Everything is fine, except for the noise insulation (you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms and a disco from the karaoke club). Also, I was not pleased with the leaky shower stall, every time after a shower there is a small flood in the bathroom)

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the location is almost the center, 5 min walk. I liked everything. There is a question for television. There are no regular channels, there are some alternative ones. I recommend it this way.

The hotel disappointed! When booking a room by phone, we told the administrator the composition of the family was 2 adults and children 8 and 13 years old, we asked if we would stay in a FAMILY room, we were told yes.
As a result, the room turned out to have a double bed and a small armchair bed (in the photo it looks like a sofa) in which a 13-year-old child could hardly fit, and the youngest eventually slept with us, it was very uncomfortable. There was a strong wind from the windows, it was not very cold outside. Breakfast was also not impressive, although everything was eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes with ham, sausages, cheese, sausage, tea, coffee, juice, just not very tasty. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center.

Great hotel!
The room is magnificent! It's clear! Cozy! Very calm! The breakfasts are amazing. Very tasty! Maybe we were lucky, but we are very happy. Congratulations on Dr. was unexpected, but very pleasant! And not a banal cake, in a plate with fruit! Just chic! If we come to Minsk again, it will definitely be the Imperial Palace.

The first and most important deception is the category of the hotel, it simply does not exist, but the management of this hotel indicates on the booking sites 4 stars!!! Thus, they mislead people. An ordinary motel, a strip club is located on the floor above, music is playing all night. The room category is business, does not meet the stated requirements, the price/quality ratio is disgusting. The TV didn't work all day, the administrator came in the evening, and reported with confidence, the remote control didn't work, the batteries ran out, I'll bring you new ones, that was the last time I saw her. Apparently I got lost on the way, right between the hotel and the strip club))) It's okay, for $ 100 you can also look at the black screen)) The shower room is not heated, from the word at all, it blows from the window as if it were open wide. The card reader was kept on a good word, the number security was turned off stably once every half hour, and every rpz had to make an attempt to fix an unpleasant defect. The hotel is not focused on restful sleep and quiet rest, the administration does not respond to any questions or comments. He sits with a moronic smile and does not even raise his eyes. I regularly stay in Minsk, but such disgusting service, and even outright deception with the hotel category, I meet for the first time, it should be a shame!

The sound insulation is gorgeous, you can't hear anything.
But there were a few unpleasant moments.
Firstly, when calculating the cost, the currency was indicated in dollars, in fact, they are written off in rubles. The question is, why and why wasn't I warned? In fact, the cost came out higher, which is unpleasant. The second point, initially we penetrated the standard room, we decided to take a family room. We wrote in advance, clarified whether it was necessary to rebook and pay. They said no. We arrive at the hotel, and they tell us that you have a standard. Also, a tea cup and a glass were not brought to the room. They did not ask, because they were not in the room. In general, I liked the hotel, but I would like to pay attention to it. I recommend booking.
