Quite a cozy hotel. Attentive staff. Rooms of different comfort levels. A good menu, especially liked the pancakes with machanka, royal pancakes and borscht.
There is a buffet for breakfast - a pretty good assortment - porridge, cheesecakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, vegetables and fruits. There is coffee, tea, juice.
Parking is provided for guests. There is a SPA.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Well, sooooo pompous interiors!!! Everything is clean and beautiful. In general, there is simply nothing to complain about. The reception staff is very friendly and solves all problems. The breakfasts are exactly the same every day except for porridge...it is semolina or rice, but we must pay tribute to them they are very tasty. The child does not eat porridge at all, but here he ate two portions)) in general, everything is fine, but it is always possible and necessary to strive for the best!)))

Yesterday at 2 a.m. we arrived, the barrier was not opened, I went to the reception, asked the guard to open it (I had to wait 5 minutes). In the room, as a surprise, there is a spider web on the ceiling above the headboard, it happens. On weekends (on Fridays, for sure, you can drive until midnight, you won't fall asleep), well, on the last day they didn't bring bottled water (here the water is like at Uralmash in Yekaterinburg- who knows-he will understand, though after a remark they brought it in 2 minutes, the reception is respect). But otherwise everything is fine, the old town is within walking distance, wi-FI is also fine. Then decide for yourself.

The hotel is located in the city center, small, cozy, carpets on the floor, crystal lamps, Baroque design. The rooms are fresh, but small, I stayed in a junior suite, in my opinion it is too small, there is something to compare it with.
One of the disadvantages is food!!! A Swedish dish of two types of fried eggs, sausages, porridge, pancakes (store-bought), tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese - all in limited quantities. If you stop for more than two days, you will quickly get bored. The elevator does not go to the 2nd floor, with a suitcase on stomping feet.
For this price, there were more expectations.

I liked the hotel. It was the first time.
The room is cozy, everything is clean. The safe did not work upon check-in, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue.
There were problems with sockets/electrics. The table lamps on the bedside table and the sockets nearby did not work
. This problem was not reported - we had enough light and sockets.
The staff is not annoying. 👍
And of the minuses-of course cosmetics (soap does not lather, shampoo does not foam).
But these are small things. Otherwise, everything is fine. Location on 5+
It's quiet both in the hotel and on the street (we had a corner room).

Heavy luxury in all its glory!
The breakfast is decent, delicious and quite varied!
The sleeping place is large, the mattress is very comfortable.
No luck with room 313, located on a flight of stairs between floors. And the guards won't let you go up the stairs from the street.
Also, the shower ladder in the room is faulty, the water immediately overflows and floods everything around.

Of the cons: there were problems with the extra seat (the chair was broken), they put me in a single room with a terrible smell for one night (room 210), it was impossible to sleep)) the next day, the chair was changed. (that is, the issues are solvable).the cards from the room do not work well. Sometimes you stand for 5 minutes and try to get into the room. No spa per se (on-call massage therapist, no pool). I would probably choose a different hotel next time. Mixed impressions at the stated cost. 50 tr for 3 people for 4 nights without breakfast

CONS: 1. A boorish guard in the parking lot (how to make comments on smoking on the street when there is no sign "do not smoke here", so he is the first, and how to open the barrier, he is sitting asleep) 2. The number in the photo did not match the number that we received - I did not figure it out, because I was tired with roads. 3. There is dust on many decorative elements in the room, there are no napkins, cheap toilet paper, the shower cabin is not made correctly, therefore it leaks. 4. The room is angular, I got sick after the trip - a very cold room. 5. The air conditioner is directed directly at the bed - the wrong location. 6. For such a price, there is no porter, no porter. 7. Personal hygiene items are cheap, there is no body lotion when it is available even in hotels that are 3 times cheaper. 8. The windows do not open for ventilation, the lamps by the bed are strobed. In general, disappointed is nothing to say! The price is insanely overpriced, there are hotels 3 times cheaper and where everything is provided!

I will write about the comments, because everything that is good is good enough: rooms, cleanliness, convenience of location, friendly staff.
Remarks:
1. Breakfast is too expensive. It is not worth 1000 rubles for Russian money. Sparse. Garage cafe is 300 meters away: 2 times cheaper for sure and the choice is a wide variety of omelets, cheesecakes, delicious coffee, etc.
2. Sound insulation of windows. You can hear everything from the road even with the windows closed. We were doubly unlucky, 3 days of road repairs, laying new asphalt with heavy machinery for the whole night. But even if this is not the case, karaoke until 2 on weekends: if the windows are on the restaurant, you will sing and dance with the guests.
The rest is great!

The location is excellent, the city center, clean rooms, an acceptable attitude of the staff, and all the advantages end)) we lived on the 4th floor on the fifth there is a strip club 💃😂😂on the first there is a karaoke bar 🤦both establishments work at night you can 't sleep in this hotel . as a result , I am completely broken after two nights in this not cheap hotel . To summarize, I do not recommend it to those who want to rest at night, and vice versa to those who came to hang out very conveniently.

The hotel is well located, very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are small, there are all towels, bathrobe, slippers too. There is no safe in a regular standard room. Water, tea, and coffee are replenished every day. Nice, friendly staff. The breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty, everyone will find something different.

The hotel is great! There is a bed, a mattress and there are 2 beds for a child. One big disadvantage is that there is a karaoke bar downstairs and if the windows overlook the bar, then you will not sleep to a lullaby.

Great hotel! The interior design is a bit pompous, but not pretentious. Incredibly polite staff, helped wholeheartedly, thank you! One of the advantages is the location, pleasant interior, comfortable bed. It would be nice to sleep on it, if not for one fat BUT, namely:
There is an entertainment facility downstairs that works until 04:00 in the morning, and you will not be warned about this. It's such a surprise. So you can forget about sleep. The bass is hammered so that the whole room vibrates. And in general, the audibility in the hotel is simply incredible. You will hear everything that happens in the other rooms and in the hallway.
It would not be bad for the hotel to buy earplugs and offer at least such a solution to the problem, but no, there is no such option. So I warn you, instead of getting enough sleep, you will listen to the howling of Drunken women into the microphone. The window in the bathroom does not close completely, which increases the audibility from the street even more, and the lantern located directly under the window provides Mosquitoes, flies and Beetles entering through the window into your room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice family room. My husband and I slept on a large bed, and my son was made up with a chic armchair-bed.
We were in early November, outside +10, the temperature in the room is regulated by air conditioning, because the heating does not work, and the heating is air-conditioned.

The only thing that attracted us was the price, although it was at the level of good hotels in Moscow (8k a night). Otherwise, it is very mediocre. There is a strip, a spa, but my wife and I couldn't get in, a couple of tables, karaoke. The kitchen in the 3+ restaurant. I didn't like it more than I liked it. The elevator does not go to the second floor.
