that this is possible and cannot be fixed when people live in the room, but such moments must be monitored and not to rent such a room. And another feature of this hotel, despite the fact that we had a de-suite room, there was no safe in the room. It turns out that when booking, you need to specify that you need a room with a safe. Therefore, in our opinion, it is five stars.

It's a great hotel. When it was cold outside in May, it was possible to turn on the heating with a saltpeter system in the room. The rooms are clean, shampoo, gel, toothbrushes and water with tea/coffee every day. The staff is very helpful. Until one o'clock in the morning, music is heard, because there is a restaurant in the building, etc., it did not bother me.

Stayed for 2 nights in a regular room. The rooms are clean and cozy, everything is there (including bathrobes), the service is good, there is a spa and a restaurant in the building. The staff is working on 5. I recommend it!

Overall, I liked the hotel. Excellent location near the city center.
Our room was small but clean. There are questions about the ergonomics of furniture placement (for some reason there are no hooks for outerwear at the entrance, and the closet is only in the back of the room next to the bed, in the bathroom toilet paper hangs not from the side, but behind the back, which creates certain inconveniences), but if you really find fault. The shower was leaking in the room, the door to the shower room was loosely closed and the water was spreading over the floor of the room-this is a minus. The shampoo, which is from the hotel, does not soap at all.
The breakfasts are not rich (omelette, fried eggs, sausages, cheesecakes, pancakes with ham and cheese, porridge, cereals, fruits, desserts, fresh vegetables, cheese and sausage, and in general everything), but we found for ourselves what we liked. The main thing for us was that our fastidious woman was happy to eat cheesecakes and porridge.
You can have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant on the ground floor, it is quite tasty and inexpensive.

The place where the hotel is located is magical. We were not very lucky with the season, because the heating had not yet been turned on, it was not comfortable enough and the wind blew strongly from the loosely adjacent windows. I was a little confused by this amount, it was too pretentious ... overall it was clean, the staff was polite. The center is a 10-minute walk away, there is a small casino in front of the hotel, parking is very small, and it is paid along the roads. On the ground floor there is karaoke, with the window open, you can hear people making noise under the windows (the one who did not walk inside). The breakfasts are small, although delicious, I think that 30 Belarusian rubles is expensive for such a large number of dishes. Especially for children who don't really eat anything.

We constantly stay at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is optimal. Very convenient location, there are many shops and cafes around. To the railway / car stations there is 1 metro stop, for whom it is relevant, 2 stations are a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious, everything is fresh. There were no complaints about cleaning. The staff is very friendly. The only disadvantage is if you stay on weekends and the room overlooks the road, karaoke music can be heard on the lower floors, so when booking in advance, we ask for a quieter room.

We didn't regret for a second that we chose this hotel! Very clean rooms! Very polite and helpful staff! My husband had a doctor - we were given a 30% discount for the entire stay in honor of this! And in the DR itself they brought a compliment-congratulations from the hotel, a fruit plate and not any kind, but with a rich set of fruits and berries! Also, I want to note separately how the girls from the reception smoothly helped me to deliver and store a surprise cake for my husband. The delivery was organized through Yandex delivery and the driver did not have to go anywhere to transfer, the girl went out to him, took the cake and put it in the refrigerator, and the next morning she handed it to me. The surprise was a success! When the husband came out of the shower, candles were already burning on the cake 😍🎂 Thanks to the girls! They relayed my request on shift and very delicately, knowing that it was a surprise, clarified the details with me. My husband did not understand anything and then asked how I organized it all 🙈😉

Parking (free) is available on site. 3 halls of the restaurant. On weekends, from Friday to Sunday, live music and karaoke. Just checked in. I can't set up the TV yet: when I turn it on, it says that there are no channels. And it's true. In general, I recommend it

We had a rest during the May holidays in Minsk and I can say that the Price-Quality indicator is very decent.
Nice rooms and interior.
The room was quiet, although there were concerns....
An interesting situation with breakfasts, you need to find out about them every evening, whether it will be the next morning or not, they also take payment only in the evening and you cannot pay for breakfast for all days of your stay. The breakfasts themselves - (buffet) without much variety, but everything is delicious and does not get boring in 3-4 days.
And more questions about changing the linen: for four days of stay, they never changed the bed linen and did not even make the bed, although the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

