Great hotel. Polite staff. The room was cleaned every day. All bathroom accessories are present, including dental supplies. The hotel is perfectly located. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. You can eat and smoke a hookah. The price is very decent. I don't know about Belarusians, but for Russians the price is more than adequate for such a service! Next time I won't even look at other hotels, just come here.

In general, I'm sorry, but the karaoke entertainment itself is off the scale. This is a la zero. Well, maybe someone likes this kind of leisure, OK. But your rooms may cost an order of magnitude higher if this collective farm is not under the windows of your guests!!!! Music is playing until 2 a.m. and drunken visitors are SHOUTING (not singing) SONGS! Or it was necessary to make a normal sound insulation of the most seedy institution , from where "Yalta, sail ..." are heard. I will not advise anyone !!! Two stars purely for the staff and not the most fashionable, but a good repair

A decent hotel. Good location. Clean and cozy. We had breakfast included. The range of food is sufficient, we did not stay hungry. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of hot water in the evening, as if everyone started using it at the same time and did not have time to heat up. On-site parking.

A strong foursome. But I arrived at 22:40, and the kitchen closes at 23:00, I had to order from the doorstep. There was no menu, there was a piece of paper with a printout. The food was good and tasty, the breakfast was a C plus, the choice is very limited. The room is clean and cozy, in short, I advise you! The price-quality ratio is consistent.

In general, the hotel is nice, quiet, the staff is attentive, they change the linen and clean the room every day, but there is one "but", cleaning the rooms of the residents often in the afternoon. That is, your room can be officially cleaned by 8 pm, we are used to cleaning usually at 11-15. You can ask them to remove it earlier. The girls at the reception are willing to meet you halfway. The only negative that became "fat" for us: on the eve of departure there was a wedding in the hotel restaurant and we were told that there would be no buffet in the morning and breakfast would be brought to the room. We said OK, but the breakfast was bad, a couple of boiled eggs each in a foil wrapper, the same sandwiches, a couple of cookies and 0.2 juice. Some kind of dry ration, and even unpresentable looking. But a day's stay in a hotel is 7000 or more thousand Russian rubles. Well, the hotel claims to be luxurious, as it is written in the memo of the hotel itself.

Woodlice in the room…

In the first room where we were settled, someone's clipped nails were lying around, unfortunately they did not take a photo
We were moved to another one, where a flock of woodlice ran out from under our shoes, the very ones who live in the dust, from which the conclusion is that cleaning is sad
In the bathroom, there was a spider web on the window in the corner with already accumulated midges and a spider host at the head.
For food. Breakfast is from 8 to 11:30, all three times we came at 10, and everything was already cold.
And the cherry on the cake, I chose this hotel to stay in, including on my birthday. No compliment was paid. I asked the girl at the check-out if the hotel compliments her on her birthday, she said yes, it's usually a fruit plate. I didn't see any plate. There was also no alternative offered for the missing compliment. They just didn't say anything about the woodlice in the room either
It is also worth considering that if your room is on the 2nd floor, then you will have to climb the stairs. Our first room was just for 2. Being in a position like mine, it was difficult to climb. Lifting things up the stairs to the room is also not very convenient. And you will have to lift them yourself

The room has a window facing the street with a bad seal as a result of noise and cold. Audibility at night on the 4th floor steps from above (maybe because there is a strip club on the 5th)

They disown the connection with their restaurant, although the owners are the same. At the ketch restaurant, they poured hot pepper into my sliced vegetables for some unknown reason, no apologies were received from any side. I'm allergic to pepper. I'm thinking of suing. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The prices are higher than the average European, the attitude in terms of the restaurant is bestial. Breakfasts are not provided, by the way, which is surprising for such a room rate.

We rented a hotel for one night,
The room was ordered by a family, they gave 408, but it turned out that on Saturday morning karaoke and it was absolutely impossible to fall asleep until 3 a.m.! We were lucky, because we could sing songs until the morning.
The main complaint is that it was necessary to accommodate guests with a child in other rooms.
But the rest of the hotel is not bad, and I liked the breakfast

In the rooms, the mirror in the bathroom warms (a shock to me), it's a pity not the underfloor heating :). The rooms are pleasant, soft - carpet and lush beds. The hotel has its own restaurant, spa and striptease (shock). It remains a mystery what is on the second floor, because there was no button on this floor in the elevator.