The competence of the staff does not correspond to a 5-star hotel, with a maximum of 3 stars.
My review will be 100% negative.
I arranged for my parents to spend 2 nights at this hotel on the day of my mother's anniversary. And for the evening of her birthday, I had booked a table in the hotel restaurant in advance.
But when the parents came, they were told that the hall where they had a reserved table was closed, they were transferred to another hall. The hotel did not even check whether everything was in order with the armor of the guest table. If they only had that room, I would not have made a reservation there, because the hall was stylistically not the kind of evening I wanted to organize for my parents. And how could you even close the hall if you have a table reserved in it? Yes, it's easier for waiters when there are few people and everything is in one room, but this should not affect the visitors. After all, we have chosen a specific hall.
The other room was stuffy, all the windows were closed, and the restaurant menu can only be viewed from the phone on the hotel's website.... What an absurdity, a person should read the menu on the phone, instead of the waiter handing the classic menu to the guests as befits a good restaurant. What if I'm resting and left my phone in the room?
My parents couldn't go to the website and get acquainted with the menu, they were my age, my mother turned 65 that day, the waiter knew that they had a problem with this, but he just left and the staff began to go about their business. It was Wednesday, there was not even a full landing in the restaurant, but due to the incompetence of the staff, the parents simply gave up. The restaurant staff clearly considered that older people, what to take from them, have nothing to spend their time on them. They waited, felt terrible and uncomfortable in such an atmosphere. It was with this feeling that the parents left. Mom said they were leaving, to which they were answered,,well, sorry,,. They moved to the nearest restaurant, the party was ruined.
I am shocked that the staff behaved like this. I had planned this gift for my mother for 3 months, their vacation, dinner, the hotel knew that my mother's birthday was, because it was possible to spend 5 minutes and control everything to the end. But instead of a quiet dinner in a cozy atmosphere, my parents were made to feel superfluous and out of place.
The hotel, for its part, apologized (after I contacted them and was outraged by what was happening), but the fact remains that the birthday was completely ruined.
I live in Europe and have been to many hotels, and even 3 stars would not allow themselves to be treated like this, but here a 5-star hotel behaved like a hostel. They say we checked you in, here are the room keys, and then don't expect any 24/7 guest support, even though we are a top-rated hotel. Then you're on your own.
Definitely, to the questions of friends, where to stay in Minsk, I will answer that only not in this hotel.

Stayed in April 23 at this truly Wonderful hotel! The rooms are in perfect condition. Friendly, helpful and Very Professional staff! A very decent Buffet breakfast. There is a pleasant restaurant in the hotel building. Excellent transport accessibility. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. In general, the hotel is fully consistent with the price. I definitely recommend it and will continue to stop myself as needed.

They were in June 2024. If you are planning a trip with children, keep in mind that the hotel has a strip club instead of a nightclub on the 5th floor. These were an unpleasant surprise for us (we lived on the 4th) The family room was cozy, BUT - for a child, a folding chair folded under it. The safe was buggy, the front door opened electronically the first time. The breakfasts are meager. There is no milk, and the choice of dishes for such a hotel is too small. We had breakfast 3 times, and there were always almost empty plates with snacks. It was especially unpleasant that there were night parties in the same restaurant, after which the tables and under them were not cleaned.
The staff is friendly and passive. If you can tell us something about the excursions, then we are not local. And everything is great for the services.
The restaurant at the hotel - the cuisine is good.
Own parking, well done.
Accessibility to tourist pedestrian areas is 15-20 minutes walk, very convenient.

The windows of our room overlooked the roadway, where even at night the cars of the local "golden" youth roar. So only the air conditioner. To wait for warm water, you need to drain for at least 10 minutes. They did not get hot water. There is one socket on each side of the bed. In the evening, we had a choice: charge the phone or turn on the bedside lamp. Towels with a yellowish tinge, especially bath towels. It says in the bathroom that they spend too much water on washing towels. At check-out, they carefully checked whether I had taken anything in the mini-bar or towels to my home. It's funny! Now the mini-bar is free in hotels, as a compliment for choosing this particular hotel. The location of the hotel is good, but I don't think I'll choose this one next time.
